Sun,
Sure we are disapointed, we can read both positive and negative items in the 10Q. I am not sure what your point is?
If you were to read my books at the moment you would take a breath also. I have purchased materials and equipment for a couple rather large projects that I cannot as of yet invoice.
...Next month I will invoice and then books will catch up!
Simular situation at the moment for FASC? It costs money to make machines.
I am more satisfied with the fact that Brian is hoping that increased Sales over the nest year or so is going to pay back salaries. Per Brian.
RJ
Netman,
I think it was a .0023 finger slip by a seller intending a .023 trade The next low trades were panic and oportunity. The previous current PPS was .025 so if someone was to dump for tax loss .023 would do it.
My thinking,
RJ
TR,
The Company is expected to be profitable for the first time by the end of 2011, depending on anticipated sales being closed.
It is still a slow growth situation but fortunately the Manufacturer seems to be financing himself (payables) and getting paid on delivery.
....Hey Sam!, Whats one more year!!!!!!!!!!!!
RJ
Sun,
There are current Machines being built that are not delivered. FASC does not book sales until delivered.
RJ
Sam,
Its all about price and performance.
Price- The ability to obtain
Performance- How much will it save or make for the Company
My opinion,
RJ
Sam,
I do think if we marketed our KDS a little less expensive we could entertain more multiple sales???
Just an opinion,
RJ
Charlie,
In addition to your FASC Share's recording I am wondering if
we should share with Cal and Brian what we would be willing to
sell out for. I am sure that the long term outlook could be different now for Cal and Brian than in the past.
The question could be ...if a buy out offer was to be entertained, what PPS would the shareholders here be willing to
sell at.
I think it would make sense to share that with Brian at this time if we have even 25% of the shares here with us at IHUB.
....I think more?
.... or maybe even PPS exchange value for a merger with a solid company?
I will go first. I think a very minimum of .13 PPS, how-ever I do think much more is possible if we accumulate some decent contracts this year. Maybe .47 PPS?????
RJ
PS. I think it would be good not to get to greedy if Brian and Cal are willing to entertain offers. In the Past Cal sent them to the Market.
Waite,
I am sure that the first trade was a finger slip. at .0021 sell meant to be a .021 which would be more in line with current trading. The following trades were probably a combination of fear and opportunistic? (is that a word?) As you notice the trades generated back up after that.
Maybe we should all go shopping with Charlie and get our minds off waiting for the 10Q.
I hope he is shopping at a Fish and Tackle Shop?
RJ (hoping to be JR!)
Sun,
Apparantly you did not recieve the memo....the lunatics have been running the Government for a very very long time!!!!!!!
As far a Soylent Green..I haven't got a clue!
RJ
TR,
I talked to Brian. He said the 10Q if not out today will be by early next week. Thats all that he could tell me.
What else can we do but wait.
When the 10Q comes out and the "E" is droped tensions should ease and the PPS level out.
My opinion,
RJ
TR,
Thanks TR,
That explains the flight from stocks when they receive the nasty "E". It even effected FASC till the 8Q was filed.
Brian was hoping to have the 10Q out this week, so lets hope today is the day.
.....in addition, it would not hurt for some good news!!!!!!!!
RJ
Charlie,
I am thinking that the last two slow days shows that investors are paying attention to the 10Q's and waiting for the information they can gather from the delayed one. Also the 8Q stating Cal's situation seemed to help the PPS in spite of the low volume. We now know the reason for the delayed 10Q. People not only are not willing to sell cheap right now not knowing what to expect, but people are not willing to buy much either for the same reason.
Just thinking and giving creadence to the 10Q ?
I am wondering as some here have stated, if this experience is going to make Cal have a different out look on a merger or selling FASC. I am also wondering if Cal is going to start looking more short term with FASC? He has always been a long thinker in the past?
Do you know how long it takes to have the "E" removed once the 10Q is filed? Is it immediate or take a probation period?
Thanks,
RJ
TR,
Just having a little fun with ya, noticing that there is no trading FASC so far today.
RJ
TR,
I understand that a "few" use the KDS, but the KDS definitely has not saturated the market. Wood Pellots are prevelant with out the KDS. I do wish and hope the KDS is looked at as a way to save dollars for the processing system.
....by the way, why don't you upcharge the trading day today with a few hundred thousand share purchase of FASC shares!!!?
RJ
TR,
Wood Pellots is already a huge business in Michigan. They are at most hardwares, Farm suppliers and Feed stores. They are doing it without the use of the KDS. I am thinking the KDS will be more
involved with Products comming from BioMass etc. than the existing successful Wood Pellot Market?
RJ
Tech,
I have a friend with 3,300 acres of Farm land. He also has his own corn driers etc. He was one of the lucky ones that got a six year corn contract with an Ethanol plant that was hoping to control corn costs. The idea was that with all the Government Subsidies that corn prices may rocket. He has only two years left to make on this Gravy train. How-ever the Ethanol Company says that Subsidies for Corn ethonal is going away, thus the potential of profits will leave also. Another wards they are not profitable.
I am not realy versed in the Ethanol business, just sharing what I have been told.
RJ
TR,
Brian got a response email from the Auditors that they are still working on the 10K but nearing the end. We should see it this week.
Cal is in rehab, they are working with him on walking. He will be a while before being back full time, but he is anxious.
RJ
TR,
My Online Brokerage account, Yahoo and Ihub say Bid at .0006, that is what is strange.
RJ
TR,
What is with the Bid at .0006 is that not 1/2 of a 1/2 penny?
Ouch!
200,000,000 shares at .0006 is the whole company for $ 120,000
RJ
Net,
Just buy some more Cisco...rr'...r I mean First American and
be quiet !!!
...Huh, if you want?
RJ
PS. Humoring Sarge
Sarge,
It is printed out and posted on my wall!!!!!!!!
RJ
TR,
But have we not heard from Management the possiblity of Shares for Salaries or assett being set up as collaterol?
Sounds like me there is an interest in adding to authorized shares.
RJ
Sam,
"No debt is a nice thing."
The Company/Shareholders have a lot of debt for payrolls to Cal and Brian. This reflects big time for equity of present investors and discourages future investors.
....on the other hand, it puts Cal and Brian in a position of deciding when enough is enough due to the fact that they are the primary debt holders.
....now..what if ... the news was not so good on Cals recovery or if Brian had his turn for a health issue? Now you would be dealing with heirs... I would think?
How things are set up are very important. It would be nice to know these things. If I felt better about what was going on my
investment would be dollars in lieu of pennies and I am very sure
others here and elseware would feel the same way.
my opinions,
RJ
PS. Not worth much I am sure?
TR,
Are you wanting FASC to get another 100 million Authorized shares? Are you interested in Sarge's Shareholders offering? or what are you suggesting?
Do you want me to talk to Cal about it or do you have a on going conversation going with him?
What is your take and I would love to here from others here?
I want FASC to survive. I believe in the technology and am extremely interested in seeing companies succeed at waste to energy or at least raw materials for remanufacturing. Great for the future.
...My fear is that the 100 million shares would be ate up by the payroll debt. I would rather see a balance of some of the payroll caught up on and new money for continued growth.
I would even go along with 200 mil new authorized shares if the salaries were 80K per year with success bonus's in lieu of the 150K ridiculous salaries that the Company cannot pay and has not been earned. Management Value can only be earned by Production.
A Bonus system reflective of Profits only. The 80K a year should be able to be covered out of present sales?
My take and one reason shareholder communication is important.
Can you immagine the investors that would be interested if Management would agree a compensation package based on success?
We need to cooperate with Management and they cooperate with us.
My opinions,
RJ
TR,
You and I can think this, but the question is what is Brian and Cal thinking? Brian is very nice and polite, how-ever very closed lipped! as he should be.
RJ
TR,
I am wishing you correct, how-ever I do know at least in the past
Cal and Brian have wanted to bring the company to maturity themselves.
I do think that seeking a buyer would be in the best interest of all. How-ever if sales did increase quicker than I think they will than then my opinion would change.
My support will go to anything that protects long shareholders and satisfies Brian and Cals efforts mutually.
Of course my shares only represent a little over 1% of the Company, not much of a vote!!! if we're even needed for a vote.
RJ
Sun,
"Long live the First Amendment! "
I am with you and then some, long live the first Amendment and let each man use it with wisdom in lieu of Malice.
"one of the company's two principals suffers a medical complaint worthy of sympathy, and resulting in everybody shelving their entirely justifiable concerns about the lack of decent management of FASC."
We all here accept your discomfort with FASC, I have mine also. but, when you have a problem with our waiting for Cal to get well before we continue with our ranting ......?
My opinion is that your health (sun's) and Cals health is more important than my investment in FASC. This is my First Amendment opinion. You need not comment on me and my patience I would rather you comment on FASC which I also see as a risk.
Even though I tried to use some humor at TR's expense, I posted my buy here yesterday primarily for moral reasons. I have stated my concerns and differences about management and having purchased shares at the present lower PPS I wanted to be transparent. We will find out in time if the lower PPS is an actual low or not.
RJ
Sun,
It is not avout Validity or Sympathy. A person acts upon the
information available to him with respect.
I have my difference of opinion with management, that is well known. I choose not to let it control my behavior. I would rather be wrong than cause malicous harm.
....maybe I can keep my faults to a minimum!!!?
FASCE will be FASC again soon enough.
RJ
Fasctrack,
Cal went into the Hospital in Korea. According to Cal he was told he had Brain Aneurysm. Brian told me that it was not a full blown Aneurysm but a weak wall lining. I am not sure what
medical Treatment he had, but he was in the hospital for two weeks and according to him he got very good care. Brian was with him.
I do not know a lot because I am not comfortable with pressing past what was volunteered to me.
What is good is that Cal is recovering. I wish that above all at the moment.
RJ
TR,
Brian had a appointment with the auditors this morning to go over
things? Brian visited Cal yesterday and is hoping to get the 10Q out soon.
Cal is at home resting. Brian said he seems to be doing well.
As far as our previous FASC concerns, I have put them on the back burner for obvious reasons. Cal and Brian are both aware of my
"Opinions"!
RJ
Who ever it was that was purchasing all day at .0135....well you're done! I just placed an order for 50K shares at .014 and it filled at average of .0139!, .0135 and .014
....well you may not be done, so you can resume now!
...but don't make me have to start buying again.
RJ
PS. Sarge and TR, If you are buying today, your not being very
aggresive to match the pump.
Waite,
It is possible both will work. I just wanted to give you the one
that has been working for me.
Thanks,
RJ
Net,
Cal is at home recovering and doing well. He is doing some work
part time from home.
per. Brian,

RJ
Guido,
Yes, Friday FASC will be FASCE, but to us here in the know?!, we
can look at it with less difference than those not on IHUB because we know why the filing was late.
Per Brian, Cal is doing well and is working part time from home.
Koreans took good care of him!
Have a great Holiday week-end all!

I am not good at the getting out part!!!
Have a great Holiday week-end!
RJ
One,
According to the form D they filled out 7-26-2010 LHPT has no
revenues. I wonder if this company will ever be anything. I have been scammed so many times and lost so much money in the Pinkies I do not invest here anymore. I keep selling shares for write offs. LHPT will be next years. I have enough write offs for this year. FASC is the only penny I still invest in and I am nervous about that one. Fortunately it is not a pinkie. But it does make a product and you can visit its demonstration facility.
So there is hope.
The rest of my money is back on the big board and mutual funds!!!!
I made some money on Ford and sold WAY TO SOON!!!!
I was foolish to try the Pinkies!!!
RJ
Hi TR,
I have been on the phone with Cal for about 1/2 an hour. We talked about FASC for 2 minutes and the rest was about Thanksgiving, Fishing, Hunting and Christmas. Cal sounded very tired. I asked him about it. Cal came back from Korea with high blood pressure and at the Hospital they found a Aneurysm.
Cal said he would get the 10Q to the auditors today if he can and
then we should see it in a couple of days. Cal is the only one that can do the 10Qs.
Cal sounds like he is suffering from stress. I can understand it.
Running a business can be very difficult. That is why I mention the big Brother Company and a Board of Directors. If done right can add some peace to the operation.
I wished Cal well when we closed. I do hope that I have not added to his stress, but I am sure that I have though not intentionly.
With Brian at 73 years of age and Cal with health issures I do hope that Stuart and others are doing their best to ready themselves to take over. Maybe best option is to merge with a
mature corporation? Well, I do hope that Cal does a full recovery and not just for business sake.
RJ
Waite,
I stopped by in route the other day, sorry I missed you. I left a message on your phone.
I hope things are better than I fear with FASC. I think they need a big brother. If they had one they probably would be more
advanced than they are today. I do believe they have done well with their limited resources, but what is best for long shareholders is the moral responsibility of the Board of Directors.
Lets hope for the best in FASC Management this Thanksgiving
Holiday. I do wish them and all of you well.
There is nothing more exciting than to watch people succeed. I am myself helping a couple get started in a business. Its a good feeling. Not everything is about self, yet we need to survive to help others. You know this better than most.
Once again Waite, it is great to know you and be influenced by you. Best wishes for a very Happy Thanksgiving.
RJ
