Sure looks like they listened to you. News came out today. Way to go.
LOL
LOL. If I know there was one coming, I could answer that. Looks like those who got in early on VOIS may have made coin but I saw nothing positive about that letter. Quick P&D cash or Daytraders. IMO.
Yea, as long as they don't do something stupid and screw over "for the benefit of the company" LOL.
Shareholders are a big part of any company. I think alot of CEOs forget that.
IMO
Humm.. all these companies are connected too. It just seem strange to me to let go the same guy, same accounting firm, at the same time. Now lets see if they all hire the same one for the new job.
I know companies do use the same firms all the time but this just seems too much of a coincidence.
It would be interesting to see all 3 companies merge into one.
IMO

Ever wonder how 2 SEPARATE COMPANIES, fire the same guy, at the same time, issuing identical press releases? Coincidence?
As far as I know Monster Arts does not own Mind Solutions but they do work together. Something going on?
IMO
Yea .... it is kind of funny to use the same title (change in name only) but have totally different content in the press release. They should have at least redid the title as a new press release.
Maybe someone clicked send before realizing their mistake. Or someone smoked 1 too many doobies and just did not care LOL. Anyway, it is still a press release.
IMO
On the news today, the TITLE has not changed but the content is different. By Paragraph.
Jan 10th- LOS ANGELES, CA--(Marketwired - Jan 10, 2014) - SK3 Group, Inc (OTC Pink: SKTO) is pleased to announce that it has completed the licensing agreements between Berkeley Bio-Organic Research Laboratories, LLC and its managed wholesale collectives to produce non-psychoactive mixed cannabinoid carboxylates (Dharmanol™). The licensing agreement covers the proprietary methods developed by Berkeley Bio -- known as cryo-extraction -- used to extract the cannabinoids and preserve them in their non-psychoactive state.
Jan 13th- LOS ANGELES, CA--(Marketwired - Jan 13, 2014) - SK3 Group, Inc. (OTC Pink: SKTO) ("the Company") is pleased to announce that Berkeley Bio-Organic Research Laboratories is seeking participants to test their new proprietary cannabinoid-based skin care products -- Dharmanol™ Topikoil™, and T-Hydrocan™ Topikoil™.
______________________________
Jan 10th- "We are happy to have put together more of the elements necessary to fill the large demand anticipated for our Dharmanol™ product line," said Artemus Mayor, President of SK3 Group. "Dr. Charles Apel and David Hoye have developed a unique technique for extracting the non-psychoactive but effective components of cannabis that we believe will prove to be the key to bringing an entirely new dimension to the field of nutritional supplements in the United States and greater access to the beneficial effects of medical marijuana."
Jan 13th- Numerous scientific studies, as well as a host of anecdotal evidence, have shown that phyto-cannabinoids, and other elements of cannabis / hemp, are active against various types of skin disease. Research by Manuel Guzman at Complutense University in Madrid, Spain has shown that cannabinoids decreased cancer cell proliferation and spreading, decreased density of blood vessels that provide nutrients to tumors, increased cancer cell death, and inhibited tumor-cell metastatic spreading into nearby organs. Much anecdotal evidence on the internet and elsewhere has shown that cannabis oil, when placed on a wart, mole, discoloration, or other growth, can cause numerous types of skin imperfections to simply disappear in just a few weeks with daily treatment.
Berkeley Bio will be testing two types of its proprietary Topikoil™. T-Hydrocan™ Topikoil™ will be made with a substantial dose of whole-plant cannabis extract containing fully activated (decarboxylated) cannabinoids, as well as a wide array of terpenes, terpenoids, and other steam-soluble elements of cannabis / hemp. Dharmanol™ Topikoil™ contains non-psychoactive CBD (cannabidiol) and a wide array of other non-psychoactive cannabinoids from cannabis / hemp.
While the initial testing and rollout will focus on medical cannabis patients in California, the Company intends to roll out Dharmanol™ Topikoil™ nationwide based on the applicable regulations of each state and the US Government.
Those wishing to participate will be provided with several different topical preparations (lotions / salves) and will be required to live in California and keep accurate records, including taking before and after pictures. The testing will begin in one to two months. To sign up, please email your contact information to trials@medicalgreens.com.
"We are very pleased to be announcing these new products," said Artemus Mayor, President of the Company. "Research has shown very significant effectiveness of medical cannabis against a wide variety of skin ailments, and the stories on the Internet of people casually treating skin imperfections with cannabis topicals abound. Not only is this product chemically different than other similar products on the market, but our new products will have consistent, measurable medical cannabis content that should lead to more effective and targeted dosing. Adding this new delivery system to our Dharmanol™ line of products will substantially increase our market reach into new areas, directly benefiting our bottom line. In addition, our experience with these new products will assist in our development of an extended release transdermal patch product as well as other products."

Nice. Those are (I believe) just the beginning of the apps we will see. I know those were already built (they were listed on the Iconosys website) and are just being used to get ILIV health care app business up and running. Nothing wrong with those but the pillbox is the better one out of that group. That will be a good seller on their website. Revenue.
IMO
No triple zeros or even double zeros today. It is moving up nicely.
I wish I did hear it. I was in a meeting at work. I think it was recorded so we should all be able to hear it after they post it to the website.
IMO
Actually, I agree with this: I always prefer these kinds of calls.
So I'm assuming that you did not ask them the question "Why have you not already authorised the 5 billion shares" already?
I would have loved to hear your question read and the answer.
You had your chance.
Did you send in your questions. I was out of town and missed it. It should be interesting.

Sure... glad to help.
Not sure if this will be a part of the "medical app' portfolio, but Iconosys has done apps before for the health care industry. So they do have experience in the field. It should be easy to create some new and exciting apps for ILIV.

WOW...up over 33% today
looks like the "Tribe" from ILIV is teaching us guys how to take a stock that is down and bring it back up with out really breaking a sweat.
Too bad they never increased the Authorized to FIVE BILLION SHARES. There may be some crazy buying going on.
Here's some interesting speculation from Mind Solution (a pr): a company that is doing business with Iconosys (which Monster Arts owns 10% of).

Now if you read the PR, here is some key things.
Nice. They are going to do a lot of apps for Intelligent Living. There is so much they can do with this company.
MA did announce a PR a few month ago that they were going to do something with Mind Solutions. MS works on thought control. Imagine incorporating that technology into these new apps for IL. Whose to say we could not go down that route. I believe eventually it will happen. Either way, it would change the whole app market.

Intelligent Living Inc. Announces Joint Venture With Monster Arts, Inc. to Develop Mobile Applications
ILIV and APPZ Enter Into Agreement to Collaborate on Mobile Software
MIAMI, FL and LOS ANGELES, CA--(Marketwired - Nov 4, 2013) - Intelligent Living Inc. (OTCQB: ILIV) announced today that it had entered into a multi-year deal with Monster Arts, Inc. (OTCQB: APPZ) for the development of mobile and web accessible games, mobile health (mHealth) and wellness and learning applications.
"We are very committed to building mobile and web based platforms for wellness, mHealth and cognitive learning. With brands such as MIND360, Intelligent Living and Health and Beyond, we see excellent opportunities for this company to position itself as a leader in the field of genre, brand-specific applications. APPZ has a lot of experience and expertise in game and mobile applications development, and we are excited about this partnership and collaboration," observed Josh Eikov, CSO of Intelligent Living.
According to VisionMobile's 2012 Developer Economics report, "The app economy was worth $53 billion and is expected to expand at a 28% Compounded Annual Growth Rate (CAGR) up to 2016, reaching $143 billion." A study commissioned by Telenor Group and the Boston Consulting Group in first quarter of 2012 revealed: 30% of smartphone users are likely to use "wellness apps" by 2015 and secondly, mobile is the most popular technology among doctors since the stethoscope. The survey further revealed costs in elderly care can be reduced by 25% while maternal and prenatal mortality expenses can be reduced by as much as 30% through mobile solutions. As per a recent PwC Global Healthcare survey, 59% of the consumers using mHealth services reported that these services have reduced the number of visits to the doctor. The increasing enthusiasm among smartphone armed consumers for medical apps has made service providers to include apps in their delivery mechanism and provide services through it.
"As a Company that has been very involved in the mobile market we know that mobile healthcare apps and learning games are booming in usage, both by consumers and health care providers, but it's early days yet for the consumer healthcare industry. There is a huge potential of mobile apps in patient care much beyond what we are witnessing today. We are very excited to be entering this arena and look forward to a great alliance with Intelligent Living," said Wayne Irving II, CEO of APPZ.
According to a PWC survey, 64% of doctors believe the mHealth market to be full of exciting possibilities in the days ahead. For consumers, evolution in healthcare apps means more control and better management of their health at lesser costs. In other words, mobile apps are set to occupy a dominant position across the ecosystem.
Eikov went on to explain, "The Joint Venture calls for the building of app stores, portals and use of iTunes, Google Play and Nook, Kindle and other platforms for distribution of nearly thousands of apps. The apps will be available according to genre: mHealth will be available under the Intelligent Living brand, wellness apps will be available under the Health and Beyond label, and MIND360 Studios publishing platform will have its own portal and app store for what will become the premiere mobile location for brain games, puzzles, cognitive games and edutainment."
Both companies expect products to start to become available mid-to-late December in time for the holiday season.

Monster Arts Announces Launch of First Group of Causal Games for Google Play Marketplace
Public company plans to release 200 games and entertainment apps in time for Christmas gift card spending
San Clemente, CA - (Accesswire - October 29, 2013) - In anticipation of the upcoming surge of Christmas and holiday season gift card purchases and spending approaching, Monster Arts, Inc (APPZ) is pleased to announce the launch of its first bundle of 20 Casual, Quiz, Trivia, and Puzzle gaming technologies and brands for the Google Play mobile app store. Monster Arts will be positioning these games toward capitalizing on and capturing new revenue streams for the company, and plans to have 200 games live and available for purchase by Christmas Day.
It is widely known that gift cards have been the most requested item on US holiday wish lists for the past seven years; in particular, more gift cards have historically been purchased for Christmas than for any other occasion, followed by birthdays and Mother's Day. And the size of the gift card market continues to surge, reaching a whopping $110 billion in US sales during 2012, up from $91 billion a year earlier.
A key driver of this explosive growth and upward momentum is what is referred to as the "digital arena", as gift card issuers increasingly look for ways to enable consumers to send their gift cards via email, mobile devices and social media sites. See 12/29/12 article entitled, "Gift Cards: $110 billion sold in the US in 2012," at Consultants Mind.com, and see 10/28/11 article entitled, "Gift Card Survey 2011: E-gift Cards Take Center Stage," at CreditCards.com.
Additionally, it is notable that Iconosys, Inc., the app development company in which Monster Arts holds a 10% ownership stake, has traditionally seen an approximate 1000% increase in its mobile app revenues during the months December through March, as compared with April through November. As a result, and in order to take full advantage, of this seasonal influx of gift card and mobile app buying power, Monster Arts is furthering its reach, and aggressively moving, into the world of mobile, casual gaming, and as part of its pivot away from the Daily Deal Analytics space.
The Monster Arts’ popular Casual Games catalog will include titles and related brands such as Super Zombie Slasher(R), Quick Draw Pinball, Super Lumber Jack, iCentipede, Super Droid Sweeper, Shoot Out Shut Out, and Android Invaders, just to name a few. … The suite of soon-to-be launched games will also include pinball games, shooting game, catching games, and holiday themed games, etc, harkening back the thoughts of gaming enthusiasts to the theme of the ‘Old Time Arcade’.
To provide more perspective on the size of the mobile, casual gaming market, app stores run by Apple and Google now offer an eye-popping figure of more than 700,000 apps each, and with so many apps to choose from, consumers are estimated to be spending on average about two hours a day with these apps. And not surprisingly, global revenue from app stores is expected to rise an astounding 62% this year to $25 billion, according to the market research firm, Gartner Inc. See “Apps Rocket Toward $25 Billion in Sales” by Jessica E. Lessin and Spencer E. Ante, March 4, 2013, Wall Street Journal. As also observed by one commentator, the popularity of online casual games has "skyrocketed", with it being recently reported that one in four of the world’s population regularly accesses games on the Internet, and with estimates of 145 million casual gamers in the US alone! Similarly strong growth trends for casual gaming can be seen in Europe and Asia. See "Casual Gaming: Market for online casual games set to grow globally in the coming years." September 28, 2012 by Roland Berger Strategy Consultants.
In addition to providing Monster Arts with important penetration into the mobile app gaming market serviced on the Google Play mobile app store platform, over the longer term this portfolio of new Casual Games create a new pathway for Monster Arts’ generating significant revenues on the iTunes, Nook, Kindle, and Android online channels, among others, and also serves as a significant tool for the company’s enhancement of product and service offerings to its existing and future client bases.
Commented Monster Arts CEO and Chairman Wayne Irving, "There remains a huge, pent up and under-served demand right now for casual games and remakes of what many know as the ‘classic, old style arcade games’, both from the older generations who are nostalgic about the games they grew up with and loved playing when they were kids, and the younger generations longing to experience the arcade culture that they unfortunately missed out on." Irving went on to observe, "Smartphone users are often looking for a quick distraction, and we’ve found that mobile device accessible casual, trivia, quiz, and puzzle games, along with remakes of those classic arcade games lend themselves really well to being a fast and easy entertainment avenue and solution for these on-the-go consumers."
Purchase the apps here: https://play.google.com/store/apps/developer?id=Monster+Arts,+Inc.
The same games and apps will soon also be available on Nook, Kindle, and iTunes app stores, pending respective approvals.

Iconosys Announces Upgrades to America’s #1, Most Popular Halloween Themed Family Safety App
Coming soon on iPhone and now with updated features providing for more accuracy and redundancy and other great new accessories, Trick or Tracker(R) remains America's #1, must-have family safety app for Halloween.
ORANGE COUNTY, Calif., October 14th / ACCESSWIRE / Today, Iconosys, Inc, a leading developer of over 1000 family safety, lifestyle, and entertainment Smartphone apps (including the ever popular Word Bully(R) and Drive Reply(R) apps), is pleased to announce updates and improvements to its leading family safety app, Trick Or Tracker(R), which allows parents to monitor their child's location at all times on Halloween (as well as during the year!), via their Smartphone.
Trick Or Tracker(R) was originally developed to provide parents with a means of effectively monitoring their trick or treating children on Halloween night, although it can be used all year round. The app allows parents to monitor whereabouts and locations of one or more of their children from a single smart device. Parents can set an allowable perimeter and receive notifications if their child travels outside of this perimeter, or pre-set destinations like their home or school and receive notifications when the child arrives at his or her destination. And because many, if not most, children are now using and carrying Smartphones on a daily basis, and this app alleviates the fear and stress that concerned parents might otherwise have about letting them out of their sights.
When it was introduced in autumn of 2010, the Trick Or Tracker(R) app was an instant hit … becoming so popular that it was prominently featured on such television shows as Saturday Night Live, The Today Show, The Doctors, and Good Morning America. Today, after continued press coverage and publicity, not to mention 10's of thousands ofdownloads, Trick Or Tracker(R) continues to be the Halloween family safety app of choice, with the Chicago Tribune naming it the #1 app for Halloween 2013 just last week.
Commented Wayne Irving, II, co-founder of Iconosys and developer of Trick Or Tracker(R), "The app continues to grow and maintain its loyal customer base. Protecting the safety of our children will never go out of style and will always be a central priority for parents, particularly during holidays like Halloween where kids may be out and about alone, with friends, or other adults. Being selected and highlighted again as the number 1 Halloween app, for the 3rd year in a row and by a highly respected organization such as the Chicago Tribune, is such a great reward and thrill for us all here. We are very proud to have created leading apps like Trick Or Tracker® that have real staying power and have yet to be matched in the competitive marketplace for mobile communications apps."
Trick Or Tracker(R) now comes loaded with Iconosys' other popular child safety app technologies, including Guards Up™ a geo-fence technology, Latchkey Kid™ , a technology that notifies the parent or guardian when a child arrives home from school or to school [what every parent needs to have if their child takes the bus, is dropped off by a third party, or is walking to school], as well as other enhanced Iconosys' technologies, all built right into the child's phone. Trick Or Tracker(R) installs easily on both the parent's phone and the child's phone, allowing the adult to find the child either on demand or at pre-set check-in intervals, and enabling the children to locate the parent or to send a distress message to the parent in a time of need, which notifies the parent or message recipient of the child's exact physical location through the aid of a daytime satellite map.
Trick or Tracker® Bi-Directional Family Locator Features Include:
- Enables parents to locate their child with the touch of a single button on their Smartphone for ultimate convenience.
- The app easily installs on both the parent's phone and the child's own phone.
- Using Iconosys' Tether Together(TM) technology, the app triggers a message to be sent to the child's phone with the help of a special secret pin; the pin is picked up by the child's phone, engages the child's phone to collect GPS coordinates, and responds to the parent with the exact physical location of the child.
- The child's phone has special "Where Am I?", "Send Location", and "Where's My Parent?" buttons, and the parent's phone has a corresponding "Where's My Child?" button.
- Trick or Tracker(R) can also be programmed to automatically send out updates of physical locations, in pre-set intervals, from the child's phone to the parent's phone. Additionally, the parent can set up his or her own "Geo-Fence" and "Location Triggers" to notify the parent if their child is traveling outside an allowable area, or has reached a pre-set destination, such as "home from school."
- Until iTunes approval for the iPhone submitted version, only the child's phone must be an Android OS phone. For the parent, any Google maps-loaded phone (including iPhone, Blackberry, or Windows Phone) will work using a simple manual process. However, for best results, Iconosys recommends that both the parent and the child user should be using Android OS phones like the Samsung Galaxy or Motorola Droid family of phones.
- The app also has a very handy flashlight feature that illuminates the phone screen, casting a ray of light on a child's path and allowing the child user to travel more safely in the dark. This flashlight feature is available in white, as well as in several glow-stick colors and patterns perfect for Halloween and other special events and occasions (orange, pink, blue, red, and green).
Availability
Trick or Tracker® is now available for download from Amazon or Google Play, at Iconosys.com, and at TrickOrTracker.com. The app costs $4.99 for a lifetime license, but on Halloween Day, it will be available from http://www.trickortracker.com/ for free from 8am EST until 11:59pm EST. On Android, the app is available in English and Spanish.
The app has been completed for iPhone, but is awaiting iTunes approval at this time. We anticipate receiving this approval and having availability on iTunes very soon.
About Iconosys, Inc.:
Iconosys, a member of the National Organization for Youth Safety (NOYS), is also the maker of the widely used and well publicized cyber-bully and family safety apps Word Bully(TM), Trick or Tracker(R), Drive Reply(R), and its latest registered trademark app, Zombie Slasher(R). Monster Arts CEO in Cover Feature for September Issue Inside San Clemente Magazine
SAN CLEMENTE, Calif. - /ACCESSWIRE/ Monster Arts (OTCQB: APPZ), a leading mobile marketing and app technology innovator focused on crowd funding consulting, mobile advertising consulting, "Daily Deal" type marketing and customer acquisition campaigns, and more, today announces that its CEO, Wayne Irving II, is the featured cover story in this month's Inside San Clemente Magazine, a publication direct mailed to the residents of San Clemente, CA. This article outlines Wayne's continued passion for developing mobile technology safety-oriented applications, and for his recent accomplishments in re-vitalizing Monster Arts. (read the online article here: http://emagazines.hibu.com/SANCLM/20130901)
The Los Molinos business district is now home to more than its fair share of unique and eclectic fixtures of trade and lifestyle, ranging from, among others, the Rainbow Sandals Outlet and its thatched tiki chic, the painted mural paying homage to the city's status as a surf mecca, to now – thanks to Irving and his newly relocated organization Text Kills®! -- the prominent and highly visible Text Kills® tour bus. Pictured on the front cover driving this 37-foot long bus, Irving shares the path that led him to create the Text Kills® outreach campaign, a national grassroots effort dedicated to bringing a heightened awareness of the perils of texting-while-driving (TWD) and other forms of the dangerous practice of "Distracted Driving" to the public through its uniquely educational and entertaining events held at high schools, colleges, community events, and corporations.
Irving developed the popular DriveReply® Smartphone app, which was one of the first technologies on the market specifically designed to combat the practice of TWD. Along with promoting awareness and personal responsibility to drivers, Irving has always believed that technology can also serve as a solution to the unfortunate and deadly tech trend of texting-while-driving.
After launching Drive Reply®, Irving looked for more ways to address what he saw as a growing national safety problem. It was 2010, a year in which driver distraction, especially relating to cellphone use, would be the cause of 3,092 deaths and 416,000 injuries (according to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration). So Irving made the decision to start Text Kills®, recruited friends and volunteers, bought the tour bus, and began organizing community outreach events that preached the importance of being a distraction free driver. Numerous school functions, charity fundraisers, and corporate safety days would follow, with Text Kills® quickly gaining a reputation for its unique blend of education and entertainment. This highly effective social outreach and public safety campaign undoubtedly led U.S. Transportation Secretary Ray LaHood to personally invite the fledging organization to attend the 2010 and 2013 National Distracted Driving Summit in Washington, D.C., an event organized specifically to address the growing problem of TWD.
With all of his work for Text Kills®, Irving still finds time for his professional life. A career businessman, he serves as the CEO of smartphone application technology public company, Monster Arts; both companies are based here in San Clemente. Far from seeing his professional life and his outreach work as conflicting with one another, he feels they are complimentary, as he continues to develop visionary technologies to solve real world problems. It is no wonder that Mr. Irving was awarded the prestigious 2013 Mobile Visionary Award by CTIA in Las Vegas at their National Convention, an event drawing the attendance and participation of the nation's largest wireless communications organizations.

"The simple truth is that I care about these issues," commented Irving. "I don't really see any difference between trying to make a difference through community outreach and trying to make a difference through developing safety apps. They both have the same end goal in mind: to make people's lives better."

BTW, I bet they missed this section in another ad. They talk about school apps and Iconosys has a mention about one of their apps. (End of 4th paragraph -it would be on the end of page 18-19)

Sure, we don't want people making a trade from dollars to cents accidentally, especially if they go from the MONT symbol to the APPZ symbol. Lord knows that never happens when experienced people trade stocks. No duping here. LOL.
Your welcome for the heads up BTW.
They have a new IPO symbol opening today using MONT (our old symbol) called Montage Tech. Yahoo keeps listing news under APPZ. It may take a few days before they realize their error. Montage has nothing to do with Monster Arts (for those of you who accidentally get directed here by Yahoo).
