Zonk I do not spend a lot of time on the boards but I just read that I was dumping a million. I am sorry if I was not clear but I only sell half and only on a volume spike. When a high volume spike comes a few hundred thousand will not matter to the pps. I have a lot of shares that I purchased between .04 and .06 and they will be the only shares sold for a double. That is just how I play the game. That way I always have dry powder on the downside. I do not intend to be a sold out bull but I do take profit and I do trade aggressively.
Dave and Sonk the good news is that people like me sell greed and you are right there is none. I use the RB board as an indicator because they are usually wrong. There is no excessive bullish ferver there so I hope you are both right and I am wrong.
No I did not sell a single share. I may buy more if they have any for sale below .05.
Dave we need volume to confirm a breakout and I just did not see it. I am still bullish however over the long haul.
I did not like the action today. I think we have to go down and test the .03 level before any meaningful run.
Dusty I do not play many penny stocks but when I find one that is not a scam and is not caught in death spriral financing I hit it big. Have you noticed we have no idiots to speak of on this board? The people in this stock have done their homework and in the most part are veterans of these wars. I do hate to see a board cluttered with meaningless posts between novice players and a few shills for the people with a short position. All is fair in love and war and believe me this is war. We have winners and losers in this game and the good posters here have helped many people join the win column. Good luck with your holdings and do not be afraid to take profit.
I have been buying but they did not have much available below .05. I will sell half at around .12 because I have only 17000 in dry powder right now. I will keep my core holding of a million shares for the big show. I think I will get my double next week. I usually do not telegraph my sells but we have some good people here who may be just learning this game. I always sell half on a double to go to free shares. I sleep better when I always have dry powder.
If one has a watch list or two it is obvious that very few micro stocks are feeling any love at this time. When it rains everyone gets wet. Most of the stocks that I play are sitting on old support. CORR is right where it started on the last move. They just acquired another company with a built in revenue source. Overhead supply on any stock that had a monster run will kill it for a year or two. Neither TRBY or CORR has had their monster run yet. ERHC did have a monster run and that is why I rotated into TRBY and CORR. I think November will be the month to make some money but it does not come easily. If everyone could play this game successfully we would have only winners and no losers. There is always a winner and always a loser in every game. I do not win every game but I win more than I lose. I agree with the posters here that posting on RB does more harm than good. The bash monster will use your posts for his own benefit.
Want to have a little fun? How about some of us with large holdings each dropping a million shares on the bid? Then we will see if there is any demand for shares. Maybe we can drive it down to .01 and really load up. That is what the hedge boys do so why should we not be able to play the same game. This is high stakes poker and we show them our hands but they never show theirs. Does that seem fair? The problem that I see is we will end up as sold out bulls and they will make us pay dearly to get back into the game.
MacDad. Yes PERT and PUGS were exactly what I was referring to. I think they might just underestimate the players here. Even if they get the share price down on low volume they still need to get panic selling to do their dirty work. Our resident basher tried to set up the selling for them. I can and will wait them out.
Since I can not respond to anyone in private I will answer a question here. It is my opinion that some of the market makers are hedge fund traders. They are well capitalized and take advantage of market conditions. If they see a weak stock they will drive it down harshly. They will also add to momentum on the upside of swings. I think the market right now is extremely vulnerable because of lack of buyers and any large seller could take any stock down hard until the election and the oil issue is settled.
I agree with Dad and here is why I am very positive on this stock. I have learned that when you double your investment on any BB stock you take your profit. I have traded this stock successfully and now hold a little over a million shares. Some people here hate traders as well as bashers but each of us must play our own game and not be swayed by opinions on this board or any other board. Some would call me a professional gambler and not an investor and that is OK with me. A professional gambler knows when to hold, knows when to fold and knows when to double down. I still have dry powder and I will double down on the final spike. If you look at the chart this is a screaming buy, if you look at the lack of volume on the downtrend there is none and if you look for buyers there are none. The winners in this game will be the long term holders and the big winners will be those that have the stones to buy before it becomes fashionable to buy this stock again. Oil will top out soon and money will again flow into stocks like TRBY. Remember you must do the opposite of the majority. The crowd is almost always wrong. I use the RB board as an indicator. When you have hundreds of posts a day you can be sure it is a top. When you see no one interested the odds are very good that you are buying in at the bottom. Human nature never changes and if you can force yourself to buy fear and sell greed you can beat this game.
My two cents. Actually it is only about one cent now LOL. If you are new to this game what we are seeing is normal and not the end of the world. I sold out my position in ERHC above .60 but have not sold any TRBY. I am buying CORR because it is in a hot sector (WIFI) and if you remember MOBL it should have a good run shortly. Almost all of the CORR holders with a profit are now out. The only selling we will see there now are people taking losses. TRBY may have a little more work on the downside because many holders still have a nice profit but I am not one of them. Many of the BB stocks on my watch list are screaming buy at this time. I think we will get a nice rally for a few weeks but when the hedge boys come back in September all bets are off. I have always made my best buys when everyone including me is scared as hell.
Zonk I started buying ERHC at .08 and sold for a triple at .24. Then it ran to .43 and came back down to .20. I had just received my retirement funds (around 350,000), put them in an IRA and plowed just about all of it back into ERHC when it sold off. Again I started selling on its way to .96. I usually sell a half on a double. Then I try maximize the gains by holding my free shares. I still have a couple hundred thousand shares of ERHC but do not follow the stock much anymore because I never plan to sell anymore of that stock. My kids will probably sell them when I am gone at 100 dollars a share. I started buying TRBY at .038 and sold shares everytime it doubled. I have learned that when you can go to free shares it takes all the emotion out of the equation and the trigger finger is easier to operate. I have bought all the downdrafts on TRBY because I always have dry powder. I will start selling TRBY again when it clears .20. But I will keep at least 500,000 shares for maximum gain. When you buy fear and sell greed you win in this game. I think the players on TRBY are as sharp a group of players as I have ever encountered. I consider myself a professional gambler now and I play to win. I appreciate people like you and several others that try to help the new players. I do not hype or bash a stock. I only try to find a stock with the potential for huge gains. When the spikes come two or three times a year I get paid and use the money to buy real estate in my real estate IRA. I am betting that TRBY will buy me another rental property before 2005 is out. Good luck and good trading. I wish you would post more here because I hate to go to the board with all the idiots.
That was one of the best posts I have ever viewed. I am a retired scientist, yes a physiology professor for over 40 years. I know about the science and I know about arthritis. I have an arthritic arm and shoulder. I have reached the million share goal and beyond. It sure is comforting to look at my stocks in a hostile market to see ERHC going up dramatically and TRBY refusing to tank. Am I pretty darn smart or darn lucky? The choice is yours.
Well guys the mini-correction if over and they sure did not sell me much. It should go back to the old highs and take them out easily on this run. With over a million shares I will just have to be satisfied with what I have for now. It was very telling that there are some strong hands holding this one. The selling just dried up so now up we go. Ain't this fun.
Smoke and others I agree. If you have done your homework and plan to really make money here you better have a plan and stick to it. I will only sell small amounts into a spike. I have been raising a lot of cash in the event we have one last bear raid. I think they may spike it down to see if they can spear a few fish to take up with them on the run. I will be waiting for them at .07 and below. They will surely not leave it there very long and when they see my orders that should be about the end of the bear raid. We have a lot of old pros here with a lot of money and do not scare easily.
For the chart players this is my take. Some stocks emerge from a cup and handle breakout with an explosive move. The cup and handle is about the most bullish chart pattern I know. The decline within the handle must drift downward. The volume should drop as the last of the uncommitted holders are weeded out. We sure saw that today. Right now is the ideal place to buy. I expect to see a slow rise at first and then bingo. So using a different approach Financial comes to the same conclusion as I did.
Thank you I guess I was shocked that a large buy would be filled below the stated ask. I just do not understand anyone selling for a few pennies but everyone has their own game plan.
If you do not think we have the MMs on the run look at level II and find the 90,000 buy that was me. I put in a buy order at .11 and they gave it to me for .105 to make it look like a sell. I now have over a million shares and I still have a lot of dry powder. Know the game and know what you own.
I took out the hammer today and took a few good whacks. I will hit it again in the morning and take out any more shares under .11.
Well Trader if you can come back I guess I can too. I too got disgusted because this looked like RB all over again. When the stock stalled out on Friday I sold about 25 percent like I always do on a spike. I still have 500,000 shares and will try to free up more cash to be able to attack any weakness on the downside. I honestly do not see much chance of getting much below .10 but that is fine by me. Even a half million shares at a buck or two is real money.
In response to a number of private emails I would like to congratulate those of you that have been patiently accumulating shares based on the excellent DD provided here. The bottom line is that the share price will move in anticipation of sales. If you wait until the earnings per share are visible to everyone it will be priced into the stock. We got some advice yesterday from a self appointed DD expert. I sure hope it did not cost you a bundle. Those are the kind of people that made me a loser in this game when I first tried to learn. I have 800,000 shares and have not sold one share.
OT Singitloud. I noticed that you very graciously apologized for having an opinion. I also took note of the fact a poster was allowed to misquote you in a feeble attempt to discredit you. You Sir are a gentleman. This is the first time that I have ever had reservations about this board so this is very likely my last post.
I think we should differentiate between a spam and an alert by a respected poster. I am here because of just such an alert on another board. I bought 200,000 without even knowing what I had bought based on the reputation of the poster. After time to study the product and even try the mouse I have added another 600,000 shares. By the way my early bet turned out to be a triple so I am grateful when someone of character provides a good tip. I have an arthritic arm and shoulder so you can see why I am such a big supporter.
Disclaimer-- I have made most of my money on ERHC which I stated when I started posting here. Do not put your faith in me or any other poster on these boards. There is no substitute for learning to navigate on your own. This is high risk-high reward gambling no matter what anyone tells you. I just happen to think that this stock is a good gamble but I would not bet the rent money on it or any other stock. I like to buy on downdrafts and accumulate during quiet periods. Then when the stock is "discovered" I sell it. Sounds simple but sometimes an OTC stock just keeps going down and joins the scrap heap. I have never met a trader with any money. I know several millionaires that found an undiscovered gem and just held it or traded a portion of it by selling the runs and buying the dips.
Buz very good article. When I first started playing the OTC game I lost just about every time. Since I have now learned the game I have made nearly a million dollars. Most people try to find an active runner. It is usually a stock that is spammed on Raging Bull or the paid tout sheets. I only have positions in four stocks. I started accumulating ERHC at .08. I use the RB board as an indicator. When the board is full of people putting their last dollar on the stock and praying for the moon I sell. Notice the RB board for TRBY. It now has one or two posters. That is extremely positive for those of us that are long term holders. If you can learn to do the opposite of what the crowd is doing you can become very rich in this game. The goal of the crowd is always the same, get in on a momentum stock and get rich quick. I am in this stock for at least three years. We have an anomaly here in my opinion. We have an good product, an honest CEO and a loyal share holder base. This is not supposed to happen on the OTC. I fully expect to make a million dollars on this stock but it will not be quick. I hope the loyal, decent folks here will do the same. Have a great holiday and thank the soldiers, police and the families of those who protect and defend this great country.
Smoke that is exactly what I was looking for. The are still trying to cover from the run to .12 and are running out of room on the upside. If they are buying above or at the ask we are going much higher soon. Thank you
The object for those of us that invest is to buy low and sell higher. Market makers sell high and buy lower. The investors did not cooperate today and have not sold enough shares for the MMs to cover from the last run. They do not make any money when there is no volume on the downside so when they can not shake out the holders they run it again. What they now need is a buying panic at much higher levels so they can sell short and drop the price real fast to cover. They like to put you under water and see how long you can hold your breath. New comers usually drop their shares and sell at a loss. This game is fun once you get the hang of it. Do not be afraid to take some profit on the next run so you have dry powder when they create another buying opportunity. I usually sell about 25 percent into a strong fast up move.
I slapped the fire out of the ask for the last few weeks. I told you all that I was buying and buying big. I had a 100,000 share order in at .089 and they would not touch it. Just let them dare drop it tomorrow. American Bulls says buy now. I do not speak much but I do carry a big stick. LOL
I know Dave and many others are on the same wave length as I am. This is not a pump and dump operation. I do not expect the share price to appreciate until the down trend is broken. I am very happy with the action because these dips are where the gold is found. Too many players jump on the band wagon when the share price is booming and then shortly become trapped bagholders. Then they come to this board and others and moan about their poor timing. I never buy all at once and these prices have enabled me to lower my cost to about .06 even though I was not in on the really cheap shares. If you have noticed they do not leave it at .06 on the ask for long because I take a bit out of crime every time. I am up to 700,000 and looking for more.
I am responding to private emails here because I do not have the premium package. My opinion is that with no volume to the down side the shorts will give up eventually and hope to cover after a big run to maybe .20. Even though I am prepared to buy a downspike I do not see it going below .04 on the bid side. MMs read these boards just like we do and they know we are waiting for them to give away shares.
Mr. Spock or is that doctor LOL. When I was younger I fell prey to a gang of crooks on the RB board and vowed that I would help new people learn this game. For all of you new people I would recommend that you do your own analysis and then compare it to the TA on American Bulls. They will help you from a technical point of view. They flashed a sell at .09 and have not yet flashed a buy. They are pretty darn good at the sell and entry points. There is always risk in any stock but the risk to reward ratio is what I consider paramount. I have done the fundamental analysis so I will be a buyer all the way down to a penny if I can get so lucky.

Even though I do not post a lot I do check this board at least once a day. We have some very sharp players here. I have been accumulating quietly and I now have 600,000 shares. What I expect is a sharp spike down to scare out the last of the non believers. I have a lot of money so if you want out there will be a buyer. The volume on the downside is really dismal so the MMs may have to run it hard to get some buying so they can start shorting again. That is how this game is played. I hope to see you all in the winner's circle.
I bought 170,000 today at .06 in case someone is interested. I saw they were selling at flea market prices.
Thank you Matt.
Ok folks I am back with a vengeance. Actually I never sold but I have been waiting for the green light to start buying again and I just got it. The correction is over and the fun is starting again. Happy days are here again.
Dave I just found your reply. Thank you. I think that people are getting nervous that I will come in with my million from ERHC and blow the cheap entry. I do not think it would stay below .10 if I bring the big hammer. Just kidding but a million dollars would shake things up a bit. I put 365,000 into ERHC so you never know what I might do, I am a professional gambler.
I just thought I would give a little pep talk to the new investors here. I do not post on RB because of the lack of maturity of the players. Short term players make a few dollars one day and lose it back the next. I have made a millon dollars on one stock because I researched every possible detail and bought on any dips in share price. That stock I started buying at .08 and made a few mistakes trading it but not very many. That stock is at around .90 today and is about to explode to the upside any day. That stock is ERHC. I bought around 400,000 shares of TRBY starting at .03 and have continued to buy the dips. One of these days I just may come in here swinging and buy a million or more shares. This stock has the same potential as ERHC. It is making a strong base right now and no stock can run hard unless it has based for at least 2 months. The longer the base the bigger the pop. Do not think for a minute that most of us have given up on Tom, the product or the game plan. We play to win and usually do.
What happened to the posters? I bought a million shares of ERHC over the last year and I wish I could buy more. I tried to tip this board off when it was about .38 cents. It hit .80 today on its way to 50 dollars. It is not too late to play that one. I still have 365,000 shares of TRBY but I just filed it away and will look at again in December.
