"It’s worth mentioning that a meter validation study showed that OneTouch meters manufactured before and after 2010 performed equivalently."
I am interested in this statement because I remember there was a limitation put on the DECN test strips that they were only for use in J&J meters 2010 or older. I never saw further studies or a lifting of this limitation. at least formally anyway. I don't see it referenced on the box anymore but it could be in an insert.
Please, you people are kidding yourself. J&J is not worried about DECN. Your company has not executed any marketing that would even make a blip on J&J's radar. DECN's lawsuit adjudication is way off in the future and certainly not guaranteed. And, unfortunately for you, this is about as good as it gets. Everything else is smoke and mirrors with DECN. Mystery deals, unaudited financials that don't add, promises of uplisting when they don't come close to meeting requirements, supposed reverse mergers to fix the financial chaos, mounting losses, huge share distributions to "consultants", Failure to ever produce a tangible business for over a decade, etc. I just don't see how you people can be so blinded by your emotional attachment to your investment as to overlook these warnings. IMO.
Someone should pay for such behavior. - Scoop
LOL, many have paid dearly for this behvior
I have it rolled up and about to swat you on the nose with it if you don't stop acting up
FlutiCare™ Will Be the Third Branded Fluticasone Propionate Nasal Spray Sold in the United States
Innovus Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (the “Company” or “Innovus Pharma”) (OTCQB Venture Market: INNV) and its partner West-Ward Pharmaceuticals International Limited (“WWPIL”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hikma Pharmaceuticals PLC (“Hikma”) (LSE: HIK) (NASDAQ Dubai: HIK) (OTC: HKMPY), today announced that WWPIL will provide the Company with the rights to launch its branded, fluticasone propionate nasal spray USP, 50 mcg per spray (FlutiCare™), under WWPIL’s FDA approved abbreviated new drug application (“ANDA”) No. 207957, in the United States in the second half of 2017. FlutiCare™ is the first and only nationally branded OTC product under approved ANDA No. 207957 in the U.S. market.
Yes, its under an approved ANDA but I believe it with a different company. Either way, its good!
Remember when Shawn used to try and act like someone who owned stock in this company? Now he just shows his weird penchant for bashing the living crap out of his so called investment?
Remember when twisted sister freak tried to say he owned shares a few days ago all the while bashing the company since day one?
Remember when trump for prez and truetrades tried to....wait, never mind. At least we have always known where they stand
Well I, for one, hope your psychic abilities are spot on!!!!
Thanks for the numbers!
Stock is getting some upward momentum this morning though. looks like something is brewing!
Anyone got todays script numbers?
The post by najak is probably pretty accurate. This company is headed towards BK. They may get one more dilution in before that happens but their financial situation is dire. Either dilution or BK will happen by June, IMO.
If we get any upward movement in SP it is going to a tech bounce only. Anyone holding shares had better take that opportunity to liquidate because if you don't, the company will. IMO, of course.
What the hell happened at the end of the day? down almost .04 on nothing?
Man, this thing is in a swan dive!
Green Cross may be referring to the Korean Green Cross.
Just wait for the Q1 10Q. There will be lots of stuff to talk about.
Personally, I think the product is great. I was a long investor prior to and after approval. still believe in the product but the past failures of marketing inhalable insulin have left a bad taste in the mouths of doctors and the launches of the product have been very poorly done. They are losing 10 mil a month. Something has got to give. I also think that other BP's are not really willing to take the risk of picking this up unless it is for a serious bargain
10-12? no way! This company is losing money every month with no end in sight and no suitors. The stigma of previous inhalable insulin and a very, very poor launch of this product is not going to make anyone want to buy this company. Someone may pick the patents up for pennies on the dollar but it will be in bankruptcy. They are going to have to do a share offer by May and that is going to cause the sp to drip once again. If something doesn't happen after that I believe that will be their last hurah
@gi, I think the stock market crash you are referring too happened in 1929 not 1920. And, while there were a few reports of suicide, it was vastly overstated in the aftermath of the following decades. Really more folk lore than truth
LOL, the short squeeze myth. I have been hearing that for years. If anything, the shorts here smell bankruptcy and will not cover until then
First, I don't believe there is a buyout in the works. Second, they will need to do an offering probably by May. Companies never wait until the last minute to raise money. puts them in a terrible position to do so. I wouldn't be surprised if it didn't happen by the end of this month
Yep and they will forced to do an offering before that. Companies never wait until they are "out" of money. More downside coming folks.
give it a month and April 17 will be red also
July 17? Did you mean to say April 17th?
More of a technical bounce than a fundamental one. Created a big gap that will be filled eventually. Don't be surprised if management does a share offering due to the SP rise.
Yeah, me too Moxa and they are only charging me 4.95 a trade now which I really like
If we look at those boards will we see you doing the same thing you are doing here?
Yep, I agree, they are going to need to do an offering soon and with these dismal Rx numbers this stock is going to get hammered.
LOL, really? Some technical bounce maybe but this thing is toast. Certainly not a good investment here.
Shaark, I have been watching the Canadian approval myself with great anticipation. I saw an article that was predicting when US states might make MJ legal. The remaining state predictions went all the way to 2026 but I believe it will all happen much faster. Its like dominoes, once one falls the next and the next follow.
Yep, they seem to be doing to my other MJ stocks as well today
And the good thing is that if anyone had any issues with regard to whether or not the gap had previously filled it most certainly did today. then, great news afterhours. Should be a nice uptick tomorrow!
Yeah, I really don't see how this is going to bounce with any significance at all. There is nothing fundamentally sound with this company. In fact, there is a serious risk of bankruptcy. If there is any bounce it will only be a short lived small technical bounce. After that it will resume its downward spiral unless Rx's pick up dramatically...which I doubt.
Yeah, I was wondering if there were any investors left here. Went quiet and nothing but a couple of pumpers reciting the same stuff over and over.
Thanks Joe, that is a big help! I have started to build a position in the company. Like what I see here.
MMMMM, probably more like the word choice police.
Ah, don't take it personally. I'm just messin' with ya. You might have noticed I spelled it wrong in my response
"Patiently waiting for the efficacy results to come in"
When is this supposed to occur. I was reading a linked article in one of the posts earlier that appeared to suggest it would happen in the 2nd quarter. Other posts imply it will happen this month. Can someone clarify this for me? thanks in advance.
"Irregardless it's a trend." irrigardless is not a word...this has been a driveby
Yeah, TR, I thought the same thing about that article.
rickotto1, what companies do you like in the MJ space? Do you have any comments on GBLX?
