Yes!!! Fantastic! .40 X .50 now
Go RSSFF!
Well fortunately we have the Canadian exchange for a little guidance. Otherwise it would be like a grey market free for all.
Looking strong here at .48 now on the CSE
RSSFF
So strange that you got filled at .38 but not at .46!! Great deal for you though.
If I had more funds available I would try buying more at .38.
RSSFF
I know that is what it says, but I'm also aware that lvl 2 hasn't been completely accurate for RSSFF on the OTC.
What I'm wondering is if that .38 is accurate and if anyone here actually bought at that price. If so, they got a great deal.
It's also quite possible though, that if you put your bid in at .38, it wouldn't get filled.
RSSFF
maybe, maybe not. I'm not sure we have an accurate picture of what it's trading for here.
Has anyone bought any shares over the past 2 or 3 days? What did you pay?
RSSFF
Welcome! up2tee, laid it out nicely for you. The only thing I'll add is that it is helpful to watch AFI on the Canadian exchange since they are trading the same shares as us (just make sure to convert from Canadian to US dollars). It will give you a good idea of how we are moving and also where to bid at since lvl 2 hasn't been accurate for us on RSSFF.
We seem to be trading a bit lower than AFI at the moment so you might want to bid lower than what they are trading for.
RSSFF.
Nah, no need to RS here. No dilution and low float.
Management has said NO RS!

This news today should help with out OTC listing:
Canadian Securities Exchange Added to OTC Markets Group's list of "Qualified Foreign Exchanges"
[/b
http://www.marketwired.com/press-release/canadian-securities-exchange-added-otc-markets-groups-list-qualified-foreign-exchanges-1907567.htm
Nope, no diluting and no RS on CWIR.
Management has said a RS is not in the plans for CWIR.
No signs of any dilution either. Low float, we move easily.
$CWIR.
We are moving up quickly on the Canadian Exchange! New HOD now at .47 Canadian which is .43 US.
All this even without accurate lvl2 here on the OTC. When things get straightened out here we should move even higher.

Once again, Here are his exact words!.
YOU ARE CONFOUNDING HIM!!!
Hudson: " It confounds me to conceive that some shareholders (although very few in number) think National can demonstrate a significant price per share value of between one and five dollars in the coming years (based on an estimated $250 million in operating assets by year-end 2016)"
Read that again Harvard. You have misinterpreted Hudson's words.
Hudson said it CONFOUNDS him that people think ENTI is going to 1$-$5.
Direct quote from the PR -" It confounds me to conceive that some shareholders (although very few in number) think National can demonstrate a significant price per share value of between one and five dollars in the coming years (based on an estimated $250 million in operating assets by year-end 2016)"
LOL you left out the beginning of that sentence!! HAHAHA Nice try bud!
Hudson: . " It confounds me to conceive that some shareholders (although very few in number) think National can demonstrate a significant price per share value of between one and five dollars in the coming years (based on an estimated $250 million in operating assets by year-end 2016)"
Management has said CWIR isn't going to RS like ENTI did but there is probably some fear out there.
Always buy fear!
Also, all stocks trade on their speculative value, not on current earnings.
CWIR has tons of potential. The cards are all laid out perfectly.

Yes, it's a little out of hand over there. Glad things are better here, at least for now.
Although some more activity would be nice as well.
Some day we will look back fondly on these good old days of RSSFF.

Yes, this has been really great on the cCanadian side over the past few trading days. As you said, slow and steady accumulation is the way to go.

And yet, despite that long long list of concerns, you bought more today? What msde you decide to invest more in a company you seem to believe so little in? Truly baffled.
FLPC
Can you explain how in one post you're throwing out hypotheticals about the company biking us for all our money before they shake the death rattle and then a couple of posts later you say you bought shares today!
You bought shares in a company which you think is hypothetically scamming us? Really?? Doesn't make any sense to me. I
Interesting…
FLPC
You keep ignoring the fact that the US Military is already using the Smart carb on their un-manned Air Craft
Watch this video at the 2 minute mark:
yes, huge revs, plus 2 million in tax credits, plus getting rid of $2 million is debt.
Sure there are unknowns until the financials come out and even beyond that there are always unknowns.
You have to decide for yourself what risk you are willing to take but IMO for a penny stock this is as good as it gets!
You know what they say… If you can't stand the heat, then go invest on the big boards.

FROZ/APT
It's my understanding that they have a 120 day window to comply with the new rule but I can't seem to find the link to where I read that.
FROZ.
I'm not sure you are seeing the big picture here. Most penny stocks don't even have any revenues. Read the iBox again! We are MILES ahead here.
At this price it's almost a sure bet! Too good to be true IMO!
Get in while you still can!!!!
FROZ/APT
Oh let's see, maybe they had more important things to work on than their consulting website!?
Like, I don't know, maybe buying shells and beginning to build an MJ conglomerate? Getting CWIR up and running is obviously their first priority!. Their consulting business website can wait.
cut the guys some slack. They've been busy.
$CWIR
It's a political organization which helps get pro MJ politicians elected to office.
Looks like our CEO is a member.
$CWIR
You merging with CWIR is actually WAY more likely than a YDGE merger. LOL
$CWIR
There is no proof or basis for any of that.. Just like the fear mongering about why Grande hadn't posted on twitter in a few days. All unfounded and based on nothing but someone's over active imagination.
CEO has stated that a R/S is NOT in their plans.
$CWIR
The rule is new and it has nothing to do with dilution. It says that starting May 1st, if your ticker does not close above .01 at least once in any 30 day period, that it will be removed from OTCQB status. Meaning they would become a pink trading stock.
Of course many companies have in the past, and will in the future, be diluted into the hundredths of a penny and they will lose OTCQB status as well. Many other companies will probably try to do a R/S to stay on the OTCQB.
I have no idea whether that is the intention here but either way it doesn't mean the company won't dilute. The two are entirely separate.
Not sure but I think he was saying that he called .0052 on DEW* and that it's going to .002, not FROZ.
Just my interpretation.
FROZ
ddm, thanks for your assessment of the trial shipment. I wasn't getting the sense that there were complications other than from their silence but I know you look at things more closely than I do. Still hopeful and expecting that whatever they learned from that experience will translate into more shipments this year, as you said.
It's also my opinion that the price of the mill is definitely increased from original estimates given that they are building a larger mill with more capacity. Seems improbable that they could do it for the same price. The question is "how much more?" and "is that what the current dilution is for?".
Guess we will find out.
FLPC
Not really. They (FL legislature) voted to approve 1 strain of cannabis with very little THC or CBDs and only 5 dispensaries state wide.. It's definitely helpful to a small number of people suffering but most won't get any benefit at all and will still have to break the law to get relief for their pain.
Conservatives have been fighting this from the beginning and only passed this as a way of placating people for the time being.
Real MMJ or MJ legalization is far off as long as conservatives are in control.
Fortunately we here in FL have a true Medical MJ initiative on the ballot this fall.
CWIR
Excellent DD! So much to look forward to here.
FROZ
Yes, the price is much lower than the value here IMO.
I think it's a combination of the dilution and lack of communication and also impatience on the part of shareholders who believed that revenues were coming sooner than they have. For example, I think many did not realize that the China shipment was only going to be a test shipment.
FLPC
I don't know. All indications they have given are that the shipment went well so I doubt that they are holding back because of bad news. And really, even though it would be nice to know now, I'm fine waiting for the 10Q. If they are on track with getting the mill up and running, the info about the china shipment probably isn't going to change my position here.
FLPC
Yup. more local = less costs shipping long distances in cooled containers = $ saved.
Also, pesticide free, larger yields per acre due to vertical growing (less land needed), and can be grown year round!
So smart.
$RSSFF
Just getting a chance to really check out the news from this morning and I really like it.
They are licensing Vertical Designs' technology to grow Strawberries, as well as other crops, indoors year-round.
I was reading a msg board for the Canadian counterpart (AFI) and there seems to be a number of folks who are disappointed because the company is straying from the MJ business and they don't quite see the benefits to this news.
However, I believe this is great news and has two main purposes:
1. It allows them to begin making money and work out some of the kinks in their system before MJ comes on line.
2 Allows them to establish themselves as an agriculture company which may help with getting their grow license.
The vertical designs system is perfect for this venture. Strawberries are one of the most pesticide ridden fruits or veggies around. Growing indoors allows for maximum use of the space, organic produce, pest free, environmentally controlled space,
i.e. lots of organic strawberries, produced cheaply.
In exchange they give VDL $250K plus 1,000,000 shares (deemed at .25 a share) , plus 5% royalty on production.

Or maybe he's just busy getting this company up and going, or maybe he took off early to go fishing this weekend, or maybe his family is in town and he is busy with them. Any of those explanations are more plausible than your speculation IMO.
Could be a million different things. Why choose the far fetched negative possibilities that have little to no chance of being true, to focus on?
CWIR
Care to speculate on why FLPC management (who is normally smart and reasonable) sees value in their relationship with Murdock if they are in fact nothing but BS?
Just curious what your take is since you seem to have some insight.
FLPC
Murdock has been a great scapegoat for shareholder frustration with FLPC communication and share price and anything else that doesn't seem to be going well with FLPC.
However, the truth is that we have very little info on the value that Murdock is bringing to the company. If Don and Bob and the management team are confident that their relationship with Murdock is helping the company get to where they need to, then at this point I am tending to trust them.
$FLPC
I like this PR a lot. The info on shipments to China would have been a lot more powerful, as far as shareholder sentiment, if it was released a few weeks ago before everyone was so frustrated.
Nice to see them mentioning the companies they will be working with on the mill and new site..
Things are moving along nicely as far as I can tell. Just need for it to show up in the share price.
