MAMMATECH CORP (MAMH.OB)
Quarterly Report (SEC form 10-Q)
ITEM 2. MANAGEMENT'S DISCUSSION AND ANALYSIS OF FINANCIAL CONDITIONS AND
RESULTS OF OPERATION FOR MAMMATECH CORPORATION
Results for the first quarter of Fiscal 2002 were encouraging. Sales increased by 37% from
the previous quarter and 102% compared to the first quarter of 2001. Operating costs of
$96,526 represent a 2.5% increase relative to the prior year quarter. The net income of $41,159
for the quarter contrasts with losses for both the previous quarter and the first quarter of 2001.
A portion of this figure represents reimbursement on a new SBIR grant (see below), but $15,271
is actual operation income resulting from sales and training revenues.
During the quarter, the Company participated in the opening of a MammaCare Training Center in
Frankfurt, Germany. This facility is located in the Gynecology Department of Wolfgang Goethe
University Medical School and will teach MammaCare Breast self-examination to patients in
addition to training European professionals in the skills of MammaCare Clinical Breast
examination.
The Company also started work on a Phase I SBIR project aimed at extending the MammaCare
Clinical Breast Examination technology to disabled women who have difficulty assuming the
optimal positions for this procedure. Early activities have centered on acquiring and modifying
special equipment to assist in the training process.
Finally, the Company launched a new model for providing MammaCare training at the
institutional level. A prototype agreement creates a MammaCare Training Center at an
institution dedicated to training healthcare professionals. The
first such agreement has been concluded with the University of Florida College of Nursing and
others are in various stages of negotiation. The intent is to expand the availability of the high
level of professional training now available only at MammaCare headquarters and George
Washington University. There can be no assurance, however, that this strategy will succeed or
that substantial revenue will result.
With the exception of a small note to an unaffiliated supplier for a manufacturing facility, the
Company remains debt free and has no immediate liquidity problems. The Company
continues to seek a larger partner in the healthcare industry.
Nope. Everything they say is totally suspect.

Crescent Operating updates value of expected stock issuance
Fort Worth-based Crescent Operating Inc., which filed for Chapter 11
bankruptcy protection in March, has updated its estimate of the possible
range of the value of Crescent Real Estate Equities Co. (NYSE:CEI)
common shares. The shares are to be issued to Crescent Operating
stockholders following confirmation of the company's bankruptcy plan.
The plan is still awaiting approval from the bankruptcy court.
The company estimates that the value of the distribution to stockholders
(in CEI shares) upon successful completion of its prepackaged bankruptcy
transactions will be in the range of 20 to 30 cents per share of
Crescent Operating common stock. Its previous estimate was in the range
of 20 to 50 cents, said Jeffrey L. Stevens, a spokesman for Crescent Operating.
In March, shareholders voted to approve a prepackaged liquidation plan
to clear up issues with the troubled Crescent Real Estate Equities Co. subsidiary.
The subsidiary was created in 1997 to manage the properties of Crescent
Real Estate Equities, a real estate investment trust, or REIT, based in
Fort Worth. The subsidiary was created at a time in which federal laws
forbade REITs from operating properties they own. Since then, those
rules have largely been lifted

Mooneys are definitely a fine bird.
They go like stink (200+/-) while barely sipping fuel, and they land like a Piper Cub. The "..yuk-yuk.." among pilots and owners, due to the rather snug aerodynamic cabin, is that "...you don't fly a Mooney, you wear it...".
You should find a dealer near you, and see if you can't beg a ride some Saturday morning. You'll really enjoy it.

Having witnessed the US's rather awesome "..smart.." New Years Eve display in Iraq, it seems that the North Koreans want to chat now...... http://www.paknews.com/flash.php?id=3&date1=2004-02-04
Iran's Muttering Mullahs may be facing their final fizzle....

For anyone who's interested in collecting a cheapie, MYIQ has made a lot of progress over the last year. I watched it for a little too long while it was ridiculously cheap, but I've started picking up a chunk here and there since they hired the new guy and started acquiring things.
It appears to be a good Christmas Club plan for 2004. http://www.investorshub.com/boards/board.asp?board_id=291

It's just the Hollywierd BS MTV mindset, hypocracy and associated blatant lies, by people like Timberlake, that really irk the crap out of people.
In the (..family..) home, SuperBowl day is kind of like Thanksgiving and the Macy's parade. The "Snoopy" balloon isn't physiologically accurate - if you get my drift. There are lots of preteen and younger kids usually around - so that kind of performance is just inappropriate. The 'fart' commercials were no winners either, but they didn't show anything directly.
A close-up of Janet will reveal she was wearing a jeweled "..pasty.." over her nipple, just like strippers and Las Vegas dancers wear - to avoid getting slammed with local Obscenity Laws. For Timberlake to say the whole thing was a "..wardrobe malfunction.." is simply garbage. What happened was the intended "..Let's shock 'em out of their socks.." plan from the get-go.
You can go pee on a tree (..like Peanut Carter's brother at the airport..) if you want to - at a private or limited attendance adult function, and I could care less...!! But, bring it into peoples living rooms at 1800+/- on a family-day, and you deserve whatever the FCC lays on those jerks.
There's a real big difference between a Harley picnic, or Shriner's beer fest, and a National Prime Time TV event.

I don't pay much attention to the FutureSuperSlug P&D rags, unless I'm into a SPEC play on a hot penny.
My conversations with J. Nelson and crew lead me to believe that they aren't into the PR blast or Pimp-pump routine. Some third parties could always be running a game, but it really doesn't interest me with MASG.
Mooney is a damn fine aircraft and I'd love to own another one. The TOXO looks like a real winner also, as I could park one in my front yard and take off on the road in front of my home. Fast and nimble for short hops is righteously cool.
Good luck with your interests, but you might like to work in some Free Shares to keep for the long haul.
