IZEA - agree. And the fact that Frost and Konig are big owners should bode well for their chances of succeeding.

In an interesting move, Dr. Frost declared increased ownership in IZEA Inc. (IZEA.PK) amounting to 9.1% or 465,125 shares. In contrast to his 13G in Continental Resources Group, this filing represents a new trading idea
STOA +45% on heavy volume. .01 here, and was .06+ a couple weeks ago. Could be a good week for it.
IZEA Dr. Phillip Frost files 13G for 9.1% of IZEA

Dr. Frost aint no piddly investor...he's a successful self-made BILLIONAIRE...and he's decided to take 9% of IZEA? That's good enough for me!

almost 600k offer taken at .03. Some decent $ getting into this name it would appear.
added a few today w/ trading profits.
CBP - i have no idea. best case might be a go-private announcement, and i know they have received some offers in the past.

CBP halted. news pending
USAT and ZHNE are two microcaps that i'm accumulating for a hold. Love their earnings momentum, and for USAT it's all about being in a hot niche...M2M and NFC
oh so YOU are the LVWD seller. was wondering. i added a few in the last few days. no good reason to do so, but they seem cheap when the price is closer to .20 than .30

article is a couple days old, but informative nonetheless
ALVR Looks like they are going to get bought out at .85+. Bought a bunch in the .50's

USAT Accumulating a good position here for a hold. Their biz is finally profitable and growing at a good clip. And the best part is that the vast majority of their revs is RECURRING...the best kind. They'll eventually get bought out, but for now it's pretty cheap. I can be patient with it.

USAT - i've been buying the dips. Love the earnings and outlook.

it sure does
I tacked on a few around .035. The 3D "bubble" has a long ways to go before bursting, but there WILL be dips along the way. i tend to buy those dips.
can you elaborate on what osseostat is, and which direction "nowhere to find" is?

My 3 fave OTC's at the moment:
1) LVWD: Incredible client list in the social media moderation niche. As far as I can tell, nobody else does what they do, which makes them an interesting acquisition target. Also, they don't dilute, they're profitable, and have great management. http://www.liveworld.com/
2) SGLB: 3D printing is the craze, and SGLB is directly in the food chain for 3D metal printing. And at under .04, it is at a price point that should return multibags. Here are some links:

3) STOA: Interesting little B2B company that has fund investments in it at a much higher price, and a nice relationships with a large Chinese company. The STOA board has good DD: http://investorshub.advfn.com/Sitoa-Global-Inc-STOA-9097/
Enjoy!
500k offer taken out. $89k traded to far today; that's not trivial for this stock
