Just getting a chance to really check out the news from this morning and I really like it.
They are licensing Vertical Designs' technology to grow Strawberries, as well as other crops, indoors year-round.

I was reading a msg board for the Canadian counterpart (AFI) and there seems to be a number of folks who are disappointed because the company is straying from the MJ business and they don't quite see the benefits to this news.

However, I believe this is great news and has two main purposes:
1. It allows them to begin making money and work out some of the kinks in their system before MJ comes on line.
2 Allows them to establish themselves as an agriculture company which may help with getting their grow license.

The vertical designs system is perfect for this venture. Strawberries are one of the most pesticide ridden fruits or veggies around. Growing indoors allows for maximum use of the space, organic produce, pest free, environmentally controlled space,
i.e. lots of organic strawberries, produced cheaply.

In exchange they give VDL $250K plus 1,000,000 shares (deemed at .25 a share) , plus 5% royalty on production.
