My posts intended to prevent childish behavior are deleted all the time.
That's because they're off topic by responding to such immaturity.
Ladies and gentlemen, care to get back to the topic at hand?
Dmc, perhaps reconsider your approach.
I like Trt* - but you chase people away with made up info, lack of market knowledge and an overemotional sentiment. Crossing message boards to pump is a rather desperate measure for something that you regard as a sure thing.
I am well enough diversified here, core of course still with phot.
Protip - stop being such a bro and represent like a professional would.
You too! Best of luck.
Though DD could use some refreshing - good example of the modern society that needs it now now now. How people can turn so quickly when they don't get what they want immediately. How quickly we turn to fear without knowledge.
Old school patience will prevail with both companies here - and I believe we will both win out in the next couple years.
Hey porky, I remember you as one of phot's biggest cheerleaders to hit 1$. I hope you find great refuge in Trtc.
Makes me curious why you and dmc are so desperate to advertise Trtc on other boards? Trtc while good for long term, is too full of bro-bot pumpers who sound like they're 20.
I'm sure once Mj is federally approved, that Trtc will make a killing... That is is phot's state by state partnering doesn't completely envelope their plans. Time will tell, I myself have a small stake in Trtc still for the long haul. Good luck!
Best of luck to you as well!
Getting curious on fusion pharm lately and wondering how fspm will play into phot's grand plan...
Well, your valuation is based on believing the company does nothing 'special' for the industry when it has been supplying top line equipment for years. Are you part of a grower collective?
Do you know how growing Mj varies and that Growlife carries items for all manners of growing from hydro to coco to soil?
If in your research, you would have listened to Alan's radio interview with Growlife, you would understand they are purposely not crossing the 'green line' to get hands directly on cannabis because that could easily lead to federal issues.
I suppose in truth, I am pulling information out from a grower perspective and you are pulling information out of... Nowhere?
Truthfully undervalued.
Doc, so you know this ask from Growlife's management isn't so they can make huge upgrades or acquisitions?
Smart management plus this vote to raise to 3 billion, the more I put 2 and 2 together - the bigger their plans are looking.
Phew! I thought you had information I didn't know of.
Best of luck to you doc!
Ok, I did. And?
So then you're disagreeing with Alan instead of agreeing?
While we're on the dilution crisis path (as we have been before), can people who believe this will be the end of Growlife please start posting evidence that the company has improperly or disingenuously used dilution in he past?
Last year we talked a lot about hurdles this company will face - this Is definitely a great example.
I
I probably will hold, most storms bring good and bad in waves.
We'll see the waves form on opposite ends as they set a collision course with one another.
I'm up for trusting management that they can form a big enough wave of 'good' to completely swallow the bad wave and keep momentum forward.
There is always a chance they do not, and the bad wave carries forward, striking terror into the hearts of investors.
I'm not quitting my day job just yet.
The article was openly discussed yesterday when it came out. You should read the article's comments as well.
Glover wants in at a low price and I can't blame him.
Absolutely, I have been referencing greners for a while now.
Greners has been BIG with popularity for prices, stealth shipping and good CS well before a lot of this broad scale legalization.
They have the opportunity to go from big to colossal in 2014.
Anxious to see how earnings will compare.
I agree with you that raising isn't a good idea, but man you've been tooting your horn for months calling this a led zeppelin, overweight pig, just begging people to push the pps high enough for you to get out at .12.
And now you're back? Welcome back into our open arms - happy investing in Growlife!
I think had the article been fair and balanced instead of pumping or bashing, it would have received very little criticism - therefore very little attention.
It's also not so much PHOT, but the industry as a whole they are trying to let the air out of.
Look at the article published on grnh, similar approach.
I'm on the fence whether this is good or bad. On one side, these guys have their own agendas and money to make. They are doing this the only way they know how.
On the other side, most Mj stocks were flying high on Colorado news, with a market correction necessary at some point.
I found this intriguing.
Why would the author apply legitimacy to this stock if the general idea was to pass it off as a pump and dump?
With SA articles treading the line between applying legitimate concepts to penny stocks in an emerging sector, then exploiting these companies for being penny stocks... It makes an investor say hmmmm....
Now that's a great read!
Sell him your stock now, the pretty colors should help convince you.
That SA article is getting torn apart.
Posters putting up information there just disintegrating his article. Alan as well.
Seems like the public disagrees... Vehemently.
I try to remain skeptical, but all this buzz is keeping me oddly confident.
Thank you.
Call me crazy, but I think Sterling views this as necessary.
Consider the many on sidelines hoping that Glover's article shakes the weak down to .15 or .10. Imagine the buying pressure that would be met with? The bounce would be so strong that Glover and the rest could buy in and ride back up to .30+!
Meanwhile all the longs that didn't get shook get that nice breath of green air and morale restored.
So I don't feel going after glover legally is a good idea either. I've taken a sincere liking to the crowd that comes here to spew hate or irrelevant negative influence because they are just as necessary for creating this, 'sell sell sell!' Atmosphere that attracts buying pressure. Glover would like to retire off this stock IMO - but that means he needs a low enough buy in price to do it.
And already, intelligent comments are being posted to that article questioning his motives.
A little more insight on how all this yin and yang works...
Experienced traders see the market and know for the most part stocks are bought and sold with pure emotion.
A trader's dream stocks are those that are solid companies, but mired in controversy. I believe the more controversial damning articles Pot stocks receive, the more big money gets a stab at this.
Why is that? Because those with experience won't buy on the incline, they buy after those 'sell sell sell!' Moments. I've done the same myself after stocks like ARIA took big plummets. I used those opportunities to buy in on very low prices.
So while glover does have it out for Growlife, his underpinned intentions may not be to short, but also for a lower entrance point to hold. After all, many missed out on sub dime prices and would love to be in as low as possible before we get to anything between .50 - 1.00 and stay there.
His first attempt didn't go as well as he hoped.
Glover won't even show his face to make the case here, and Brochstein is overdue for a full article retort.
Glover will continue to attack PHOT and other pot stocks until they aren't playing with pennies anymore. Telling us it's nearly impossible to short? Laughable way to cover your hide.
Meanwhile we'll continue to see this flood of naysayers who, for whatever reason, have felt a civic duty to post here and tell us why PHOT with all their infrastructure and transparency will never make it.
It's all understandable, but with open eyes and industry experience - also easily nullified.
If you've actually seen or been involved in the money flowing to equipment in this industry, it is easier to understand the growth potential.
People who are just market traders will happily embrace these assumptions to make a quick buck. Glover would love to paint the industry as a bunch of irresponsible stoners, but suit and tie professionalism and work ethic has already taken hold.
The future is looking wonderful.
So would you be able to say we can't rule out the possibility yet of a company like Growlife loaning equipment for return of payment on a later date?
Sure it falls under some kind of 'financing', but could they also use an asset of theirs to partner up on behalf of the grower?
I'm really just curious because ok, no financing allowed. Loaning equipment can have its loopholes though.
Trying to unravel this thread right along with you.
You say money, will this apply to money in terms of equipment as well? If there are several hundred dollar licensing fees then phot wouldn't be involved in that anyway.
It's giving equipment, not money. Will that still be the case NRC?
You're the man blu, but a more professional email is higher likely to receive a response.
The one I posted yesterday I just told him my concerns and told him I voted no, but he still has a chance to win over the maybes. Told him I couldn't vote yes for that kind of boost with no real update on progress.
That said, I got a great kick out of your email and I hope you do get a response.
Lastly I wanted to note that so many are harping on GIFT or kiosk announcements. I don't think these things can account for more than 10-45% of total revenue. To me this emphasis on 2 developing revenue avenues have given both programs more credit than they actually deserve.
Those two things will be great for the industry, but I'm expecting something more encompassing soon.
Couple hundred thousand in equipment that could be loaned to the grower or couple hundred thousand on the licensing and fees?
I don't think that's true considering they stated they won't cross the 'green line' until Feds step in.
Highly likely their supplies are selling out to scrambling Colorado growers though.
You're good, I like reading all sides and there is certainly potential that GIFT has legal issues, hence the law firm PhoT has on board.
But should we delve a little deeper than generalizations? What are the legal hurdles they need to break through to loan participants equipment for a return on that equipment with interest?
What are the loop holes if any? Will there be some states we can't access and some we can?
Also what are the detriments Growlife have if they circle back to focus solely on supplies? If they are the biggest distributor of supplies for a market with revolving revenue, is that bad?
they already had an underground following with grow communities before all the legalization mumbo jumbo. Big question is once mainstream, will phot be mainstream as well?
Truth is this is a penny stock company in a sector that is just beginning.
I did not sell and probably won't until my investment reaches levels I'm looking for. We're all different and I can respect the panic or angst most have.
I'm not sure if you're keen on the history of this company, but last time there was this much downside, they shot out the canx deal and bam - new highs.
No one can tell you specifically what they will need this for, many have hypothesized that it's to avoid a takeover and make some mergers/acquisitions themselves.
These hypothesis are about as good as those expecting us to drop lower. Time will tell.
Dirty, how come you never responded to my post from the other day?
I may have voted no, but I'm glad sterling's letter addressed people like you as well.
Happy trails!
Dan, good luck with mediswipe.
Maybe not "special" in your eyes, but Growlife has contributed plenty to the industry and some companies under their ownership have been doing so for years.
Growlife helping growers reach their 1 gpw + goals for years. Not special? What would you consider special?
Also I am not referring to their phototron, but the many many other products sold.
Please see my post from this afternoon, I quoted his response to me.
Enjoyed this sensible post.
I myself get caught up playing 'defense' and am likely wasting posts in doing so.
We all have our own agendas, but I am long here.
Your notes also correspond with the quotes from the email I received from Kurt earlier today. I posted them mid day here.
There are certainly pros and cons to this company, but the names they have associated with wouldn't risk their reputation on a sinking ship IMO.
We are shareholders, but they are at the captain's wheel.
I hold some bias because the Growlife insignia is on my tent, ballast, hood, etc. Got me through some plentiful harvests.
Over and out.
Heard these guys are holding a special shareholder meeting soon? Anyone with details?
I got out post split, but feel for all who stayed.
Every time I have sold some of my core in phot to diversify in regular industry or Mj it has been fruitless.
For now I will be reconsolidating most shares back to phot.
I was satisfied by the email response I got from Kurt. Rob and Sterling are aware of the Ihub boards, they read them or have certain sentiments brought to their attention perhaps by others working for them.
They no doubt are feeling the pressure, yet keeping lips sealed. Walking softly and carrying a big stick.
he actually is a consultant.
You mean like Rob Hunt acting as a consultant to dispensaries there?
Good to have you back illigence!
You and mullet will have your work cut out for you here. I hope they pay overtime.
Cannabis speculation is what has been driving the price.
And your statements about federal illegality are exactly why I am in a cannabis company that had stated they won't cross that green line to avoid federal scrutiny.
I'm happy to hear about edible gardens, it's probably delicious produce.
No cannabis, no cash crop and cash is king.
11.15% pull in the vote total from all execs and officers huge majority?
True though, we have no idea what it's needed for yet.
