How much net profit will be in these 3 companies that we're going to close on this month?
Assuming our O/S is still around 131M, here's a couple quick calculations.
Let's say these 3 companies combined have 1.31M in net profit. That's .01 eps x 20PE = .20 pps. Not bad!
Even if these 3 companies only have 440K in net profit combined we're still looking at .0033 in eps x say 20PE = .067 pps. Still a nice pop from here.
The super 8K will be nice to look at in a few days after the close. I think I'll hold and see if Linda comes through this time.
EVRN DD:
Sold my EVRN at a profit today. As soon as I saw that the A/S had been raised to a ridiculous 950M, I knew this stock was over.
Another nice trade! On a roll...
More CMCA DD:
As I posted on the CMCA board back in January, CMCA had limited to no upside potential based on the company's own projections of 7M in revenue in 2010 and that was with an expected 89M in O/S. Now that the merger has really happened, we find out that the new company has 744M+ O/S!!!
I recalculated my numbers based on the new O/S:
7M in revs by 7% net profit still equals 490K
490K/744M = .000659 x 10PE = .0066 or 20PE = .013.
That's assuming they hit 7M in revenue and net a 7% profit. The joke of a stock was down 33% today when the new O/S came to light.
The odds are that this will go sub-penny.
The actual post was this one. Thankfully I never entered this one.
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=45954976
And those calculations were based on 89M and when this was trading at a much higher price. With 744M O/S and their expected revenue for the next 12 months this has no future upside imo. That's why it's down 33% again today.
I posted a long time ago that this had limited upside potential with the expected O/S of 89M but now it's 744M O/S. What a joke.
No doubt. Most of my shares were under .02. I'm hoping for a bigger return though. GL!
It may take seeing a couple 10Q's with growing revenues and NET profit before this really starts to run. Which has been my stance since the beginning.
The one positive is that were not getting ahead of ourselves (chartwise that is).
Maybe we'll still make a run over the next couple days as this news sinks in. However, I know I was counting on this closing in my future revenue calculations. Now we just need to see product selling in all the places it's supposed to be and we need the updated website finished so people can order online.

It seems that way but if that were the case, we should have gone up. I suspect there was some selling at the ask and getting a nice profit between .03 and .033. But then I've been the most realistic about the price appreciation here. I don't expect the big returns that most do here. But nevertheless, I was still disappointed by the price action today.
Slowly but surely we're climbing again.
Big volume day but we couldn't even end up in the green. Could have been a nice breakout day but once again the traders or others chopped us down.
More great news! Where are the bashers? It's hard to do when so much verifiable DD is out there. FRHV is going to make huge leaps and bounds in the next 6-12 months. Enjoy the ride all!!!

Not an exact date but he did say they would be on there soon.
For those that haven't done any DD here, please realize that there are actually horseshoes being manufactured as we speak. I've talked to our manufacturer (Thoro'Bred) about this and in fact he had a couple hundred shoes around him as I was talking to him. He said they've been field tested and now it's up to the public to see how they like them and how their real word durability is. The gentleman I spoke to presented these shoes at the Cincinnati Hoof Care Summit last month (I verified that too). I added some shares at .0041 not long ago. A little profit from my last trade here.
.0331 x .035
A few European investors? Or just a few getting antsy that this might actually happen this month?
Glad I doubled down a few weeks ago.
Very interesting. It's no wonder EVG just sits and flounders. I've always been impressed by Quinton Hennigh in conference calls and interviews but no so much by Barker. Sounds like the rest are even worse. Maybe we can show the world how much gold we have and then get bought out for $5 or $10 bucks a share.
.0285 x .0295
Nobody asking much of anything. It's just a quiet board. Hopefully we've got the money to close this deal. Either way, we're selling products and we just need enough money to proceed with our business plan. The product is good, we're getting in more and more stores and we're only trading at 2 cents. I'm not even sure if this deal will be worth it. Maybe we should just concentrate and getting the necessary 600K and manufacturing more product and expanding our store base and keeping them stocked.
Thanks! That will be another great plus for FRHV.
Did he say anything about when the new website would be ready to go for ordering products? I want to order some chips and salsa and a few other products when it's ready.
I had about a dozen people sample my box yesterday and everyone really liked them. The coffee people really liked the Coffee Expresso bar and I really liked the Almond Raisin and Cranberry Crunch ones.
That's great news! I'm liking this company more and more.
Checked a couple of Discount Drug Marts in Cleveland but no hits yet. They were supposed to start selling this month so I guess I'll check back in another week or two. I know the weather put them behind a few weeks. I was not going to call all 60+ of them. At least not yet...lol!
More FRHV DD:
Called two more Walgreens. One said they did not have them (at first she thought so, so maybe they've yet to arrive) and my third call yielded another yes! Selling for $1.69 or 2/$3. Those bars are in a rack near photo.
FRHV DD:
Just called an Orlando Walgreen's and they are currently carrying our Wings of Nature bars!!! In fact, they're selling right now at $2 for 2. NICE!!!
I don't think FRHV is suppressing news. That would be illegal. When we close the deal, gain financing, make a big deal with another store, etc, we'll get a PR. Traders are just doing their thing. Taking their 30-50% profit. I keep telling everyone, just give this some time. It's not suddenly going to be a 15-25 cent stock. With time, if we make good sales, it will go up. That's all that counts.
Just e-mail the CEO and tell him what happened. He'll straighten it out.
michael@wings-of-nature.com
It obvious traders are camped out in the .028 to .029 range. If we can get through the last of them, we should be good for a run into the .03s. Good news (acquisition closing, financing for this year) would do it imo.
.027 x .028
20K knocked it out. Can we break .03?
We need some good news.
20 minute pop at the close yesterday and now we give it almost all back.
.029 x .0299
We look poised. Now we just need the good news. Our 1M business acquisition or 600K would be just perfect right now.
I had a bunch of co-workers and friends try our bars today and everyone thought they tasted very good. It was a big enough sample for me to know that these bars will go over quite well. The only problem I see is price. $1.69 for a 1.4 oz bar is a bit pricey. Will people be regular buyers? It tastes good, it's healthy, it's organic but is the price competitive enough? Will customers keep coming back at that price?
Interesting day. EVOGF up 33% but EVG-V down 3.75%. I guess the news didn't make the TSX in time or ???. I'll be curious to see if EVG has a sharp run in the first couple minutes.
Nice news out of Carlin though!
I actually ordered through our FRHV site but the order got messed up and so our CEO just sent me a box of samples. The new website including a revamped ordering website should be done anytime. The website looks the same yet so I'd double check with FRHV before ordering off our website.
I had one of the Almond Raisin bars this evening and I have to say they were pretty good. We might have a winner here. Looks like they're manufactured in Canada.
Received my Fresh Harvest order/sample today! A whole box of Cranberry Crunch, Almond Raisin and Expresso Coffee bars!!! I'll be letting my friends sample these over the next few days and see what everyone thinks.
I like the very simple ingredient list and of course that they are certified organic. Very nice!
Go FRHV!!!
Holding tough. Will be interesting to see if we get some news about funding soon.
663k...small amount.
CMCA DD:
I posted this on the CMCA board when it was trading at .07 and everyone just blew me off. Now it's off another 50%. Fundamentals do matter. It's now down to .037 from a high of .15 when the speculators were bidding it up. Even if they hit their rather lofty expectations imo, you can see the potential is not that great. The pps is at least low enough now where you could make a little cash in the next 12 months but who believes they're actually make 7M in the next year? They first have to build more restaurants, hire and train staff and then make a net profit of 7% just to hit the numbers below. CMCA will not be a big winner. There are a lot better potential winners out there. This is assuming that all the speculation about this shell is correct!
Just a numbers post:
Assuming this will become Monkey Rock and assuming they hit their 7M in revs over the next year (which would seem too soon imo), aren't we already fully valued? What's the average restaurant net profit margin? 4-7% on average?
Let's use 7%. 7% of 7M = 490K in net profit.
490K/89M O/S = .0055 eps x 10PE = .055 20-1PE would yield .11 pps.
I'm not sure where the upside is. Thoughts?
Have a good weekend all! Things are looking up here. Share price will follow imo. All I wanted was confirmation that shoe production was underway. And it is!
