jimj the RB board for BSEG is up and running again. I just checked it.
JerseyJoe in what message no. did you mention LVCP, I can't find it.
JJ this is a BSEG message board, besides if anyone followed your advice here on CLSN they would have lost money it is way down to 10 cents. JerseyJoe how about peddling your stocks some place else.
BSEG is now up .014 cents and climbing on good volume.
BSEG up .08 cents, CLSN is way down to 12 cents on no volume. BSEG has seen its low for the year it is onward and upward from here. CLSN still has to find someone interested in the stock.
Good thing BSEG only has 38.8 million shares outstanding with a float of only 27.7 million. JerseyJoe I see CLSN is only at 12 cents on no volume. MSEV is up 2cents on 7.1 million volume, I sold mine for a very nice profit. Still got your CLSN.
DesertRat1 I spoke to BSEG it was not them that but a gag order on the transfer agent, but it was themselves. Apparently with about 3000 shareholders they have been constanly asked about the stock float, so they said enough already.
I can't understand this obsession with the number of shares outstanding, anything under 100 million shares is a low float considering the current price per share.
DesertRat1 the existing stock float in BSEG is being kept up to date on the BSEG's introduction page to it's Investors Forum.
I had a phone discussion with Kimberley in the past week, she did mention some restricted shares did become available for trading recently. I don't think that would have had any bearing on the recent spike in share volume. She would like to know as well where the shares are coming from to feed the market.
IN FAIRNESS...CLSN is down to 15 cents AND falling to an empty tank of no volume.
MSEV is up 1.1 cents on volume at this time of 7.24 million shares.
JerseyJoe you said you sold the stock now take off. If BSEG makes a deal with them the members of the BSEG Investors Forum will be informed, till then it is non of your business.
I already told you they were not taking any stock restricted or otherwise for their services. The references I have found for BSEG to check out did not come from this group it is companies I found on my own that have been their clients.
They do not have a web site their reputation is built on word of mouth. Which speaks for itself.
Is it because you are working for an advertising agency that is the reason why you are promoting them?
Now go play somewhere else.
JerseyJoe give it a rest and take off we don't need your advice. Sure MSEV is down today but only 1 cent as of this time, and what would you expect after such a move still big volume over 13.5 million shares.
Besides we are talking about BSEG stick to the topic. These guys in Canada are very reputable with proven results and not pump and dumpers and come with good references.
The deal they will do for BSEG is very reasonable and does not require issueing them any shares in the company.
BSEG is very undervalued and needs to get it's story out to more people.
JerseyJoe don't be to quick to sell BSEG, check out the latest posting on their Investors Forum by StarGazer. Things are being worked on to get some movement in the stock, when it happens it could very dramatic.
Some work has to be done to get the PR going, but when it happens watch out, as I said check out the BSEG Forum and the What's The Matter Thread.
hyflyer14, you are right on with your comments, I could'nt agree more.
JerseyJoe if you are refering to BSEG, with your comment that the answer is right in front of them, why don't they see it.
Tell us the answer.
JerseyJoe do you have any information on CLSN that you could share with us like what is their share float, financials like money in the bank etc. How long has it been a public company.
BJ let us forget about all this, why don't you come up to Cypress Mountain over looking the beautiful city of Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. AND!! you and I go skiing, the snow conditions are terrific, the hell with stocks let us have some FUN!!
akula682 of course ICUN2006 is BJ if you check when he registered which was Friday, Jan. 27 under this new alias, you will see he got the boot. Poor BJ he has been terminated again.
When is this sicko going to seek treatment before it is to late.
JerseyJoe I see you became a member of BSEG's Investor's Forum. What do you think of it and did it help you decide to pick up some shares in the company.
JerseyJoe go to BSEG web site and become a member of their Investor's Forum, read some of what was said previously, and make your points directly to the management.
You will find their Investors Forum is very unique, unusual for a company to have. This is a company very open to it's shareholders, and in being so is building a good foundation of shareholder support.
One day others will also discover BSEG like yourself and the stock will begin to reflect that.
JerseyJoe walk very carefully when making any referance to the CEO of BSEG. She is very much a lady and a tough one at that so treat her with the respect she deserves. In other words would you please keep any sexes remarks out of your posts, thanks.
You are right about BSEG, the potential is huge, you are wise in starting to track the stock. What I would suggest you do is click on their web link which you will find on this message board, explore the site, then click on their Investors Forum become a member and read all the very informative threads you will find on there.
Can this message stand my being willing to face BJ Davis in a court of law, since he was a former CEO of BVHJ aka BSEG. This is strictly about the current situation the company finds itself in and is about business, and the conduct of Mr. Davis.
DesertRat1 why were all the messages posted Jan.19th, today deleted?
What is going on now is a premeditated attack on the rightful owners of the film Forget About It, the shareholders of Big Screen Entertainment Group aka Beverly Hills Film Studios.
Some of whom were shareholders when Beverly Hills Film Studios was pumped up to $1.80 a share to raise money to make the film. The shares were then dumped to a low level and finally cleaning out the shareholders with a 100 to 1 reverse split and then stealing the film from these rightful owners.
Since the property was returned to the rightful owners by the present head of BSEG Kimberley Kates, BJ Davis has at this time embarked on a campaign to disrupt the distribution of the film to extract undue money from the rightful owners the shareholders of Big Screen Entertainment Group.
How long are these shareholders going to stand by and let BJ Davis do harm to their investment?
Sorry I mean Jan. 12, 2006.
He signed up on both boards Sept.12, 2006.
He just will not leave things alone, this guy is in real trouble and should seek mental help, before it is to late.
He is also spouting off on RB.. I think we all know who he is.
Stockcracker DL's no. 2 spot was reported in the hard copy of the VB Indie Film Guide.
As I stated in my message #1738 it was in the Independent film release category for limited theatrical release.
Big-news Dirty Love is the #2 spot for sales and rentals in the last 3 weeks according to Video Business Magazine which reported Wednesday, Jan. 4/06.
Dirty Love is in the Independent film release category for Limited theatrical release.
DesertRat1 will you delete my message #1732 no point in giving the guy any more publicity. THANKS!!
The indictment I am referring to is case #2:05CR757 Plaintiff U.S.A., PIA Calendar: Hon: Jeffrey W. Johnson, 08/23/2005, 8;30 AM and does involve the former head of Beverley Hills Film Studios aka Big Screen Entertainment Group.
PIA Calendar: Hon. Jeffrey W. Johnson, 08/23/2005,8:30 AM
This indictment on charges of Conspiracy, Unlawful Procurement of Citizenship and Aiding and Abetting is something news worthy and not some simple Arbitration Case 2_4_T.
I believe you are already familiar with it or are you just plain stupid!!
Another missing link like 2_4_T
Because it is an Abitration case STUPID!!!
HERE WE GO AGAIN!!!
How come you got so lucky to see a private showing. What about the rest of us peons.
The reactions by the audience was very positive, apparently they just loves it and thought it was hilarious.
Ceck out BSEG's Investors Forum for more information.
The former negative aspects of BSEG have been delt with very effectively by Kimberley. It is now onwards and upwards in a very positive manner.
Whatever negative aspects you may see remaining, I can't see. No company is perfect, but I do know Kimberley and her team are working very hard to make Big Screen Entertainment Group a success.
Another point I would like to make Stockcracker "so what if the Directors are employees of the company." Many great companies such as Microsoft started that, remember it started in a garage.
I have been a very successful investor for 40 years, at this early stage BSEG meets all the qualifications to be in my portfolio.
Stockcracker even though you state you are an investor you sound rather negative. I don't think you are qualified to render an opinion on the qualifications of any one of the Directors of Big Screen Entertainment Group.
I have a high regard for Kimberley Kates as CEO of BSEG. I have no problem if she has a great deal of contol of her board of Directors. If you study the history of this company you will find she went through hell to get to where she is.
I have absolutly no connection with BSEG other than as a shareholder. I live far away from them in the fantastic province of British Columbia, Canada.
Join BSEG's Investor Forum ( which is very unique for a company to have ) for a lot of good reading material.
Stockcracker, Big Screen Entertainment Group operates a very tight ship, with people working at multiple tasks.
Rosslyn Hornby as Vice President of Marketing & Publicity, Corporate Secretary/Director, frequently answers the phone when you call their studio. A receptionist no a key part of BSEG's operation YES.
I suggest you click on the BSEG's web site link found on this site go to Profiles and read about her and the other Directors extensive backgrounds.
Since you have become a shareholder I suggest you join their Investors Forum. There you will find a lot of good discussion and information on the company.
