OK, show me where you found this information and how much they have made? You would think that dollar figure would be shouted from the roof tops. Wait, I know, Tony is too busy trying to shake out the weak and making sure the stock is in strong hands, wait, it's not Tony who worries about the weak hands, it's the MM's. LOL.
No, you are incorrect, there is no revenue either on the most recent Unaudited financials or listed as a dollar figure in any news items from the company so there is no revenue from operations.
show where revenue is listed in the most recent financials or something, anything from the company naming an actual dollar amount for any revenue to date please?
Just as hope isn't the best approach in this market, neither is rumors of revenue. I will continue to say that this company has no revenue from operations until some is actually listed on AUDITED financials.
Wait a minute, so we can discuss the speculation that there may be some non-equity related financing over and over and over again BUT we cannot discuss the FACT that someone is still selling this stock at lower and lower prices every week. Got it.
Edit - re:Montecito negotiations. I have no idea. If Tony can parlay that 8.35% into ANY non-equity financing for future projects I will be a buyer! I have seen countless announcements from countless OTC companies but I haven't seen any that actually materialized. I watch and wait thinking that this may be the one! They do seem to be pumping some oil and gas so just maybe.....
The trading in this market is not controlled by the MM's. I agree that there is manipulation but, in my opinion that manipulation is the result of sellers with large blocks of stock selling through higher commission brokerages who just try to keep things going until their client gets those big blocks sold. It's the MO of toxic financing and payment for services in shares because there is no revenue from operations.
So now it's time to wait until the seller is done or the company makes something of the 8.35% they have left in this project.
"Weak Hands" LOL - in my opinion no market maker or anyone else cares about who holds long, trades or flips these stocks. No one is attempting to shake shares loose.
We have a seller here. The company tried to help the seller by taking an inordinate amount of time to clear the newly reversed shares but, even without any selling competition from the longs there was no interest in buying this stock, in my opinion.
The CEO has a reputation and the market is reacting accordingly. I hope he gets this going and making lots of money for both the company and the "investors". But, again in my opinion, watching and waiting is much preferable to being in on the bleeding edge of this one.
No, I'm describing how motivated sellers sell into the bid all day long but still keep the chart looking good for the inexperienced among us.
IF CDEL and NITE are selling for the debt holders, they aren't really concerned with the share price so there is no guarantee that they will push it higher. At their conversion rate, they will sell into any bid and still get a double on their money. Again, it will suck even more to be a long who held through the reverse if those loans aren't real.
And you are correct, everyone has their own tolerance for risk.
We all know that CDEL and NITE are the big dumpers here. That is a proven fact. Most know that there are probably 100's of 1000's of shares sitting on the ask between the 142 thousand at .05 and the 3k at .50. The bid side is much more transparent and indicative of what people want to pay for the stock today. The bids showing have no big gaps. They are .045, .042, .041 and then support finally at .03. So, it looks to me like most people who are willing to buy today are willing to buy at .03.
And I saw that someone posted that the company admits to being the ones who held up the share conversion, effectively not allowing the longs here to sell into the CDEL and NITE sellers for quite a long time. I wonder who their customers are. The whole "tanking the price to get a better conversion rate on the next tranche" does not hold water IF there are non-equity related loans. I guess we should be seeing an 8k real soon if the loans are real.
Still happy that I didn't hold through the reverse and still happy I didn't vote for it and still not a buyer here. It's looking less and less like a buy right now.
and here is the MedBox CEO - I actually thought this might be a good stock. Oh well, another one bites the dust!

I hope everyone holding long is compensated along with those of us who may or may not jump in later! Green screens all around!
I have been checking for those figures as well. I don't think it's uncommon for them not to have the numbers this early in the game though, do you? That hasn't been on my list of red flags here at all. If anyone else has experience or knowledge regarding the reporting and normal lag time, please speak up. I was thinking we might see something the first week of Dec.
Hey Kman, no pm but I don't want any shares at this point in time. There is more info I could post but you can find it as easily as I have. Meanwhile, most shares are still untradable and yet someone is selling every day, Did you see that big batch that NITE mistakenly showed today - they don't generally do that to their institutional sellers - I bet someone was scolded for that one.
Seems like WGASD will take the max amount of time to get your shares converted, bummer.
Hmmm,,,you would think that the annual audit would go a lot smoother and quicker if the quarterlies were audited too but, if that's standard procedure, there is probably some reason, it just seems like these wouldn't be so complex without revenue from operations. Anyway, a quick scan looks like same old, same old to me. I will do a closer look in the morning.
Why is this Q unaudited do you think?
Question - Is this our Tony Mason, and is this the same company that is stickied? Gosh, this sounds so familiar, doesn't it?
Isn't that the truth though!
Let's see some financials next week.
Maybe there will be an update about it soon then, maybe even next week! I hope so, all this posting and speculating gets old.
Enjoy the weekend and let's all hope something positive happens next week!
The history here indicates that they will. All we really have to look at is what's happened in the past until the company lets us know what/where/when/why so I am speculating like everyone else. Just not with cash yet.
In order to sell shares, there must be buyers. There aren't a lot of buyers right now. Once the D is removed maybe they can sell.
And, I agree, It would be nice for the company to let the shareholders know exactly what those shares were for and who they were issued to. Until then, the speculation will continue.
The financials will tell the tale I guess but maybe this next week will finally be the right next week.
Meanwhile, those new shares will still be hitting the market so I don't think the price will move up much until the selling is done.
That's why I'm watching this one, they actually own 10% of something that is functioning at some level.
Is 10% enough to leverage into developing additional revenue streams? Do they have clear, legal claim to the future projects that are discussed here? These are the gray areas.
Onward and upward then. The financials that should be out soon will give some factual info, hopefully it will be very positive.
Those speculations are really, well they are speculative. But positive for certain and I hope they become real numbers soon.
Meanwhile there are facts to present and known business relationships.
Just keeping it real and waiting for some reason to invest here.
Thanks for posting the new and increased OS, XZX. I just find it so interesting that the company would put out a lovely PR just in time for these debt payment shares to hit the market and when no one that was holding could sell into the biggest seller, great planning there. This company is so helpful to some shareholders, not so much for others in my opinion. And still those darn shares are not selling so well.
More red flags. Soon they will obliterate the view of the wealth and riches completely.
Oh, and I hope this is not OT BUT our deep-pocketed ASHER has just been sued, not by WGASD, of course. If you have pacer, it's a long but interesting read. It's kind of a primer on how things really work in the penny stock market. Just insert any ticker and consider the time you take to read it an investment in education; kind of a free Continuing Ed Credit.
Who knows, maybe Tony will read it too.
Hi Susie, I was so glad to read that you got your power back and didn't have much damage. I am not trading much and this is one of two boards I still look in on so I haven't renewed my paid subscription here. I almost did though just to let you know how concerned I was for everyone who lives out your way!
Anyway, hopefully this is all over with now and you will have a mild, non-eventful winter.
Be well and safe!
Free shares of WGASD - what could be better than that! If it is a success, nice payday. If it's not, nothing is lost except the reinvestment of the profit on a trade.
Nice trading Krissy - that's the way to trade a highly speculative stock! Good luck with those freebies!
I think everyone will be interested to see those filings and see exactly what's been sold there's no question about that.
I wouldn't call those three small taps on .10 today willingness to buy. I would term them attempts to sucker up the bid. Again, different perspective.
Different perspective. Some post facts that can be verified in filings for all to see and evaluate. Others post speculation and pie-in-the sky hopes. The facts are that this is a company that has no revenue and has existed by issuing shares to some of the most toxic funders in this market. Those shares are being dumped into the market at lower and lower prices while some here encourage others to hold long and buy more. Note that no one is telling anyone not to buy shares but there is room for all info to be presented in an open forum.
Again, I am not trying to steal anyone's cheapies. I will buy when and if this thing actually gets something done besides printing and selling shares.
That said, today was another excellent day not to own this stock. The bid is what players are willing to pay for this security. There are 10k sitting there at .085 (that's .0085 pre-split) and the next bid is 8k at .06 and then 100k at .04. It's interesting that while I was typing this that bid went from 20k at .08 to 10k at .085 - looks like whoever is propping up that bid is running short of funds!
Don't be misled. The big money players will not touch this stock until the company has more than 10% of a well that is not totally online yet. The other so-called assets being touted here seem to have issues that will need to be resolved quickly and there is no indication that they are being addressed.
Keep your eyes open and your wallet safe and good luck to everyone!
Watch CDEL take that bid and then their lot on the ask will drop to 14k shares. They are drooling over it as we type!
I am strictly an observer and commenter for now - no skin in this game and not looking to steal anyone's cheapies! Seriously I do hope this company does well but NOTHING is any more than a trade until it has revenue in my world.
If you are really up 66% over your average cost per share, then you have traded well and I am impressed with your skill! GLTY!
LOL - seems that CDEL has virtually an unlimited supply. Way to make a market CDEL! Looks like they are going to make sure that none of the other market makers get involved here or maybe they just didn't bother to keep the "required" supply of post split shares. Let's watch.
It's green for the moment but no one here could sell if they wanted to so it really doesn't matter at this point. I truly hope it holds up and remains green for you but I suspect that many here have an average of well over .01.
Where do you think CDEL got an inventory of shares that are post-split trading? Maybe from that weak bid support they have been providing but how would theirs be converted already?
Okay, no cheapies for me. Green screens to you and all who are holding long. Just make certain to keep your eyes wide open, those red flags are waving.
Interesting that Bulls wouldn't worry about the float of their holding here. Oh well, I will be keeping a running total of the volume over the next several days and then checking it against the numbers I get when I call the TA. It's a nice exercise here in penny land. Gives one valuable insight as to what is really happening with revenue, financing and other matters that are unimportant to some.
