MDIN has failed to post their Q. They have no recent PRs, advertising, marketing or distribution. They do seem to be the logical massive seller of shares the past several months but share buying has dried up. This CEO, if he's still around suddenly R/S'd the last Ray Barton scam he managed last summer so it IS his MO. So surprised indignation about DD seems hollow and lonely. But GLTU.
Can't help but believe that this is going to reverse split soon.
Quite an accusation from someone who falsely claimed HemaXellerate IND was rejected by FDA.
1) Pan Am Cancer Treatment Center website seems to provide credentials for the clinic and doctors who work there. It appears to be a well established and successful cancer treatment center.
2) We were told all 5 patients saw no side effects. The patient whose white blood cell count did not reach normal levels may still have had an improvement. It simply didn't meet the threshold demanded by the study.
3) I'm not a scientist but do have degrees in Nuclear and Mechanical Engineering and I understand scientific methods. So, the characterization of ignorance based on optimism about the results is simply entirely false. Further, anyone who doesn't see the correlation between a treatment for aplastic anemia and low white blood cell counts due to chemotherapy effects may need to review their 10th grade biology text.
Following HemaXellerate treatment There was dramatic improvement in the white blood cell count of 4 out of 5 patients possibly extending their life. That's nothing to deride and probably more of than the lifetime sum total of any good done by those who do nothing but assume the worst. There is a backlog of great value creating news on the way.
Something's brewing with Eli Lilly. Otherwise Lander would have announced the collaberation at the time of the 8k. All IMO.
Bid rising and you might want to learn how to spell "lose". That's what will happen if you don't buy NOW.
Right. We haven't heard yet news on Dcell, tcell or NR2F6. When that starts to hit we fly.
4 out of 5 patients who'd undergone chemo and who were not apparently responding to other treatments saw their body's immune system return to normal or better after receiving treatment with HemaXellerate WITH NO SIDE EfFECTS. That's dramatic progress by most folks standard and deserving of credit by decent people. The SP is responding now slowly but surely.
Wrong...again.
Sorry, I don't believe it. How many times do they make promises of things to come, provide updates, ship to retailers, start a promotion, put on commercials, get in BB stores.......and utterly and completely fail without an explanation; except sometimes blaming others, before EVERYONE either stops believing them or is too embarrassed to defend them. These folks and their products are GARBAGE.
Hope to see EOD surge.
ODD decision still outstanding. It's probable that the FDA had questions about the application and it had to be resubmitted which started the 90 day clock all over. Lander feels no obligation to report on the process only the results. It's frustrating to me too but, given its materiality no news means no decision.
Is Briggs still there?
My guess is that Lander chewed out somebody after receiving several emails about the PR this morning. They may be soon to be wealthy cutting edge biotech entrepreneurs, but good PR talent they ain't.
NR2F6 Is the golden egg as Lander has made clear. I think Hema, Dcell and tcell have huge value also but the excitement and most likely path to a much higher valuation is through NR2F6.
WTF. Someone splain please. Merger? Competitor?
Will they even file a quarterly report? Why?
What has Lander's lied about? Since he's been on board we have an approved IND for clinical, collaborations with NIH and Eli Lilly, successful Phase I cancer treatments, a tcell IND, and that's what's been announced. Much more unannounced. What have you done in the last six months except ridicule Lander's success?.
Bonuses made in shares. Lander's email to me stated the money raised in March is intended to complete experiments he explicitly stated that if successful, would create tremendous value for SHAREHOLDERS.
Good catch. Eli Lilly news coming up.
Lol. How does a trade at .134153 occur? That can only happen between two communicating MMs, right?
I'm going out on a limb here but my guess is that no one wants to sell at the bid or buy at the ask. Just an unproven theory.
Yes. The pref
Fidelity informed me that my.1499 5000 RGBPP ask order was filled AFTER 4. Don't know how that happens. I have over 100k shares of RGBPP and was frankly trying to draw a line in the sand with my order. But I assume that means it opens tomorrow at that price which should pull RGBP back up. It might also suggest news is on the way that MMs believe will be positive for the price.
Fidelity just informed me that my 5000 shares at .1499 filled after 4. I still have over 100,000 shares but the sale should be reflected first thing tomorrow and get us back on track. Maybe news tomorrow?
Interesting we have not seen a PR on the Eli Lily Collaberation. I'd like to think they are inking a more definitive and possibly lucrative agreement before the announcement. An RGBP announcement in an Eli Liiy PR would give us great exposure. Same goes for an NIH update and publication on research success.
First. The Ichims are still obviously involved as they turned over their intellectual property ownership to RGBP on much of their research. TIchim is still a senior advisor.
Second, their SAB has been created to replace house scientists. They are a virtual biotech. Little or no owned lab space, few if any Inhouse scientists, owner of cutting edge intellectual property that is studied and moved forward in third party research facilities in many cases by SAB members. Lander along with T Ichim's guidance has the chops to oversee the progress. It's akin to an airbandb or uber model. Nothing owned, other's assets are leveraged. Great model.
Would love to test the market with ODD approval coupled with these positive clinical results. Hope it comes out this week.
Eli Lily and the NIH don't seem to share your viewpoint. On the potential for this company I'll stick with them.
Or is this the only viable way he can fund the R and D on the many new drugs RGBP is working on.
Sure feels like another CEO gone.
NIH and Eli Lily disagree. I'll go with them.
You are right. A lot of progress backed up waiting to be reported. And as we all know much of the news won't have much of an impact. But, NIH press, ODD, and others that are perceived as adding eyes on the ticket should change the arc of the SP. Generally, a lot of great science with huge commercial application progress is being made. Lander and Koos are setting themselves up for the big windfall when they land the big fish and that's a bit obscene but all their shares are worth a lot more if they succeed.
If you read Lander's response to my email he alluded to experiments that will create huge value to shareholders. I assume they are the final studies needed for nf2r6 IND but that's a guess.
Just relaying what Lander said in an earlier press release together with the NIH interest. The NIH obviously sees great potential or they would not have entered into the Partnership. The greed component by management only nets them big money if the volume and the SP skyrocket.
That's absurd. That's not what they said; and the human trials for an over the counter product would not show up on the FDA site. They clearly had to perform some safety studies in order to protect themselves and have evidence to back up their labeling claims. But, CB is correct I think. Nothing is actually happening: except selling shares at .0001 and getting ready for a reverse split.
NR2F6 IND on deck. That's where Lander predicts the major value is in this company. RGBP is alive and well and WILL attract BP interest as soon as that IND gets issued and the preliminary NIH findings are out. The other 3 INDs are icing on the cake and I predict positive ODD news turns the SP around. Lots of progress to report very soon. May will make up for our little rough spot.
Their human trials consisted of selling worthless shares and seeing what kind of person can be duped.
Spare us your wisdom.
