So much for NASDAQ! What a scam.
Insider buying, baby!!
I haven't posted here, but I've been a holder of the warrants for some time now. I have the Class 'A' warrants (CAPNW).
The warrants are a GREAT way to leverage yourself! They don't have the downside risk of margin, but has all the upside potential of heavy margin!
Do your DD and either way you go, common or warrants, this is a great stock and company.
Whatever you do, don't over extend yourself with heavy margin and panic on a pullback. This sucker has wild swings. Buy safely and hold for the big gains in the mid to long term.
Wow, wow... Wow...
You do know there has been reverse splits and staggering dilution since then, right? The share structure is nothing like it was back then. To imply this could go back over $1.00 because of what it traded at in 2011, post split view, is disingenuous at best.
Confirmation of $0.50 DNA on Big Lots shelf in Plantation on Broward Blvd.
As the regulars probably remember here, I am very negative on this company and see them as share sellers first and foremost. I have no dog in the fight here, but follow this since they are local to me.
It is interesting that they are on the shelf in Big Lots, but the price is obviously below their manufacturing cost. This is a total inventory dump. It would be better if they were in the Dollar Tree for $1.00, and that is saying a lot.
I drove by their office Monday and I think they may have vacated, but can't say for sure. I just drove through the parking lot without stopping. It was about 2PM in the afternoon and the lights were off. The broken down DNA van is now gone. The stickers are still on the door though. If I have time next week i will stop and see if it is indeed vacated. With them liquidating near expired unsold inventory, it doesn't make sense for them to keep the warehouse.
I see some people mentioning them hinting entering another market, possibly the MJ market. Are there any links to back this up?
Lots of potential here with the buyout offer. I expect more offers to start coming to the table.
Why popping today?
I've not been paying attention here, but still hold a position and may want to add soon.
Thanks.
amiga-news.de exposes WRIT fraud.
http://amiga-news.de/en/news/AN-2015-02-00027-EN.html
Amiga Inc. owns the domain name amiga.com as well as all remaining Amiga-related trademarks (partial list, PDF). They do have a license from Cloanto for their activities on the BlackBerry platform, but no license for any other platforms.
Wait for the open. Big money doesn't play the pre-market. This will gap and run hard at open.
I took a couple from my car. Nothing exciting as it there is nothing to show, no activity.
I drove by HQ today, looks empty. The DNA sticker are still on the front door, but otherwise looks vacated. The broken down DNA branded van in the back is gone, likely sold to a junk car hauler. The rear bay door is covered in dirt and cobwebs, doesn't look to have been opened in some time. Only some garbage and a couple plastic mini pallets by the rear door, probably from when they vacated some time ago.
If you call the landlord they will probably tell you DNA brands moved out by the looks of it.
Ouch.
You were warned.
Common sense. Look at the PPS. 'nuf said.
Who wrote the discription of Bill McEwen in Ibox? Not only is it not accurate, it is full of blatant lies.
Bill McEwen joined Amiga Inc during Gateway's ownership, which was the late 1990's (1998). He was a PR person at that time with Gateway Amiga. Before joining Gatway, Bill McEwen was a long haul truck driver! Wehre is this 25 year nonsense number coming from?
Source: https://sites.google.com/site/amigadocuments/#TOC-1998-1999:-Gateway-Scraps-Amiga-Brand
In 1998 Mr. Bill McEwen, a former truck driver [5] also known as William Wallace McEwen XVI [6], was hired as an independent subcontractor by "Amiga, Inc." (South Dakota) [221][2], a company owned by Gateway 2000, Inc.
When in 2006 Amiga Delaware had to file to renew the "Amiga" trademark at the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), in order to satisfy the requirement to illustrate that the name was indeed in active use on actual products, it had nothing better [114] than the photo of a 20-year old 1200 baud modem (a model from 1985-1986). By USPTO standards, this might be a fraudulent filing.
BTW, Bill McEwen was a truck driver who failed as CEO of a tech company. In reality he was just a puppet for what appeared to be a pretty blatant money laundering operation.
JMO.
Back quater panel has Amiga Inc, which is NOT owned by Writer's Group.
Amiga Inc is nothing more than a folder in a file cabinet in Bill McEwen's garage these days. Like such a company needs sponsorships. If you want to see what the real implications are of such a sponsorship, do a search on Amiga Inc's Kent deal.

Months prior they heard warnings, just as I am warning you now.

The last link should be an eye opener. Wash, rinse, repeat. This time only with a penny stock company and not private investors & money laundering.
Amiga Inc sponsoring too? I thought they claimed Amiga Inc/McBill was not involved with Writer's Group any longer? 3 companies all sponsoring together?
I smell a P&D campaign coming. Probably more dump than pump as usual.
Take a screen shot of ever post you deem relevant as they will certainly disapear quickly.
I've been following WRIT ever since their *LIE* PR about Amiga Games. I know Amiga Inc's shinanigans since the late 1990s when Bill McEwen got involved. The whole Amiga Games Inc nonsense by far did not pass the smell test. I knew these guys weren't on the up and up. I'm going to screenshot everything now and communicate to the SEC. We'll see if they do anything.
Rarely do you see paid pumpers admit compensation. Screenshots taken of all of this coversation, including my posts. The SEC loves this kind of stuff.
Owed certs for message board pumping? Interesting.
Not in Texas, not in Florida, may not be anywhere.
Reverse split coming post-haste!!!
Finally showing strength! Should be a good run coming!!
This is nothing but a dilution scam. The PPS should be well below a penny by now. The next time the dump button gets hit for cash (dilution) this POS will be in the trips.
Ridiculous advice! DNAX is a scam!!!
IMO
Far overdue for sub-penny. It'll be a race to the bottom in no time flat.
Scam.
It wouldn't take much! I've seen terrible companies make bigger runs. This isn't a terrible company! One solid PR and BOOM. Even with a 50x bagger the market cap would be small!
I'm sure this be updated to include WRIT/Amiga Games Inc eventually:
https://sites.google.com/site/amigadocuments/
LOL @ this SCAM's 10Q! LOL!
No revenue from "Amiga Games Inc" purchase?
http://appworld.blackberry.com/webstore/vendor/21741/?lang=en
Why are these games still being sold by Amiga Inc and not "Amiga Games Inc"? Have any of you called the SEC yet?
This is the level of competency and ethics of amiga Inc.
http://www.cultofmac.com/1299/ceo-of-amiga-says-os-5-will-top-mac-os-x/
OS5 has never been anything but fantasy fluff babble. Not a single line of code was ever written for OS5 and here in 2007 McBill was claiming it would top OSX. Amiga Inc didn't even have a single programmer on staff, directly or otherwise. They even lost the rights to AmigaOS, which currently resides at OS4.1 to Hyperion Entertainment.
There is so many LOLs betwen Amiga Inc, Amiga Games Inc and WRIT.
Wow only 0.5M market cap?!? Gonna be a 50x bagger!
Tomorrow we go to the mooooooooooooooooon!!!
Very strong! Over $0.03 tomorrow! $0.06 by Monday?
I feel like a freaking savant selling at 0.0017 yesterday open. This POS scam is going to 0.0001 post-haste!
$5.00 within a year.
Link or its a Photoshopped fraud!
http://www.okayplayer.com/stories/bull-fight-red-bulls-emsee-philadelphia-rap-battle.html
The roll call went like this: Mic Stew, Uno Lavoz, OHM, Jawnzap 7, Voss, Finesse, DNA, and Zm, all of whom were angling to get a golden ticket to the EmSee finals in Atlanta where judge Eminem and a host of others await the winner. In addition to the beats Nitty proffered, the good folks from Red Bull updated the rap battle for the digital age with a format that integrated TV screens, streaming the aforementioned pictures and lists of words the emcees had to use in their rhymes.
Someone took a screenshot about Red Bull and rapper DNA, and Photoshopped it to say energy drink.
Sold at 0.0017 at market open. PRAISE JESUS!!!
This POS will be no bid 0.0001 ASK in days. Then it will either reverse split or go gray market.
F this company! I'm selling at the bid upon open regardless of the price. If the bid is 0.0001 I am selling there just on principal. Any doubt you had in your mind before should be gone now. This is nothing but a fraudulent share selling SCAM.
The 2012 case is new and has not gone to court yet. There are past judgements against Amiga Inc in 2003 and 2009 for rent, but this one from 2012 is indeed new. So essentially ~7 months after Amiga Inc got notification of this new lawsuit, they supposedly) sold assets under a new company made out of thin air to WRIT.
I hope this helps.
