Actually, at these prices I might jump back in to see if there will be a bounce. HAHA.
Looks like a large seller who gave up and don't want to listen to BS anymore. Lies. Lies. And more lies.
Since then, from my postings, you can see that I have found other stocks to trade.
Sorry, I don't have enough money just to wait around until EMPM does its thing.
Noticed that I have not posted here for a while?
Almost time for me to get back in again.
No, look at my earlier postings. I bought a little under 2 cents. Was going to buy more if stock dumps. When it did, thought it was too smelly.
When stock freshen up today, sold for a small net profit. All posted.
Still have my position here. I need one good PR to have a huge gain. Let's GO!!!
I normally only trade in "real" companies. Still, I am a bagholder in those "dreams" too.
Lucky I didn't have a chance to look at my SPAM folder yet. WOW. Lots of people got burnt on this giant pump.
Is it time to get in yet?
One thing about pennies (even the good ones), they all have ups and downs. As a short term trader, I look for downs to get in.
YES, I am short term trader with some "long term" investments. In other words, I am a bagholder of those "good" companies because I was not able to get out in time.
Real companies do not have good P&D's? Maybe I am using the wrong words here.
With every "PRESS RELEASE" (PUMP), I will trade after the excitement wears off (DUMP).
YES, buy on the rumor. And sell on the facts.
Good luck trading AAPT. Sold for a Big Mac profit.
Will buy again on the next dump. As long as the company remains a good biz, I will trade it on every P&D.
$500 per trade? That takes most small investors out of the trading game.
Thanks for the info. Sounds cheap.
Do you have to live in Canada to use Questrade?
Understanding the rules is only one of the steps to successful trading.
For some, they learned so much that they forget investing in pennies is gambling. Almost like buying a lottery ticket. By the time you finish ready all the rules and understanding risk-reward ratios, your winning numbers came and gone without you.
Reminded me of a guy in front of me at the counter asking the clerk for his winnings, "My numbers came in. Where is my winnings?" The clerk explained several time to him (which I do not think he got it), "You did not give me any money to buy the Powerball ticket."
LOL, as I watched this exchange of chat. Thinking, you can't be serious.
No idea. New here and not interested in history lesson. Only to trade for profit.
LOL, bankshot. I don't get paid for educating. That said, don't know if they have a 504 in place. BTW, fully reporting companies uses full S1 or above. Non-reporting companies uses 504's. As to free trading, some 504 buyers have to wait 6 months (plus one day) while others can sell immediately.
For control or affiliates, Rule 144 sale limitations fully apply.
Yes, AAPT will drift back up right below where this crash began. Company itself is for real. If they cannot get their act together on the biz side, then they will continue to raise money the sad way. Watch for the signs and happy trading.
Yes, Bankshot. One of the ways pennies get money is via debt conversion. Buyer buys aged debt and converts to the underlining stock at huge discount. Then they sell the stock in the open market.
This is done via claim under registration exemption relying on Securities Act Rule 144(d)(3)(ii).
There are many different ways for pennies to get money. Most of them hurt current traders.
Please do not take this the wrong way, companies get the MONEY most of the time.
No, the seller does get the proceeds from sale. Then they turn around to loan the company the money. YES, that is how many pennies get that cash.
If you don't know this fact, please learn it. Take a look at balance sheets for loans. YES, they are the same people as large shareholders.
Beware of fake outs. Block seller will stop selling for a short while to let the stock drift back up a little luring small investors in....only to whop down on them with another round of selling.
Block buyer must have paid 1.2 cents (40% discount to 2 cent). That's why the stock bounced off the bottom.
Nice trade, block buyer. You took the little guys all for a ride down.
As to the company, use the money wisely. Next time, at these lower prices you won't get as much and investors will be looking out for this action.
You can fool some of the people some of the time, but not all the people all the time.
Reading filing is only for educational purposes. You will know when large block has been sold by the action of the stock.
Company must need money. Look for next financial report. See who lend money to the company lately, there is your block seller.
Complete breakdown in this short of time can only mean one thing: A large share holder sold a huge block at a steep discount to a buyer, who in turn is selling it into the market at no-matter-the-price to make a profit from the discount.
When volume dies down and stock slowly inches up, that would be the signal the block has been completely sold off. Then it would be time to accumulate again.
Told you something smelly was going on. Lucky I pulled my bid off. Large shell holders are selling into the pump.
0.019 support was crushed and new support seems to be holding around 0.014. Why the 25% dump in support?
Again, the only people who could have sold into this latest pump are free-trading block holders. Did they sell or gave some to people who could sell for them? Either way, they took the support level down 25%.
Just realized GLTA means "Good Luck To All"...
Sorry, I DO NOT paint. It's against the law.
Small trades are sometimes limit fills (of a much bigger order). Many of my limit buy or sell orders were partial fills until they're done or canceled.
The only ones that can trade tiny orders are market makers themselves to correct or balance their books.
mmj, always remember that some companies lie and have their IR lie for them.
Flip side, bashers either lie or will twist truth into lies for their own personal gain.
A few bashers are self proclaimed to be the "voice of reason" to others. Meaning they will share their pearls of wisdom, because they believe you lack common sense or knowledge to know better. YES, they have nothing else to do except being your parent/guardian in this bad bad bad penny playground.
Me? I own a few shares at $0.019. Don't know if I want to sell at a small lost or buy more. Until I know more, will wait on the buy more part.
highstakes, good DD. You actually took the time and money to order the products. So many of these pennies are BS.
No product are without competition (at least not for very long). In this case, competition is a damp cloth or simple paper towel. LOL
Smelly games are being played with the stock here. Until I can figure who is doing what, no way to invest in the dark.
Touch, what or who was GLAT?
Today's news seem SUPER YUMMY to longs, but massive sell-off.
Why?
Games. Smelly games being played here. That's OK with me. I don't have to like a company to make money trading them.
YES, when operating in darkness.....will sell into the next light.
PUMP PUMP PUMP. Mommaaaaa needs another pair of shoes.
Sorry, I pulled my bid when the stock was acting strange with heavy sells. Something is not right. Massive selling volume. It is almost like they are either selling with a PIPE or large shell holders selling their free-trading stock in blocks.
What is there to DD? Low interest with matching volume. Whenever someone buys or sells into this void, the price swings wildly matching the lack of bid/ask support.
As to the company itself, basically a Chinese USA-shell company doing biz in China. Shell is not really the right word since they have real operations and doing real biz. If you didn't know that, you would think STOA was a shell.
ASK coming down again. Shorts can smell this CEO a mile away.
