OSIS has world wide reach, they can and will sell across the globe. That RapidScan system must really be something, with superman X-ray vision we dreamed about as a kid (and yesterday, lol). The only complaint the TSA has with it is that it works too good, a virtual strip search. OSIS has amazing manufacturing capabilities.
Yea, 3 days with zero trades..............oh yea, long weekend. We will see what happens, better get more shares. MMTC ROCKS!!!!!
I think it's the industry that has the new regulations not AOAC. I think the certs are more important with the industry doing more reporting and compliance. I also think AOAC may be looking closer as part of that. Other companies haven't had certs renewed yet either. MMTC is in line for certs, sales and profits. MMTC ROCKS!!!!!
http://www.aoac.org/testkits/testedmethods.html
AOAC has there hands full trying to get all the certs up to date. I think there are changes coming to the food safety industry, with the new government rulings and the focus now on The New FDA Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA)
and the USDA stepping back. With the industry policing themselves more and stricter requirements for industry standards, the certifications are more necessary than ever. With the AOAC only completing 20% of the annual renewals they must be required to look closer at the industry. The certs are out of the company's hands, MMTC is in line at the AOAC and will be up to date when their turn comes up. MMTC ROCKS!!!!!
So true, once we get a tid-bit of news and we start to move, those on the sidelines won't want to miss out on what is about to happen. I better get more shares. No where to go but up. MMTC ROCKS!!!!!
So right, this is America, last I heard we all can buy and sell as we please. Thing about MMTC insiders, it's all buys and no sells (even though they have the right to do as they please). Must be buying for a good reason, don't you think. I don't think they are buying 90%+ of the shares because this is a scam. MMTC ROCKS!!!!!
I bet it will work great for baggage or anything else they put in front of their 174 machines. TSA wants to see everything, but congress wants them to know without looking. If congress got its wish, now THAT would be one hell of a machine. OSIS is going to need something to fill the sales gap until they get the software up to speed for Rapid-Scan. Hope we know what it is.
OSIS has reached an agreement with TSA over rapid-scan. The power house is back to selling the superman x-ray vision machine. Now back to the important business.
“We are pleased to reach a mutually satisfactory agreement with the TSA,” OSI Systems President and CEO, Deepak Chopra, commented. “We have had a close working relationship with TSA and its predecessor agencies for the better part of two decades, during which time we have together pioneered many of the transportation security technologies in use today. As we continue that relationship, we look forward to continuing to provide leading-edge technologies and services to the TSA.”
"Under the terms of the agreement, Rapiscan and TSA determined that the Secure 1000SP would not be ready to meet the next level of ATR software by the congressionally mandated June 2013 deadline. As the Secure 1000SP has been operated by TSA as an effective imaging system, TSA plans to deploy these systems, with Rapiscan’s assistance, to U.S. government agencies that already rely on the Secure 1000 product line or can enhance their security programs with the Secure 1000SP. The agreement enables the U.S. government to continue to benefit from the investments made by TSA, while allowing TSA to meet the congressional ATR mandate. The agreement results in the mutually-agreed conclusion of ATR software development for the Secure 1000SP, but continues Rapiscan’s overall contract with TSA for AIT systems."

Definitely has the potential to be a profitable relationship for both companies for a long time.
How long is a 5 year agreement good for? MMTC ROCKS!!!!!
So you speak for 3M? They did go to the trouble to get certs and I bet they are in the process of renewing them. I find it funny how it works that MMTC is a scam because they are working through the AOAC process and then 3M is involved in the same process and it doesn't matter where 3M's certs are subject to the same process. Looks like a double standard to me, but it does show that the certification process is slow and out of the hands of the company seeking approval. MMTC is getting it done, even though it is a uphill battle. MMTC ROCKS!!!!!
I have noticed that on other investments I have made. Luckily MMTC is holding strong and is poised to go up. Better get more shares. MMTC ROCKS!!!!!
Thanks for you concern, my investment monies come the sweat of my brow (i.e. hard earned) and I have the patient for this investment, while there is risk involved, to work through all the milestones to get to market. The golden years are coming and will be here before you know it. Better get more shares. MMTC ROCKS!!!!!
That is very true, my little keeps getting bigger while we wait. My hard earned shares will be golden in my golden years, asn, lol. MMTC ROCKS!!!!!
Following your logic, 3M has no certifications for E. coli, Listeria, or Salmonella. They must be out of the food safety business and are scamming investors. I bet those investors need to know about that scam too, could you let them know for us.
Mr. Klinkerhoffen's DD is spot on, excellent work sir.

OH LOOK 3M's Listeria expires on 12/31/2012 and look they just got their cert last August 31. What a scam.

There is no dust on that photo, just cable sheathing, and the rest of your premise is also false. OSIS is manufacturing the MIT 1000 and 1000a and will produce future versions as the are jointly developed. MMTC ROCKS!!!!!
Let's hope we have some sales to see along with the insider financing on the coming 10Q. It would be hard to get insiders to keep putting in money if they didn't think this will pay off and soon. All buys, no sells by insiders. No where to go but up. I'm hoping for a pop, but most of my shares will be held for much longer, long and strong. MMTC ROCKS!!!!!
Can you say Nasdaq. All buys, no sells by insiders, manufacturing agreement in place, patent and cloud based software in place, AOAC certifications around the corner, web site ready to handle sales and customer service, marketing and advertising in full swing? Looks pretty good to me. MMTC ROCKS!!!!!
The majority knows what the news is, we are along for the ride. And what a ride it is going to be. MMTC ROCKS!!!!!
I hope they jump 10% on that news soon, both parties appear content to have everything ready for release. They must feel confident about the future.
Let's see, how long would a 5 year agreement last? OSIS is a hard working company who doesn't need to go over and over their agreements. They are too busy manufacturing and working on products like the MIT 1000 and beyond. MMTC ROCKS!!!!!
Thanks for the update on the listeria, that is good news. A couple more identifiers and we are moving up. MMTC ROCKS!!!!!!!
Really dude, just get what you can of remaining shares and hold on. MMTC ROCKS!!!!!
ASN, I'm ready for upward movement for what ever reason. They are going to have to hire quiver carriers if they wait much longer. Long and strong, MMTC ROCKS!!!!!
Great dd again, MMTC is fully reporting and will have no problem following new rules. The insider buying of 90% of shares leaves them no option to but to succeed to get a return on investment. They bought knowing thing we do and more. It would be hard to hide a 1,000,000,000 share sale, no where to go but up, by way of sales, sales, sales and profits. ASN. IMO MMTC ROCKS!!!!!
Exactly, and with the agreement with OSIS/OSIO to manufacture the laser and electronic components doesn't mean that MMTC is not involved with the making of the machine. The argument of using a picture to say MMTC is telling the SEC that OSIS is no longer involved is a desperate stretch which can only be believed by folks who haven't done their own DD. OSIS+MMTC=SUCCESS. MMTC ROCKS!!!!!
Because OSIS is manufacturing the machines for MMTC, with the 5 year agreement as stated by OSIO president and CEO, the argument that MMTC is a scam doesn't hold water. And that is why we have fabricated and selective statements trying to dismiss the fact is OSIS is manufacturing the MIT 1000. MMTC+OSIS=SUCCESS. MMTC ROCKS!!!!!
I think yes, but am happy to wait for filing. MMTC ROCKS!!!!!!
Ok, I guess we will see how it goes, better get more shares. MMTC ROCKS !!!!!
Do we take you word on that or do you have some proof of that. MMTC ROCKS!!!!!
I think you are completely lost in the past or wrong in your premature speculation of the next 10Q. Better get more shares, MMTC ROCKS!!!!!
This is like a privately held company, held by family. Not too much trading, long and strong. MMTC ROCKS!!!!!
That seems to be the issue is that Alpine didn't pay for the shares and the boogieman pushed the law suit. MMTC had to cover for Alpines failure to preform. MMTC survived and MMTC ROCKS!!!!!
Pure fiction or pure coincidence that it happened at the same time there was a trumped up lawsuit, which has gone no where. Alpine messed up and got desperate, which didn't pan out for them either. MMTC ROCKS!!!!!
It will be very interesting to actually see what they have been working on. For those of us who believe that the team is making the MIT 1000 a game changing product, which will help carry the industry into the new era of food safety and new government regulations.
"It is widely recognized that produce is an essential component of a healthy diet, and the safe production and harvesting of fruits and vegetables helps consumers to maintain healthy diets. Foodborne illness outbreaks associated with contaminated produce over the last decade have highlighted the need to focus on preventing foodborne illness in the first place, and not just react once it happens. FDA’s analysis of available foodborne illness outbreak data document 131 outbreaks associated with contaminated produce between 1996 and 2010, causing more than 14,000 illnesses and 34 deaths. These foodborne illness outbreaks were caused mainly by biological hazards such as Salmonella , E. coli O157:H7, Shigella , Hepatitis A, and Cyclospora . Therefore, the proposed FDA produce rule focuses on preventing the introduction of known or reasonably foreseeable biological hazards.

MMTC ROCKS!!!!!
What? we are in a death spiral, crushed, .0001 because of a $100 dollar trade yesterday. Looks like long and strong share holders are content to wait on the coming news, IMO. We all want this to climb and it will when certs are complete. News and filings coming soon. MMTC ROCKS
Amen. MMTC ROCKS!!!!!
Happy to add a few more to my pile today, ready for news and the move up. MMTC ROCKS!!!!!
Good find, they are trying to hold this back but the little Dutch boy and girl need help cuz the dam is getting ready to burst. MMTC ROCKS!!!!!
