iVoice, Inc. Announces New Record Date for the Distribution of Common Stock of Trey Resources, Inc.

MATAWAN, N.J., Feb 4, 2004 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- iVoice, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board:
IVOC), a provider of Speech Enabled applications, today announced that Trey
Resources, Inc., its wholly-owned subsidiary engaged in the development of
automatic appointment reminder technology, has filed with the Securities and
Exchange Commission an amendment to its registration statement on Form SB-2. The
amendment to the registration statement relates to the distribution by dividend
to all of the stockholders of iVoice, Inc. as of February 9, 2004 of up to
3,000,000 shares of Trey Resources, Inc. Class A Common Stock.

The distribution will be made if and when SEC review of the proposed transaction
has been completed and the registration statement is declared effective.

A registration statement relating to these securities has been filed with the
