I personally think accumulation is happening and has been happening because they know news is imminent. Anyone who says that MM's do not manipulate the market fail to understand basic humanity! Where there is excessive amounts of money to be made there is greed and bending of the rules to out right breaking of the rules. Hellooooo, Bernie Madoff was a market maker.
