More often they represent a market maker playing games. Either moving them onto the market or in this case buying them up for holding until the time is ripe to release them back onto the market at a hefty profit. Don't let anyone tell you different, market makers ARE IN BUSINESS TO MAKE MONEY. But they also are supposed to make a liquid market. Were billions of dollars are traded daily greed will work it's way in. Remember Bernie Madoff was a market maker.
Yes, the idea is definitely solid. I don't think there is anyone who doubts we need a new refinery!
Dang, I wish I had more cash!!
Sometimes things happen at underwriting and they need one more document/easement clarification etc...Depending on the document/s or other conditions, maybe even easements problems, it can take awhile to clear up. Then they have to reissue disclosures etc and wait an additional few days before the loan closes. In the meantime personnel and bills still need to be paid so he pushes it out a few days and makes another note knowing it will be finished soon. Spends a little extra on fees etc..I wish though he would just let us all know etc but most of the time only key people need to know. Look at the possible conversion language.
The holder of the note, at its option, may convert the
unpaid principal balance of, and accrued interest on, the note into shares of common stock (i)
during the first 180 days, at a price of $.03 per share of common stock /quote]
They would only do this if they new it was going much much higher very soon!
I don't think people realize that when Jack got those loans he used ALL the proceeds to accomplish his goals towards building a refinery. So what, he pushes out the note so he can once again keep the progress alive. Every so called "negative step" viewed by all the post against MMEX have really been very positive. Do people not think? Progress takes money!
I think the next argument will be the town does not exist, they are using a different town in a different country. Besides there is no such thing as drilling for oil because the earth is flat and it would poke a hole in the earth.
I personally think accumulation is happening and has been happening because they know news is imminent. Anyone who says that MM's do not manipulate the market fail to understand basic humanity! Where there is excessive amounts of money to be made there is greed and bending of the rules to out right breaking of the rules. Hellooooo, Bernie Madoff was a market maker.
https://incrediblepennystocks.wordpress.com/tag/form-t-trade/
Soooo, does anyone besides me think the market makers were trying to accumulate as many shares today as possible without alerting the market in the direction they think this is going? Almost 3 million form T shares. I would like to see this going up soon and hopefully because of really good news!
I still like the weekly chart!
We can only hope Obiwan!
2.86 Million shares showed up after hours @ .015. Hmmmmm
Unfortunately it Looks like I was correct and stating the the price would fall if they did not announce financing at the GB.
Holy smokes how can you tell Ihub is most of the volume? It's one absurd post after another.
I know you're right but....
We need an actual NATIONAL MAINSTREAM PR. This local stuff just does not cut it!
Holy "In God we trust" batman!
Here's a dream. How about when news about financing comes out people and institutions will flood in to buy. They will then start holding for longer term locking up the available shares. Then the price will continue to rise faster causing panic buying and more holding causing an even faster rise. Soon we are passing a dollar. That's something to dream about.!
Very nice find!!
Good catch CEO. Absolutely, OR applied for a position and got denied or fired. Now bitter, hence the rants about them. Why should someone care about a "scam" or shareholders so much just because they might be building in their backyard unless they are actually going to build in their backyard.
If this is such a "scam" then nothing will come about it, so as the song says "Let it go, Let it go, can't hold it back anymore".
Hahaha, Dang it, I hate it when I have that one to many even if its' just the second one.
Well, I don't know much at all about his past before MMEX. All I know is he has performed rather well up to date. Even if this was a scam or a far outta reach idea in the beginning it sure has turned around. Financing announcement will send this into the dollar region in my opinion. So far there has been quite a bit of verifiable DD posted here by many, mostly by you. The operable being verifiable, all the rest is blowing smoke. Good job! And keep refuting the lies and ignoring the posers!
Appreciate it, like I said, trust is a big factor.
Kinda hard to believe when we all know that the high on 4-4-17 was only .0563. That is pretty easy to confirm BTW.
That is really good to know. Would you by chance have a list of speakers and a summary of what was said? Did anyone record the event? Thanks
Yes another good reason, that would tie into your first thought of them accumulating.
That is a definite possibility or they are doing their job and releasing shares into the market like they are supposed to after accumulation because of the higher demand, they are supposed to proved a liquid market, haha. All three scenarios bode well for MMEX.
The only thing holding this back from exploding is the announcement of financing. So far Jack Hanks is right on target with everything he has said he would do.With all the new eyes on this, it is getting coiled up tight. We could see multiple dollars on good solid finance news.
Maybe he is waiting on the market and national syndicate to pick on on the building of the first refinery in Texas in 40 years, so he can't be accused of pumping. But if this goes too long people will lose interest and move on but for right now it seems to have some momentum behind it.
Yep,me too.especially when you have a poster touting top secret information etc.. yet can't divulge it because he could get into trouble. If the SEC really wanted to know the would subpoena the information. He has already divulged way to much info for a supposedly insider. That is what makes me leary. People like that usually work for the other side as they are not near as obvious as the naysayers. They keep you hanging on with just enough teaser information without actually saying anything. But so far Jack has performed right on schedule but why no national news, other than the fact that the investment community doesn't seem to take notice and neither does the mainstream media. A lot of things make me rightfully question as well.
Kinda sad when you have a ground breaking ceremony for the first refinery built in 40 years in the great state of Texas and it is barely covered. Instead national news outlets focus on petty crap.
Hmmm, I've been thinking. Either you believe or you don't. If you don't, you're not buying shares. If you do, you are already in. If news was leaked either way, we would see it reflected in the PPS and volume.
So obviously news has not leaked either way. So, this low volume seems slanted to the positive because zero negative has come out. No news is good news!
He sure looks to be right. This PPS action sucks for a "groundbreaking" ceremony.
The interest should already be here. The PPS action is very disappointing!
My DD was reading the filings. The filings state "TOXIC" loans. YOU, have "zero" proof. My proof is verified by the FILINGS. YOUR proof can not be verified! Sorry to burst your misleading statements. If Jack was putting millions in he would NOT need 100k TOXIC loans.
The filings speak for themselves. Ask CEO, he's the most trusted source here!
I agree and I have no problem with the toxic loans. But I do have a problem with spreading false and misleading information regardless of who it is.
Sure but let's be real. For whatever reasons that we are not privy too. Jack got toxic loans, period! Spreading information that is to the contrary does not help. Could he have used his money for other things, sure but we do not know that. Did he get toxic loans, yes.
If Jack Hanks has spent millions and is incredibly rich like you say. Why did he need toxic loans? I'm long but your statements are without merit.
Prove it.......
Seriously, if this is a P&D, where is the pump? Where is the off loading of millions and millions of shares? Am I missing something? I truly want to know from all you people that are saying this is a P&D, how this is playing out? I will listen with a very open mind!!!!
I don't think MM's because they really control it regardless. But I do believe MM's are playing a significant factor in the flow of shares (maybe it is for quite a few big clients. But I wouldn't doubt that there are companies that play the penny game exclusively and when they see one with the potential to explode the bash until they have accumulated enough shares. Then to the moon they let it go.
Lots of new people posting whom seem to be in the actual oil field business near and around Ft Stockton. Jack Hanks interview was a plus and unexpected. It should be obvious to anyone that he was not pumping this stock. It also is quite clear that none of the negative poster have taken me up on my challenge to produce any ideas/evidence/facts as to how this so called P&D is gonna play out since there hasn't been a pump nor a dump yet.
Here is the challenge, AGAIN!
