Ta, mick, congratulations on your gaining your goals, trouble with me I was never really able to form any which makes it kind of difficult to achieve them.

Thanks to you, as I just paced out your pool, I now have a better idea of the size of my back yard. Seems my place is just about 18' wide with a back deck that width, about 9' deep and sorely in need of repair with planks coming loose and bending up at the ends. Off the deck there is an old concrete path, to an 18' square studio about 80' from the house, behind which there is a small, about 18' by 5', area which am converting into grass, pumpkin, potato, whatever.

Beyond the back fence is a quite large community park.

On the right of the path, just off the deck, a strip of grass about 18", then 3' to the right fence and 8' long, a vegie patch. Down to the studio, a tool shed, a pepper tree, the clothesline and about, about 6' of dirt area am putting buffalo lawn, into. The buffalo is allowed to grow errantly in other places, for the purpose of transplanting.

By the studio there is a palm tree which in '94 was about 6', now roughly 20'. May be just about the last year will have to trim the bottom leaves, as they now barely reach the studio roof.

On the left of the path, deck to studio, is lawn roughly average, about 4', curvy edge and coming right back to the path; so just before the studio, no lawn.

Left of lawn, to fence, then railway track, are 3, 15' 15y old, camellia trees, a couple of 12 year old happy plants and a garden area with natives, ferns and various flowers, to the studio.

"chgo", am presuming, is Chicago, the old Windy City.

Presume, too, that Alice is your wife and most heartiest congratulations, to you most for that lasting achievement.

I mentioned it here, to help me get to the pool, but, as it was just

Not very disciplined, just now, up all night and was in "shake
your head at the red lights mode", where your eyelids seem to weigh
about 50 pounds. Not good, so, even though only 5pm here, am going
to have a nap in about 5.
