Most likely end of the year as fromtheuk posted earlier.

It would be interesting to see if they will go ahead with next BDC site given the current BTC price. If they do, they must be very confident about future prospects.
AOC is alright. She just need to spend more time learning the job and less time tweeting.
Use the block instead!
I’m hoping they applied to uplist already. They cannot do next year until 2018 is audited.
Not expecting anything on Snap. Another senseless kick down the road. Would be curious to know what’s really happening. Weird. Does it usually take this long for negotiation?
Current share price is ridiculous considering this low OS and QB listing. As if people are buying/selling at bid ending up all time low every day.
10k trade. 80% gain for the day.
After 11 months, I’m down 75% as of current price. AMD during the same time tripled its value. You guys what do I do?
Outstanding: 109 million.
Float: undisclosed ( I hate they doing this).
Share price here is ridiculous. I know another QB ticker with no business and 1.7 billion OS trading .02.
Yesterday’s revised quarterly disclosure (with detailed issuance history) must have scared someone to dump 175k shares into bid. A good or bad decision? Time will tell.
Pink current finally. Something to cheer about during these bad days.
Happy Thanksgiving all!
I don’t it will move a bit in either direction. Neither do a forward looking PR. We need some sort of a “done” PR.
Good. Enough with SA!
It's not surprising at all, but there is something extra evil about this guy with no empathy trying to hurt people who did no harm to him, just so his ego will be satisfied.
There’s absolutely no audit happening for quarterly reports in any of the companies listed in OTC. Those who audit does yearly. There’s no valid reason to do otherwise. Why waste time, fee and other resources when it is not a requirement!
If you were to argue, quarterly reports are intentionally inaccurate, why bother auditing end of the year and expose the report to public?
Holy crap! That ain’t fake. It’s really him!

Don’t say they have some innovative business plan for cannabis cultivation :)
I thought PR was vague, used agriculture with not much details.
It sure looks like a buildup to form a great enterprise. I believe IF CRTC decision goes in favor of TNW, shareholders here will be tremendously rewarded even without QB up listing.
Strong close HOD backed up with strong volume in 5s. There was no sign of let down towards the close. Hope it will break into pennies in short term. Let’s see what tomorrow brings us. Fingers crossed.
United American Corp (UnitedCorp) and TNW Wireless Inc. Announce Commencement of Plans to Upgrade the TNW Wireless Network and Preparation for Deployment of iPCS and 5G
TNW Wireless Continues To Seek Wholesale Roaming Agreements from Bell Mobility Inc. (Bell) and Telus Corporation (Telus) through its CRTC Part 1 Application
Miami, FL -- October 31, 2018 -- InvestorsHub NewsWire -- Miami-based United American Corp ("UnitedCorp"), (OTC: UAMA) is pleased to announce that it is working with TNW Wireless Inc. ("TNW Wireless") to plan the upgrade of TNW Wireless' network in Canada in order to provide next generation mobile technology with iPCS and 5G services.
The plan will see each TNW Wireless site upgraded with four high gain/high power flat panel antennas, and each 90 degree panel will be individually connected to a 40 watt (2x20W) radio. This unique and very high density configuration will increase the coverage area using TNW Wireless' 850 MHz spectrum and 25 MHz of bandwidth. The new eNodeB radios will replace the NodeB radios TNW Wireless presently uses. TNW Wireless currently operates its own 3G Core Network and is preparing deployment of a new LTE EPC core with the use of high performance virtual HeNodeB Gateways in a decentralized environment in order to maximize global throughput to its macro and small cell sites. This new infrastructure is being specially engineered by TNW Wireless for rapid deployment.
In June 2017, UnitedCorp announced its intent to purchase TNW Wireless, and the closing of this transaction is awaiting a decision by the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (the "CRTC") on TNW Wireless' Part 1 Application of July 2017 to compel Bell Mobility Inc. ("Bell") (a subsidiary of Bell Canada Enterprises Inc., TSX: BCE, NYSE: BCE) and Telus Corporation ("Telus") (TSX: T) to provide the company with roaming agreements as mandated by Telecommunications Regulatory Policy CRTC 2015-177. In the interim, UnitedCorp maintains the operation and maintenance of the TNW Wireless network for compliance with the conditions of license for the TNW Wireless spectrum. TNW Wireless licensed spectrum signals currently reach the majority of the population within its service areas and it soon expects to continue expanding its coverage.
Bell and Telus have to date refused to provide roaming agreements, initially arguing that TNW Wireless' iPCS technology uses Wi-Fi to provide GSM services (talk and text) when connected to a Wi-Fi access point outside the TNW Wireless spectrum coverage area, and that this would leave such customers "permanently roaming" on their network. This was in reference to CRTC decisions CRTC 2017-56 and 2017-57 against Sugar Mobile Inc. ("Sugar Mobile"), a Mobile Virtual Network Operator ("MVNO") which was a "non-facilities-based operator" (an operator without its own spectrum or physical network facility). However with its own licensed spectrum and physical network, TNW Wireless is not an MVNO and is therefore materially different from Sugar Mobile.
On March 23, 2018, CRTC 2018-97 the CRTC ruled that a wireless operator cannot "extend" its home network using Wi-Fi. Again, this was directed primarily at MVNO's and non-facilities-based operators. Notwithstanding this ruling, on March 24, 2018 the CRTC wrote to TNW Wireless permitting the company to continue with its Part 1 Application which had been put on hold by the Commission pending this decision.
In light of CRTC 2017-56/57 and CRTC 2018-97, TNW Wireless has maintained its position with the CRTC that since iPCS users on Wi-Fi automatically disconnect from any roaming partner and use TNW Wireless' network exclusively, these customers cannot be considered "roaming" as they are not connected to any roaming partner nor are they extending their network since they are connected directly to the TNW Wireless network. As such the company maintains that its approach is fully compliant with the current regulatory environment and the spirit of the underlying public policy. This position is only strengthened by the recent CRTC decision.
TNW Wireless has provided the CRTC with extensive support and documentation for its Application, within established timelines. Final documentation was provided in October 2018 and the company now awaits the Commission's decision. All the company's submissions as well as all responses from Bell, Telus and other intervenors are available at www.tnwwireless.com/crtc or on the CRTC website.
TNW Wireless believes that iPCS strikes the perfect balance between the CRTC's desire to give the dominant wireless operators an incentive to invest in their networks and the Federal Government's stated policy of allowing Canadians to benefit from innovation and increased competition, as Canadian consumers currently pay amongst the highest cellphone rates in world.
"We had no doubt that Bell and Telus were going to rely heavily on the CRTC's March 1st 2017 Telecom Decision 2017-56/57 against Sugar Mobile's use of public Wi-Fi to provide some of its service," stated Lawry Trevor-Deutsch, President of TNW Wireless. "However, iPCS is a very sophisticated technology and not just an over-the-top application. It was developed to be fully regulatory-compliant and to support Canadian public policy."
Pending the CRTC decision on TNW Wireless' Application, UnitedCorp will continue to provide back office, network and cloud infrastructure to support backhaul connectivity to TNW Wireless sites as well as the Core Network for mobile connectivity for Cellular and Smartphone-over-IP cloud spectrum services.
TNW Wireless currently covers parts of the Canadian Northwest including two of the seven communities in Haida Gwaii, British Columbia. The company expects to focus its current deployment expansion in Haida Gwaii with the goal of providing the region with more comprehensive coverage. In addition to Haida Gwaii, the TNW Wireless network currently covers Fort Nelson, British Columbia as well as most of Whitehorse, Yukon and the company has expansion plans to include much of the Alaska Highway.
"Over the past two weeks, I have visited several communities within TNW's licensed network and it is astonishing to see the number of people that still have little or no proper wireless Internet or voice services," stated Lawry Trevor-Deutsch. "We believe that iPCS is the answer to the problem and would significantly lower the cost of mobile services to these areas while maintaining full regulatory compliance."
UnitedCorp is currently developing a financing plan for the expansion of TNW Wireless. It is currently providing some financing through recently completed private placements, debt financing and cash flow from operations.
"With the cash flow generated from our other operations such as the BlockchainDomes, UnitedCorp now has the ability to undertake some debt financing for expansion," stated UnitedCorp CEO, Benoit Lalibert. "This approach permits us to maintain good value for our equity shareholders. We remain very positive about the future and our ability to continue expanding our business."
Loan repayment and Q3 very close. This will run fast, run far.
Expecting a nice green bounce tomorrow. Good luck to all longs!
Waiting for trip 000? LOLOL. Add it to the dream that never came true or a wish that went unfulfilled.
Au contraire, there are plenty of signs license will be issued eventually. Why would SAPHRA go through the trouble of site inspection and request more documents, if there’s no plan to grant one. Also worth to note, SA has NOT issued license to anyone yet. And when it happens, it will be a global event, every major news media on the face of earth will spread the word to the corners of our planet.
Look at his previous posts.
Finally a coherent enough sentence with no misspelling.
With Stop/Yield sign in place, they are under no obligation to follow the deadlines re reporting. One of the perks of not bring current or uplisted.
CEO loan payoff and company debt free any day now. Shorts, you my friends should take my advice and cover.
Cometh the Q3, cometh the $$$
Expecting an update on third dome this week or next. It’s beyond remarkable that a company of limited resources can commission 1500 miners in about 2 months. I wonder what they can do when financials get better and can afford to hire more personnel. The learning experience from the implementation of two previous domes will be carried over to subsequent domes, making the process much improved and faster.
Q3 is not overdue until 15th of Nov.
Breakout imminent. Shorts are panicking.
