If you own shares the month that the restructuring gets approved then you are going to have to pay taxes on ARPJ debt . So if you own 17000 shares and say $9 of debt per share that's $153,000 of that you will pay 35% tax. So say $50k

Wonder if we sold fast enough? Takes three days for transactions to settle and hopefully restructuring isn't approved before then because if it is we are screwed!
