Everyone but one
Sounds like no ticky no washy
How do you think that will be handled with the offtake agreements, will they get shares in the new company
Are they going to be able to issue shares with 441 millon shares outstanding?
I'm hoping there is also talk on safety I would rather DL you can't have enough of them.
Like watching paint dry; watching grass grow; what ever analogy you want to use, shares locked up like an old Model T. Oh well I'm now part of the long term tax club.
I will be curious to see how this trades this week with the uptick in volume Friday. Will there be something substantial or a head fake as we have seen in the past.
Yeah I don't get shaken easily
Someone needed that $150.00
Indeed oh well I'm hanging in there
Never mind I see it is on this site.
Hey guys I just got back in town and caught up on the posts..... you guys are excited all right. I didn't see the 10K if someone could post a link I would appreciate it or copy and paste. I take it Fred's still the man and Egan showed his hand, did Delfin fund TGLO with more money.
At this point I'll stay even if Delfin doesn't RM into TGLO hoping someone will pick TGLO up to RM
Good post and I admit I don't know a lot about RM's but how does that raise cash? I understand how the IPO does but struggle how the RM does, I would like to be enlightened.
Shells get bought all the time with the acquiring company getting the majority of shares with a filing. We haven't seen that here also the shell has to keep up with their 10Q and 10K for an acquiring company to want it. That definitely hasn't happened with Smokefree Inc.
Does anyone have the link to the conference where Delfin and Golar presented. If it was recorded. I'm not sure what conference or if it has happened yet it was posted earlier.
vee what does Juul want with Smokefree Inc. ?
Does anyone know what this reference from the CEO is about?
"There's a few different ways you can do it and we're just working through the various permutations, finding out who is currently interested particularly in the wave of the ExxonMobil Qatar announcement, does that influence anything"
The biggest thing I took from it is working together over the next 2 mos. so I don't see the FID happening until it is resolved hence no RM until then.
There were a couple questions from Golars CC
Craig Shere -- Tuohy Brothers -- Analyst
Thanks, sir for taking the question. I just had -- was wondering if you had more color around Delfin. If you think that the key linchpin would be more supply rather than offtake and where you think that might fall in the pecking order of the likely next couple FLNG projects that you might have.
Iain Ross -- Chief Executive Officer
Thanks, Craig. So we, as I mentioned, we are working actively on Delfin at the moment. We've got a team in Houston working with the Delfin guys. We've got a work program over the next two months to try and understand more of the threshold issues and of course, the main threshold issues are connecting the LNG supply and the LNG offtake. If we can get the offtaker and the supplier aligned. There's a few different ways you can do it and we're just working through the various permutations, finding out who is currently interested particularly in the wave of the ExxonMobil Qatar announcement, does that influence anything, but we remain really engaged in Delfin and I can assure you that if we can find a sensible way through the supply and offtake issues and get ourselves aligned around all the activities to be done it will be right up there in the list. These projects are all by definition complex and there's a lot of work in picking the ones that you want to invest time in if that makes sense and we're investing time in Delfin. So that should tell you where it sits in importance.
Craig Shere -- Tuohy Brothers -- Analyst
Do you see the offtakers more likely to respond with certainty of supply. Is there a particular linchpin that you see start getting this ball rolling?
Graham Robjohns -- Chief Financial Officer
I think you're right, Craig is linking the offtaker to the supplies so they get comfort. It's how do you underpin the supply side to make sure that the offtaker is satisfied with that because both Golar and Delfin are fairly small entities. So we're working pretty hard on trying to join those dots at the moment.
Agree
Tomorrow is Golars earnings could be the day
Hold but not really expecting anything but stranger things of happened like trading after 8 years
free man I'm in same boat here
Everyone thanks for your recent DD I appreciate it.
I don't know but I can't see this as being a clean shell for a RM they haven't kept the filings current in 8 years. Who owns the majority of the shares? If a private company would want SFIO they would need to control 70-90 percent of the shares. The whole reason to RM is to eventually up list to the Nasdaq or NYSE because RM is cheaper than IPO. If a company did acquire the shares we would have seen a SEC filing. Someone paid the fees and or fines to get the DTCC to release the stock for trading, the question is who and why. If it was RJR to get their patents well what do they need with SFIO? What tangibles does Smokefree Innotec really have other than 8 year old inventory (if it is like the one I bought 8 years ago doesn't work). I've held this for over 8 years like a lot of people here and want it to go up so I can get the heck out, but I think the first few days of trading were the best we'll see. Hope I'm wrong
cat :)
We need FID, RM, contracts need to be written times a ticking, although if no RM then I guess I really don't care what they do.
Good question I don't know the answer but I would think it would be in years.
Maybe we will get some news about Delfin when Golars earnings are announced I believe 2/27. Hopefully we RM before that
I have TD as well, unfortunately I took the ticker off my Yahoo Finance Portfolio that I look at everyday. Well it is back on there with to many zeros to the right of the decimal.
Good for you, I think you're right. It is definitely strange it was unlocked, I will continue to hold at this point you never know.
According to Yahoo Finance SFIO has 588 million shares outstanding buyout of 10 cents would be ~ 60 million who knows. I'm not sure what SFIO has to offer another company at this point. Not sure if they even have any patents or does RJR own them now? Time will tell anyone have any thoughts?
Bang I'm in the same boat I didn't know it was trading until late January. I would of sold first couple of days if I had known oh well waited 8 years whats another 8 years
True for a stock in the future when are they going to be operational 2021/2022. What are they going to report as a public company their EPS until then. Not wanting flip
IMO this is the best post I have seen in months, and I totally agree with RM along with RS. I think the 10/1 RS it will get them to ~ 44 million shares. I don't know why everyone is scared of the RS you will have less shares but stock price increases that percentage it is a wash. It then allows the stock to soar for the $2.00 Nasdaq up-list. As I've said before no way they are doing an RM with 440 million shares they have to show EPS.
I know what your thinking the Cowboys should be there :)
They would never delete you!! Rams yes anyone besides New England
Jerry you are a very deep man and I will have to admit most the time I don't know what you are saying, but do enjoy your posts. I never know what I'm about to read.
You know you have to give Delfin personnel credit they are very tight lipped, there has been no leaks about their intentions.
