MMs shifting around here
ASK wall forming at .019
only one MM at 21 now
most at 19
looking good today
i do web design myself
and that is a frivolous detail
to worry about....making a
modern "decent website".
its the content that matters
not the skins and BRZL
does not disappoint.
again, i just don't feel snobish
about the site and it works fine for me.
one thing, the .com brzl name is already
taken and so BRZL uses .info
hhmmm, maybe down the road BRZL might be
looking at securing a prized .com vs .info domain
and to accomplish that, may just change its name
and ticker to do it.
hmmm
R/M + ticker change to blend with new .com name.
this stock would blast even more.
yes, many have complained
about the website too, but
I think the content is actually
outstanding.
BRZL Acquisition Trends
This industry is constantly evolving and leaving many inflexible companies stagnant. One of the major trends is the shift from a natural gas asset base to a crude oil base. The Company is almost 100% oil asset based and will continue to focus on oil assets in the near future.
We continue to see market consolidation as economies of scale becomes more important with large discoveries of oil and gas reserves dwindling in the United States. This phenomenon is more relevant to the major oil companies rather to small independents like us. We still see plenty of opportunities to acquire significant assets often with three to four fold valuation increases with appropriate capital expenditure.
As many large independent and major oil companies move towards the offshore Gulf of Mexico for acquisition and development, this creates an excellent environment for acquisition of their “non-strategic assets” remaining in the onshore Gulf Coast region.
BRZL Asset Segmentation
a. BR’s largest acquisition pool will primarily come from small to medium sized independent oil companies. These companies are the ones most likely to negotiate a private deal without going through the bidding process.
b. Direct contact with industry contacts and networks will provide another source of potential acquisition targets. Members of the management team have made extensive contacts in the energy industry over these 30 years.
c. Discussions with third party consulting firms that represent sellers for the divesture of their assets will be another acquisition segment.
d. Attendance at various investment and senior bank events networking with the individual bankers may provide a small percentage of targets as they are often the first ones who know of companies divesting assets for various reasons.
BRZL Technology
a. BR will utilize the latest technology available and appropriate to the analysis and understanding of our asset base.
b. We will have internet access in the field and corporate offices to provide real time analysis of the property activities and operations.
c. We will utilize remote sensing devices as necessary to minimize hands on interaction and reduce risk for harm or injury to employees.
d. Access to industry journals and periodicals will be available for review by all professional and non-professional staff to keep up with the changes in the industry and new products that may be beneficial to our operations.
BRZL Fulfillment
a. BR’s key fulfillment will be provided by management’s dedication to providing great shareholder value on a sustained and continued basis. This is achieved through a solid asset base with development exploration opportunities,an aggressive acquisition strategy, and a network of consultants and vendors, who are all dedicated to helping BR grow and succeed.
b. We will maintain an industry leading work environment which will enable us to retain the best pool of professionals in the industry.
BRZL Marketing
We will be actively attending various trade and industry conferences. In addition, we will place select print advertising for solicitation of properties to acquire. We will also have a monthly newsletter that will be on our Company website with a quarterly review sent to our shareholders. This newsletter will inform our shareholders as to the growth and outreach of BR. It will also contain some human interest stories about our properties and local residents
We will periodically seek out business forum and internet small capitalization websites to perform interviews and increase Company awareness. Our acquisition marketing strategies will be simple but aim to reach small and medium sized oil and gas companies and financial intermediaries. The layout of our publications and advertisements will have a sophisticated and contemporary look without being overly formatted.
BRZL
I ALWAYS mention BRZL in every post hehe
Competitive Comparison
BR’s competitive advantage is as follows:
a. Higher quality management team
-experience managing thousands of low to high quality oil and gas wells
-taught other professionals at various technical schools as well as received a patent for oilfield related inventions
-over 30 years of industry experience individually
-excellent reputation in the industry with an extensive contact base
b. Streamlined management structure provides quick decision making in
order to take advantage of short term opportunities
c. Focus on higher quality wells to minimize per unit costs
d. Utilize latest technology including 3-D Seismic data other interpretation tools
hang on folks
let the flushers
and dumpers
and 21 year olds
and daytraders
have their fun,
when they are gone
BRZL will fly!
also the solid previous wall
of MMS at .021 has been reduced
to only two now at the .021 ask
for a few days now.
and DOMS moved off to .0471
one monkey left at 119
BRZL passing 60DMA go!
dude if yor gonna come on this
board, at least show a little
respect for others

The management team consists of seasoned executives with significant managerial, technical, financial, operational, and compliance experience. As we continue to grow, we will establish satellite offices, as necessary, to accommodate significant assets in other parts of the Gulf Coast and United States.
An organizational chart is provided above which shows areas of responsibility for key management members. Each of the main departments including acquisitions, operations, and accounting have a specific person in charge. In addition to CEO/President duties,Mr. Renfro will also be responsible for finance and capital raising activities.

somebody was really trying
to slam it down at 009
at the end there and it
failed!! bigtime haha
yes indeed AL, looks good!
time to bust 01 here
there are only two 021 ask MMS left
the previous weekly wall of 21s
has now shrunk to only two MMs
nicely!
it appears to me that the bulls
have now got most of the shares,
including myself, and are in control
of the pps, minus a few MM sidetrips.
we can now wait it out and see what
a proven seasoned CEO like Renfro
can do!

one of the .021 MMs is gone
out of previous 4 that were
there for days.
DOMS has moved to .0471
PK is the pink sheets BRZL.pk
The .PK is an example of a suffix representing where the security is traded - an over-the-counter (OTC) network or an international exchange. The major U.S. exchanges such as the NYSE, Nasdaq and AMEX do not have suffixes. The .PK behind a stock simply means the stock in question is traded on the pink sheets (or the Pink Sheets Electronic Quotation service).
BRZL is a OTCQB which is a higher tier in the PK pecking order
very nice AL!
grabbing these cheapies
now and during the day/week
let's hope finra is not a
division of fema with it's
massive response time
the GURU is on BRZL today as well
http://pennystockgurus.blogspot.com/
and RandsPennyStks mentioned BRZL since
Feb 2011
http://randspennystks.blogspot.com/
RandsPennyStks@ twitter
Renfro has a solid proven
track record, not worried a bit here
and will continue to add
TEX, been adding here each day
on the dips.
a ticker/namechange would
make BRZL skyrocket even
higher than is predicted.
this is all good stuff.
there is no "delay"
in a PR.
the last PR
says an audit will be completed
in April.
it does not say any PR
will come out right after the audit.
patience is the key and realize
that Renfro will want to maintain
his reputation. a PR will be coming
soon.
since the last PR says
the audit will be done by
April and makes NO mention of
WHEN the next PR will come out,
a PR can be here at anytime.
Again the last PR does not mention
PR generation even tho the audit
is done. so NO promises have been broken.
if you see BRZL slide down a little it
is because some sellers are not seeing this.
RATS and peanut butter?
hell, go to a Whole Foods store and make your own out of pure
peanuts and peanuts only, the solution is simple.
of course as we know, the peanuts themselves usually
contain insect larvae but it is all protein.
hang on, it will bounce....BOING!!
look at MM tricks at EOD haha
