--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
PRNewswire
06:00 a.m. 11/17/2005
DENVER, Nov 17, 2005 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Galaxy Energy Corporation (GAXI), an oil and gas exploration and production company that is focused on developing its unconventional natural gas prospects in the Powder River Basin in Wyoming and Montana and the Piceance Basin in western Colorado, announced today that the American Stock Exchange ("Amex") has approved the company's application for listing its common stock.
(sorry if this was posted already)
AH there was nothing past 16:00:45 ...
mostly around 2.38-2.40
premarket looking weird though.

GTE making a nice +20% move on 2x ADV on some interesting news.
Also apparently GTE has a heavy naked short interest.
I'm enjoying the ride.
jonesie
Now THIS is what I'M talking about lol
Fun.

Thanks TFA. I'll pipe down now :) eom
jaime, thanks.
The guy who asked me to do him the favor said there was a NWAU I-Hub board.
I've looked at NWAU/NAUG before and saw the tracking. I told him not to buy on the drop to .60 because the chart said more down then. Right ... again.
So, this is the only I-Hub board directly related to NowAuto?
Thanks again.
jonesie
"anything to post about NEOM??"
jonesie
Well, thanks for the help.
LOL
Question ...
Got a friend who's on the road today asking me to check the NWAU I-Hub board for news ... something about some news supposedly coming out today?
Anyway, I see THIS NAUG board obviously, is there also a NWAU board on I-Hub?
TIA
jonesie
Is something supposed to happen on the 15th?
I'm glad I don't read boards much, because I will not be disappointed if it doesn't LOL. Not that I haven't read them a lot before.
And ... "not that there's anything wrong with that" - Jerry Seinfeld
Dip opportunities seem to abound.
Holding what I got, but not a thing in the chart is indicating this is about to take off. Perhaps that means we'll get a "sneak liftoff"?
jonesie
Good.
While we wait, I like being able to add occasionally in the .30's or high .20's. I trade for profits in other stocks and add a portion of the profits into NEOM at those points.
Meanwhile what's the correct formula? Add some hops? Malt? Yeast? I am guessing the brewmeister is doing that.
:)

And I don't care if it's 8 a.m. one morning, I'll join you.

clawmann: not sure about manipulative ...

It seems .. stealthy?

Today a 250K trade A/H above the close price.
Yesterday a 200K trade A/H, above the close price.
Monday a 100K trade A/H, .001 under the ask.
Last Friday, a 300K trade A/H, above the close price.
Last Thursday, a 150K trade A/H, above the close price.
Last Wednesday, a 100K trade A/H, .0006 below the close price.
Last Monday, 2 125K trades A/H, .0083 below the close price.
Oh well, probably nothing. Just some big trades A/H in a couple of weeks, totalling 1.35 million shares. They are, except for two trades late in the day on 10/31, the only trades of 100K shares or better in those same two weeks.
Another 250K shares traded A/H at .3422.
Hasn't that been happening a lot lately?
saskwatch, re: trendlines ...
Maybe, that will be an interesting chart to watch for sure. I've come to think there are no coincidences in the stock market, that, for the most part, a chart and a PPS tells us everything we need to know about what is "known" by the majority at the moment.
On TIV it was no coincidence that it finally, amidst much gnashing of teeth, settled down albeit briefly, to the older uptrendline that it truly never should have deviated that far from to begin with. $17 was over exuberance ... but nice :)
(NEOM to .70+ was a bit of the same perhaps?)
I've been mentally preparing myself for NEOM's return to that lower line, now around .30?, and even a little overshoot. It will hurt to see the dollars dropping out of my portfolio (I will be laughing through the tears no doubt lol) but that's where I'll buy, yet again.
As to the trendlines colliding, as long as NEOM is above the green one, the collision will certainly have NEOM's chart "backed into a corner" and a move, one way or the other, would be forced.
All JMHO.
jonesie
OT:craft_work, I'll email you in a few. eom
Just wanna show you the charts of two stocks I have been in for quite a while. Been in TIV since sub-$2, used the trendlines to sell near the top, and to wait until it hit the lower one to load up big again, plus a little trading in between at key inflection points. See what happened in TIV when the downtrend line is broken to the upside after finally hitting the lower trendline, which, by the way, everyone screamed it wouldn't do.
One other note .. haven't traded NEOM quite as well LOL, it's one I've just been "scared" to be out of for long.
Sorry for the long preamble, but note the similarities in the two charts. Similar situations with the companies as well, taking some time to put things together the right way. Patience rules in these stocks that take a while to get their act together.
Think it was fun being out of TIV and waiting all the way to $6? (Many held all the way through that downtrend too.) Think the payoff was worth it over the last few days?
Now look at NEOM.
The above is JMHO and filling an idle moment.

TIV has been a classic ...
My TIV has been behaving nicely ...
... ever since it confirmed, definitely hitting on all 8 cylinders.
Flyer, I do hate that gap.
Perhaps TIV could fill it by forming a handle to the cup that just formed on the daily chart.
At least for the moment, TIV broke through that old downtrend line to the upside...
And you just don't see prettier charts than this ...
Breaking out on decent volume to boot.
See the short-term cup formed there? A little profit taking would form a handle, (and fill the gap?) just one more preamble to some serious further appreciation. Or perhaps the breakout and shorts being squeezed will just keep the ride up going fine and the gap won't matter. Rather see it filled though.
Check out the Preliminary Bullish Price Objective of $19 on the PnF chart:

A textbook classic so far.

Another one from the scans ...
But there are a lot of gaps up in it, scary?
Interesting one from yesterday's scans:
I like the look of the weekly better ...
... in terms of "perhaps" preparing for a move.
Did it?
http://stockcharts.com/def/servlet/SharpChartv05.ServletDriver?chart=NEOM,uu[h,a]dacayyay[dd][p][vc6...
It will be rosy when NEOM breaks thru that downtrend line to the upside.
Meanwhile NEOM is playing with some of those lower uptrendlines.
Looks indecisive for the moment on the daily.
JMHO

OT: Jake, re: AOB
You should have seen me scrambling trying to find that news ... finding none, and seeing no after hours trades, I came SO close to grabbing 4K shares in AH at 7.15 ... then I searched IHUB for AOB and saw Rawnoc's post.
Got my adrenaline going for sure LOL.

Where did you see that? Not published news ... yet.
re: MLTO
No trades so far this morning? Everybody holding pat and holding their breath?
Think MLTO will be liquid enough to allow for unwinding a substantial position when everyone else is thinking the same thing?
Hmm, good point.
So, how does a company increase liquidity? Print some shares to raise money to buy something? Insiders sell their shares?
ThSeeker, would be nice to go ahead and fill that gap from the open, I hate gaps lol.
Yeah, iPod, that sounds nice!

That news on the test-retailing sounds good.
Yep, SC down again.
