As of August 19, 2013, the registrant’s outstanding common stock consisted of 33,917,651 shares, $0.001 par value. Authorized – 75,000,000 shares.

Now (IF) the DEFR14C takes effect... Those authorised shares could go up to 750,000,000 (730,000,000 common and 20,000,000 preferred. Not even close to 5 billion.

Again look for it in the next 10Q.
