LOL's......
Agree. The cost of there fuel cell is what is going to cause their demise. IMO Let alone how long the landlord is going to let them keep the lights on.
So what makes you think they have any contracts? Have you checked the Electric Car Company Stock (ELCRE) It hasn't been trading for days! What makes you think they have a contract with EKO the news about Neah making a fuel cell for them is well over a year old! Do you have inside information? Did you read there last 8K?
You are right again slojab, read the new 8K filing. They are going to be diluting shares again........
Selling on news. Of course! Neah offers nothing except Press Releases which amount to nothing. Neah can have all the "awards" in the world, but don't amount to a hill of beans. How about focusing on SALES and CONTRACTS?????
The last time I saw the Infinity EL series fuel cell advertised was on SolCools website at the time. It's no longer posted since the SolCool deal fell through. They advertised a 50 watt fuel cell for $5000.00 at that time. That comes to $100 per watt. Since then Neah said they have successfully tested the product with cheaper materials but left out how much cheaper this would make their fuel cell...FWIW
I decided to get out of the stock a week ago. I see no prospects for this small company. I thought the "letter of intent" with Neah would turn into something. After checking into Neah, I found out that company has made several Letters of intent that turned out to go bust, should have done more DD before buying into ELCR. I bought at .0002 and was able to get out at .0002. My market order took about a week before I closed out. So if you want to get out be patient. I don't see a future for either company.
I don't think NPWZ can turn things around. IMO the fuel cell is to expensive to produce and that is why they haven't recieved any contracts. Letters of Intent with ELCR means nothing as far as I am concerned, besides the fact it is not a major player in the electric car industry. ELCR seems to be a rather small company with not a whole lot of unit sales.
Thanks Gold Dust. I use to be a gold bug in my younger days. Not that I'm that old, but back in the old days in the 70's people told me I was foolish to buy gold at $220 an ounce back at the time. I later went to around $800 a few years later. This time around I think it is wiser to invest in Gold Stocks vs. actual possession of gold. I use to follow Howard Ruff who still is a gold bug. Although the penny stocks are risky, they also have the higher risk reward ratio than the metal itself. I just hope to pick a few of the right gold stocks and hope for the best. The gov has been printing to much money and it's only a matter of time before inflation rears it's ugly head. Hate to see what oil prices will be.
Thanks Gold Dust for your input. Hope they get the states permit and then should be as good as gold!
I am new here. What is the short and long term outlook in your opinion?
Thanks all for you positive outlook. I was a skeptic, long ago I was in PCFG and got out. Got back in at .0266 and glad I did! This is a very positive board!
Now with the R's back in Congress, wonder how this is going to effect the "Green industry" as a whole. They are probably going backwards to back big oil. Just have to wait and see......
Haven't heard anything if they made a deal other than a "letter of intent" with Neah Power Systems. Neah has never completed anything they say they would if you look at there history. Until that or other news breaks, I don't think anything will happen IMO

I can't hold much faith in Neah's "Letter of Intent" on anything. They had previous letter of intents I believe from Eko Scooter and Hobie Cat over a year ago, a PR to Deploy fuel cells with a defense contractor, unnamed. They have no sales to show for it.......
Where is the source of your information? What do you claim to be cost effective? How does your claim reflect in sales? To the best of my knowledge NPWZ has no sales, no contracts of any kind to anybody! The quarter is over and I would think they will still show no fuel cell sales. The company anounced early in the year that their fuel cell is "commercially available" IMO the stock is way overpriced.
Ed Cabrera resigns. 8-K filed
In July 2010, we received notice to exit the Amended Merger Agreement on basis that we failed to fund SolCool on a timely basis under the terms of the Amended Merger Agreement. We are not contesting this notice and have negotiated the termination of the Amended Merger Agreement. As full and final termination of the agreement, we will return to SolCool all membership units and SolCool will return all our common shares issued to SolCool members (Note 4).
10Q is out. NOT GOOD! Solcool deal terminated.
Late filing notice out. No income again.
8-K filed.....
Another Pump from the news section on otcmarkets.com. A company called "Itsallbull.net" is now covering NEAH. I think they spelled the company name wrong. It should be Its all bulls**t.net
About a month ago I send a e-mail to Hobie Cat regarding the use of fuel cells in their products. I did not specifically mention NEAH as a provider. Response as follows: Thank you for your inquiry. At this time we are involved with some companies that are working on some fuel cell solutions and when they are ready we hope to introduce them for use with our electri driven product. It is an evolving technology and difficult to predict what and when the final product is ready for the market. Thank you for your interest in Hobie Cat producs. Regards, Karen Steele sales Support. Hobie Cat Company, 4925 Oceanside Blvd; Oceanside, CA. I inquired about this to Hobie Cat, since Neah never gives updates on clients with any detail. I also sent a similar inquiry to EKO and have not received a response yet. Take it for what it's worth........
I agree with Slojab. I don't see the huge demand for off-grid solcool A/C. IMO it's a small market. Until this company show sales, I think it's best to stay on the sidelines. The company always has to much fluff and no results.
Neah Releases another useless letter to the Shareholders, just rehash of old news.
That's an old post from February 2010. According to the last 10Q looks like nothing ever materialized or even mentions the CY Volt deal.
Looks like Neah no longer has a Facebook page. Anybody been able to access it?
10-Q filed. Looks grim. Agree this company isn't going to be profitable anytime soon if at all. It will be a challenge, unpaid rent, lawsuits etc....... :(
Does anyone know when they are required to file a quarterly report?
Last year, I was on business in Seattle and prior to my arrival, I e-mailed Neah and did get a response and visited there office and lab. At the time Kenth Penderson who is no longer there was the respondent. We met with Tsali Cross who gave us a tour of the facility, but towed the company line when I tried getting more information out of him than what the company already published on line. Since then I may have sent another e-mail and have gotten no response.
Market is closed on Friday
Maybe Heffo will release another fluff PR to drive the price down to your target. GL
Personally, as long as it's trending down, IMO it would be wise to wait it out if you plan on buying. Don't worry about catching the bottom.
I received word that D'Couto is returning from his overseas trip next week. Hope he answers the questions asked on Neah's Facebook page.
Right on Crosscut. I am more concerned about Heffo pulling Neah around in to many directions. They have had an agreement with Hobie and Eko Vehicles for quite a while and so far no news about products for them. Now he is on this trip talking about how there going to produce revenue in a few quarters when they haven't produced any results for Hobie early 2009 or Eko from July of 2009. So I can only wonder how they can't service their current customer agreements from last year and expect all these new ventures to produce revenue in just a few quarters. Seems to be quite a stretch. No doubt caused by Heffo influence IMO.
The news from Heffo just makes the stock sink even more. Investors are probably better off shorting his "hot list"
People are tired of waiting for news.........
Really makes you wonder how that trip to Bangkok went. Probably bombed. Remember how D'Couto said he would announce their revised business plan? Wouldn't be suprised if Heffo is just leading Neah in the wrong direction. What a disaster........
From what I remember neither Michael Fabien or Leroy Ohlson work for Neah. Michael left the company before Leroy. Leroy hasn't been there for over a year from what I can recall.
