credit is given to the mod of that board, which is momemtumtrader, which also mods another board me and treeman were discussing. I was also discussing distrust in low floaters. momentum trader mods over 300 boards. Ibie he started on the 26th and next day he started tchh which is the one we were discussing initially.
I also follow about 15 other traders, including mastaflash.
No, no apology today for you, or anyday. you might very well be a smart fella, but I'll be damned if Im gonna bother reading any or every brainfart you put down on this board. I rememeber very well how you trashed the board before getting tossed a good while back.
Now you are here again and clogging the board with back to back multiple postings. I dont like your postings so I dont read em. If ya dont like mine, dont read em.
There's another "tos" for ya to send in!
No, its not you. Have momentum_trader bookmarked for a lonnnng time. I also like tchh another board of his(and mastaflash).
TOS? Jailtime? who cares. I post three times a year here at most. I do however enjoy coming here to scan messenges every day or every other day.
I commented because you trashed up the board with post after
post and post and post and post. I have no doubt you will continue to trash the board until once more banned until further notice.
Perhaps I would bother to read your posts if you limited them to just four or five per page.
check out IBIE. under 3M float. Should move up if ya fart.
rumour is merger candidate for bcit. Notice Old Stewy if Chairman of the board hehehehe. Funny how they are into the palm oil biz as has been discussed on bcit board for over a year. Plus Stewey is a good bud of Megas and they have a history.
If so, bcit will definitely rock when trading re-commences, and I will be rich. MOASS for sure.
Notice the mod there - good one to bookmark....
Agreed. Good concept, large mostly untapped target market, existing distribution channels and potential clientele already in place.
Few years back a company had a similar idea, test market was welfare type people who were handed out something similar. Very successful.
Share structure is not exorbitant at first glance, but am always a little leary of low floaters unless well funded or good cash flow.
Definitely one to put on watch list and do more dd on, seems to be a fairly safe investment as market cap is only a half mil.
BTW, only shares of dvfi I have are a piddly amount of freebies. Lost faith in them long time ago, took my money and a bit of profit out, hoping freebies would amount to something.
GLTY. - P.
Taking a brief look at it, it is a hot sector now, and have seen where mastercard? is advertising their product I believe.
This breaks into a whole new market of teens - very powerful consumers.
Also, I have two of the mods bookmarked for a year now - no dummies.
PPS seems right, and half a million net worth for entire company is wayyyyyyy to cheap. Will it go lower? I dont know but I do bet that over the next year a nice correction will take place.
In both cases I dont believe success with anything at this point is part of the "above options". LOL.
Its been a couple years since they completed and announced anything they started. Now I feel they have sold us down the river, and now we are set to get diluted to hell or back, or Rees wants to give that impression so they can quietly acquire really really cheap stock over a period of time.
The class action? no opinion except to say I dont remember very many successful cases in pinkyland.
SSTP ROCKS!
- Holds exclusive rights to process and sale of rivierra product(s).
- Has JV venture with Agrimax Fuels to expand facility and production up to 100 million gallons per year.
"Agri Max Fuels, LLC currently operates a bio-diesel facility capable of producing approximately 15,000 gallons of biodiesel per day. The Joint Venture was formed to expand the operations of this initial plant and will focus on blending ethanol with biodiesel and diesel. The joint venture includes provisions for expanding production up to one hundred million gallons per year of biodiesel."
- Has acquired 50 times the land base of the Channelview location for "STAGE TWO"
"Sustainable Power Corp. (PINKSHEETS: SSTP) announced today that it has completed Phase One of the Agri Max Fuels, LLC, rebuild and expansion project in Houston, TX.
In the previously announced Joint Venture on May 27, 2007, Sustainable Power Corp. agreed to expand the biodiesel facility and focus on blending ethanol, biodiesel and diesel. The first phase included acquiring 50 times the previous land area, the purchase of additional tanks, additional equipment, and 200,000 lbs of feedstock."
While undergoing expansion of facility (can be viewed on JR's private blog), sstp finds an interested party or two:
"Sustainable Power Corp. (PINKSHEETS: SSTP), an international green energy service provider focused on environmentally safe power generation, today announced that it is engaged in preliminary discussions with undisclosed parties focused on the commercialization of its revolutionary biogasoline product (referred to by SSTP as "BG100"). In addition to BG100, preliminary discussions are on-going regarding the Company's other breakthrough "green" products developed and proven to be direct replacements for conventional petroleum products.
Discussions to date have been comprehensive, entailing potential financing structures for the plants and equipment, geographic plant locations, and the ultimate sale contracts for Sustainable Power Corp's product lines. While the discussions should be considered preliminary, initial feedback is encouraging and talks remain ongoing. "
Stage two on newly acquired land area completed - JR working night and day it seems - much progress made:
"Keith Mazer, President of SSTP, stated, "Achieving ASTM certification for our biodiesel is a major milestone in our corporate mission. We are very pleased that the quality of the fuel we produce now meets the highly recognized and coveted international ASTM standard. We have worked tirelessly to upgrade our first Houston facility to increase our capacity. We are now able to distribute our biodiesel to blenders for national delivery thus bringing phase two of our plan into completion."
John Rivera, Chairman, stated, "With the completion of phase two behind us in Houston, we have begun phase three. Through the purification and splitting of the glycerin waste byproduct to industrial and pharmaceutical grades we have escalated the marketability and significantly increased the value of our glycerin."
..........................................
And just where is this "expanded facility" that is 50 times the size of the channelview site? Seems JR has been working at the new location which we believe is located in Bayview Texas. Some great detective work has been done to narrow location to 7100 HWY 146 North. Satellite pictures from goog earth has verified the Baytown location as the same as on JR's blog on Geobio's.
The location is right beside Consort Concrete, whose aggregates and trucks can be seen in the photo's on JR's private blog and also on geobiofuels site.
All that remains is to 1) - complete Phase three of the Agrimax/sstp joint venture, and building/installing more and more reactors until we reach our 100 million gallons per year production goal.
2) Conclude discussions and negotiations with our "undisclosed parties" for the commercialization of BG100. In anticipation of closing the deal, sstp has produced and stockpiled a sufficient quantity of BG100 which would be delivered immediately following the JV signing.
The author of this post during a phone conversation with IR rep Chris from Redwood Consultants confirmed that the large land area acquired by sstp/agrimax was indeed Baytown.
It has been suggested on another board that I have lied about Redwood confirming the Baytown location. For those who believe it is our "undisclosed parties" who acquired the Baytown property and are funding the construction of same without signing an agreement, or that usse or sstp would transfer technology and assets without informing us, I would ask you to rethink.
To find out who the operator of the Baytown location is, just call Redwood, ask for Chris, and then ask if the acquired land area and work completed mentioned in the sstp pr(s) is located in Baytown. There is only one JR, and he is currently working to complete Phase Three, having worked his butt off completing phase one and two.
Why has JR dropped everything else to complete phase three? He has got at least two separate deals waiting on the completion and demonstration (proving up).
Everyday we are one day closer to completion, production and sales of product. I can wait.
Good luck to all. Penn

hmmmm....bio sez Baytown is not Agrimax, Redwood confirmed to me it was. Main thing is for Baytown to get jiggy with production and sales.
No, Valero is not the Fortune 500 company the pr spoke of, and yes agrimax has a Baytown location.
Our Fortune 500 company although not a major, has multiple locations through out the states. Now that a production facility is close to up and running, any large JV deal announced will most likely be for multiple plants in various locations and states.
The agrimax facilities success will take a lot of risk out of the equation for our F-500 JV partners, who no doubt wants a piece of the Rivierra process pie, plus exclusivity.
Thats OK. All the action is with sstp/agrimax anyhow. If any board should have posting happening, its this one. I kinda like it quiet here for now.
We are producing in Channelview, and now the agrimax Baytown location reactors are operational - so sez Biomoneyman. Just had the Baytown locations company identity verified.
Production and stockpile is OK for a start, but we will rock when we are able to sell. Somehow I got a sneaky suspicion that one day the natchez facility will be stuffed with reactors.
Channelview and Baytown are just the jumpstarters. Funny how many were so willing to believe the Baytown location was a NEW JV partner, when it was Agrimax all along.
DVFI - possible class action here.
Thanx. Just sent him an email. Wonder if Wadkins still answering phone at Top Entertainment. Be nice for him to know he going back to jail.
Repost zins contact info, perhaps discussion on class-action?
Seems to me both dvfi AND wrnw had plans to rip us off a lonnnggg time ago and the sidwell deal was the beginning. Whats next?
I guess the jolly roger skull and crossbones ratings symbol is an accurate description.
DVFI- the correct answer is not at any price in the foreseeable future. The AS just got raised to 5 Billion.
And next would be a reverse split. And here I used to wish that I had more.
Time to dump the small amount of freebies I am holding.
.0001 is on the way methinks.
pASS thE PUKE BaG....
one fella I know has 7M sstp shares and he is a patient one.
King: here's a pr that apparently did have meaning to shareholders and market as pps immediately indicates. No secrecy here:
Perihelion Global Launches Opp, Alabama Webcam
Perihelion Global (PINKSHEETS: PHGI), a development company with interests in natural resources, alternative energies, and advanced communications, today announced that the company has launched its Opp, Alabama webcam for shareholders and the general public to view progress at the future site of the Opp biodiesel refinery.
The company has elected to install four cameras, half with nightvision capability, viewing various areas of the refinery site. Due to the bandwidth limitations available on-site, Perihelion is restricting this content only to registered users of the PeriheliBlog: http://www.perihelionglobal.com/blog. The company kindly asks shareholders to be patient with any wait times as it is expected there will be significant traffic to the feed over a relatively short period of time. The company is working with its consultants to develop a more robust feed solution and increase its available bandwidth in the future.
King: not in pinkyland. Pr's are good for smoothing ruffled feathers of investors. The larger market determines price.
sstp did not attach any production or sales numbers to agrimax update, results nada.
I dont want my hand held, I just want production and sales - bottom line. Cannot argue with dollars and cents.
dolly - what...a copy and paste from IV?
Other than that your letter serves no purpose except that it might make you feel a little better having written it.
Redwood promised a pr, you got a real nice one released by sstp a few days ago.
I cant help you bought too early and paid too much. Considering you already knew of JR's past failures to bring the product to market, you have no one to blame but yourself.
Redwood has no control over what posters post, never mind their intentions. Never ever give penny stock tips (especially pinks) to friends or family unless they ask.
Humiliation is a personal thing, so deal with it.
Do a little research on what it takes to get a new product to market or on the shelves. Never mind most innovations dont need special government approval (which we all know happens at the speed of light - NOT).
Look back and see what John and company have acccomplished in just a little over a year. If you would like to know what some of the uses are for the oil produced, goog pyrolysis oil. The government has published many findings.
You are aware of past failures, and aware that this company could fail again. Thats a risk you take, and either win or lose. We are not only still in the game, but it appears our process is way ahead of most if not all other methods.
Just what is it you want pr'd? You already know just about everything there is to know. You know what Agrimax is up to, you know the plant is still being constructed, you know that both the process and products are verified by numerous sources.
Since our deep-pocket friends want to remain anonymous for now while sinking THEIR money into a plant, what more do you want or expect?
Im very happy that we have what could be a superior product and process, and that we have located a potential JV partner who is funding the construction of a full time production facility, and from all indications is progressing nicely.
BTW, since your post insinuates the pictures could be from anywhere, and not from a bio fuel plant of ours under construction, it might behoove you to actually ask JR to confirm that yes, the pictures he posts on his website, does reflect progress being made at the company.
Adequate production facilities, the production of product and sales of same ($$$$$$) should be enough to despel any doubts the market has. This is the pr I am willing to wait for, and the only one that has any real meaning.
In the event this post gets goosed, it will appear on a deletion free board.
GLTY - P
is dvfi a buy now at .0011? What a stock. Just when you think it could not go lower....but has it reached bottom?
Tic toc, tic toc. wrnw giving dvfi divvy shares away, 1 for every 16 wrnw.
both tfzp and cypw are about properly romped and stomped? hmmmm.
phgi double over past week or so, could we have a quality company in the making? 155M OS now at .008
yeah I know. Zin to catch trouble from posting that as I believe it has been forwarded to authorities already. However it does raise questions about proceeds from gas sales, as we know it (Grimes)has been kicking it out. The money has gone somewhere.
Arch also stated there was much more to the email but he isnt gonna share.
It was emailed to him from "anonymous" source per wrnw board.
Lotsa lurkers few posters LOL!
That would be IH admin Zin...actually I or Frat. should have taken care of them. Dont visit as often as I should perhaps.
OT Chuckerfmfla:
yes I have some sstp, want more.
PR released very positive,more coming
USSE is due news anytime
PBLS I like for 2008 nice play from current levels
I agree but its not a dealbreaker with me. Waited this long, and am content it will happen but not perhaps on my timetable. Besides, I need a little time to free up some cashola.
GLTA - P.
Our problem is that we look at this deal from the perspective of USSE shareholders who havent had an update in a while. For the company (a reporting one)putting up the bucks, their reasons for wanting or needing to stay quiet may be valid.
If they want the plant up and running before they report to their shareholders, I say let them do it. The pictures give us the only report necessary, and that they are still being worked on.
Once up and running Im sure testing will have to be done before sales happen. At the very least the plant should be completed and be ready for testing before an announcement is made.
In the meantime the upcoming pr will be processed, getting approval from the powers that be. I am as impatient as the next person, but since I dont plan on selling on the first couple bumps up so why sweat it?
The news will be much more valuable when the plant is functional.
The USSE/SSTP Rivierra process produces a number of different products.
You and PP can spout off all you want about pyrolysis oil and how it has no value. Some say ignorance is bliss.
Amspec has said how it has obtained oil(s) produced from the Rivierra process, maintained full chain of custody, and produced a number of fuels from it.
Pyrolysis oil is a term pp tends to use rather loosely, tending to include all USSE/SSTP products simply as pyrolysis oil and have no proven value.
As an investor or specualator, all Im interested in do they manufacture a product that can be sold and how much demand is there for it.
Whatever your arguments are, it wont change the fact we have a valuable and salable product. How we make the product or what you care to call it does not change things.
You can argue that a tomato is either a fruit or vegatable, but when it comes down to eating it, it makes not a whit of difference who is right, the end result is that it still tastes the same.
yep.
yep.
Sustainable Power Corp (PINKSHEETS: SSTP) is pleased to announce the company's biodiesel has attained verification from AmSpec Services, LLC for ASTM certification.
Is it not obvious that SSTP produces biodiesel, and that it has passed ASTM criteria? I dont care if its a magic wand they wave to make it.
SSTP has produced (produces) a viable biodiesel that passes ASTM certification standards, period. The pr refers to a finished product that the ASTM certification has identified as a high quality biodiesel product.
How much more simple does that get? Seems you pyrolysis oil on the brain and just cant get rid of it. This continual posting of nonsense reminds of watching the Simpsons and hearing Bart and Lisa scream "are we there yet, are we there yet".
sstp has lower float, the distribution rights, and a deal with AGri-max. Usse owns a third of the companies stock.
sstp IMO is the better buy right now I believe, but that could change.
I have both, have enough usse, looking to add to sstp postion. The next three months should be exciting times for shareholders.
pAPER Tiger:
We dont really care how or why you came to this board, we only know that you are here 24/7 disparaging a company and stock that we have put our money into with the hope it increases in value and provide a return on investment.
We only know that you seek to devalue the company and its products, and work to devalue our investment discouraging new investors, trying to instill doubt, and if you could you would shut it down.
How is it that industry experts have not refuted JR's claims, not independent labs, nor Cornell University, no Amspec, nor past potential partners? It is only you and your hate for this company and investors.
I dont know how you got to be as old as you are, really.
Shipping Biodiesel and Hope to India
For Pure Energy Corporation, shipping U.S.-made biodiesel to India is more than just another export opportunity. It's a chance to help a nation of 1.2 billion people set meaningful, lasting fuel quality standards.
By Tom Bryan
When New Jersey-based Pure Energy Corporation shipped its second consignment of U.S.-produced biodiesel to India in late August, it did so with an important personal guarantee from its president and CEO, Irshad Ahmed.
"Whether we ship a gallon of biodiesel or 100 drums, we promise to showcase the best quality product the United States has to offer," Ahmed said. "We have an obligation to help India set a standard."
Pure Energy is not a biodiesel producer. Rather, the corporation is a technology provider and an international distributor that purchases—and guarantees the quality of—biodiesel produced in the United States for export to other countries.
But make no mistake about it. Pure Energy isn't just another random exporter trying to capitalize on the deficiencies of a nation in need.
The truth is, shipping U.S. biodiesel overseas, especially halfway around the world to India, is not economical in small amounts. Pure Energy is shipping what Ahmed called "decent amounts—but a drop in the bucket really—not the shiploads one might think." He said the economies of scale that would make biodiesel exportation profitable are in the range of "tens of millions" of gallons per year.
"The shipping costs are prohibitive," he explained. "The costs would eat up a company if it didn't handle everything in a very strategic manner."
Nova Biosource Fuels, a $300 million Houston-based producer of biodiesel that uses 25 different types of biomass, including animal parts, as feedstock, could be in a prime position to take advantage of this shift.
Whereas many of its competitors rely on a single feedstock recipe, such as one that's corn-based, Nova builds refineries that can be adjusted to accommodate different inputs.
Vegetable oils and animal fats can be used interchangeably depending on their prices and their logistical access to Nova's refineries. While the materials that are used to make Nova's biodiesel have all sorts of textures and colors, the biodiesel fuel that leaves the refineries is as thin and clear as water.
Nova's biodiesel is 100% interchangeable with traditional diesel fuel, and today's internal combustion engines require no mechanical alterations to use it. The company is targeting its biodiesel at large vehicle fleets, including government vehicles and public transportation systems in environmentally sensitive areas.
According to the National Biodiesel Board, an industry trade group, the company's fuel produces roughly 70% fewer emissions of greenhouse gasses and particulate matter when burned than traditional petroleum diesel does.
Nova doesn't yet generate revenue from any of its refineries, but President J.D. McGraw says that it will soon be able to operate profitably without the help of government tax breaks or subsidies. That's good news for investors at a time when political support for an energy source can suddenly dry up, as is happening with corn-derived ethanol.
Nova closed Thursday at $2.58, but in a recent research report, analysts at investment bank Natexis Bleichroeder gave Nova a fair market value of $7 a share based on their discounted cash flow and price-to-earnings analyses.
Nova plans to have three refineries operating by the end of 2008 with a production capacity of 220 million gallons of biodiesel annually. By 2010 it hopes to have seven refineries, each producing between 20 million and 100 million gallons of fuel a year.
The company recently signed a 10-year contract with ConAgra to supply its refineries with feedstock, allowing it to lock in expenses at a favorable rate. According to McGraw, the total cost of Nova's product is about $2 a gallon, while it can sell its diesel wholesale for $3.17 a gallon. That gives Nova an industry-leading profit margin of roughly 58%.
Additionally, the company has an impressive management team at its helm. Chairman and CEO Kenneth Hern was previously the president of Texaco units in Saudi Arabia and Brazil, and Chief Operating Officer Jody Powers was the president of Halliburton's energy services division. A number of other executives have years of experience across a wide swath of the energy spectrum.
As the interest in alternative energy continues to grow, which is a near certainty, this name, though small for now, could be one to watch.
.................................
- wait till they hear sstp/agrimax and Usse/our partner profit margin.
