Management Information Release
RCC International Wastewater Systems Expanding
Atlanta Presence
On Friday August 28, 2009, 10:00 am EDT
ATLANTA, Ga.-- RCC International Wastewater Systems (IWS) will be participating in the Atlanta
International Environmental Trade Mission in Atlanta, October 5 through 9, 2009. This is a follow
up to the meetings in June, expanding its business potential in the area, and establishing a firm
business base in the region.
From the Atlanta Trade Mission website,
“The event will bring together Atlanta’s economic development stakeholders and international
market representatives to exchange information, facilitate collaboration and identify potential
environmental economic development opportunities in “green” business development.
Consulates, trade commissions and Bi-National Chambers of Commerce will have the opportunity
to network, strengthen relationships among targeted partner organizations, and help companies
do business in Atlanta and Georgia.
The 2nd Atlanta International Environmental Trade Mission will focus on clean water and
wastewater systems, innovative waste management and cutting edge technologies for green
buildings. These three primary issues present economic opportunities in the 21st century for
businesses that are solutions driven.”
IWS attended the first trade mission meeting in June and because of the opportunities available
through those meetings, established an office with Quebec’s Evolu-Tech in Atlanta. IWS will be
attending this conference to show its strong support for the Government of Quebec and its new
technologies, as well as creating more joint business opportunities in the very large
environmental market that Atlanta and the surrounding area presents.
Both IWS and Evolu-Tech will have representatives at the meetings, which will also include
participants from many other environmental and green companies, internationally.

The sister company stock symbol: AGEL, and the other one regarding the Jedi Mind Trick, which off hand I've forgotten the stock symbol... Yep. I've had RFMK stuck in my favorites and was surprised to see some activity and wondered what was going on. Noticed they no longer have the old Rapid Fire Marketing Website. Waited forever for the OTC Yellow Pages which was a joke, the stock tanked and went through a reverse split and then sat forever.
To me, this group will have to demonstrate that they are capable of creating and implementing a business plan. In the past all that they have been capable of is to maintain is a website, and then in the case of the OTC Yellow pages it often had broken links! No product or services to my knowledge were ever sold by the management team, so by their announcement that they want to open a franchise of may jane shops may just end up like the rest of their half baked ideas.
Moderator, I know you have been a long time mod for the stock, but why keep all the old stuff in the I-box as none of it is current?

Really, 30 billion shares is only 3 million USD
1,000,000,000 x $0.0001 = $100,000 and $100,000 x 30 = $3,000,000 USD
Without any other means of financing from a reputable Western Bank, this appears to be their line of credit.
Of course, I've lost track of the shares sold since the announced "buy back."
If Frankie ever gets any income, that buy back will most likely be accompanied by a MOARS: Mother Of All Reverse Splits
I have to wonder about the Biste report and what it said:
a) High quality, not easily accesible
b) Poor quality, easily accesible
c) High quality, easily accesible, low quantity
d) Consider another business
e) All of the above
Without looking at the report, I'm thinking the answer was: e) All of the above
If the report was good we would have seen it reflected in the stock price by now.
It always was a gamble, and only became larger with a series of political, and economic setbacks.
Time to listen to Hotel Cali, to put things into perspective.
Agreed. Zecco shows it closed at $0.0002, while stockcharts is showing it closed at $0.0001. Wonder why we can't see 2's get printed? Maybe the market maker software has a flaw preventing 2's from being sold and printed. Afterall, they make money by buying at $0.0001 and selling at $0.0002. Right nite?

Finally finished getting the paint off my hands. Looks to me like every time the ask gets smacked a few more $0.0001's get thrown out there. If the ask gets smacked and people were trying for the 2's why not let it print at 2. Hmmmm. Must be that market maker software. Fine with me, keep filling my 1's until there isn't anymore!
BTW: 1 day plus to get my test buy partial filled.
funmaxus
tried to change my order, but my pc had a virus and had to run norton to clean the little critter out. After I came back I signed back in and to my surprise, partial fills have been executed at $0.0001 at 9:58 and 11:59. i'm typing with the only two fingers that aren't covered in paint so not much else i can do right now. preceeding my partial fill was there any trades that went throgh at higher prices? back to painting....
funmaxus
ditch72,
Any idea how long it took for those test buys to go through?
I waited all day yesterday to get my test buy to go through at $0.0001. With fewer market makers now showing on the ask at $0.0002, maybe my test buy needs to be raised up to $0.0002. However, with the fuzzy math of rounding down, you raise an interesting point, which is to say if you really want shares at $0.0002, the ask may indeed need to be raised to $0.0003, which will then be sold at $0.00025 and post as $0.0002. Strange that the sophisticated and expensive market maker software is programmed to round down. Maybe the the budget cuts at the market makers have forced them to cut back on anything that looks like a donut. For now I'm going to cancel my test buy at $0.0001 and raise my ask to try a new test buy. I wonder how long I'll have to wait to get the test buy filled?

We max out the OS it's dumping, we sell more then the OS

I am sure that will be a sign of more dumping as well.
Add in a few artificial Countdowns and we can pretend we
have some artificial deadline as well.
The lack of sales at .0002, who else could not buy at .002 today?
And the printing of a .0002 order as .00015 and then rounding down tells me someone is afraid to let this trade at or close at .0002.
People may need to place buys at .0003 to get filled at .0002 0r .00025. You can sense some desperation when a five digit print job is done on a .0002 buy. lol
Thank you. Right now though I'm a bit irritated as I've had a test buy in all day at $0.0001 and it didn't get filled. Now, I'm seeing that there have been a few sold at $0.0001, but now I'm wondering if they really are all at $0.00015, err $0.0002. It would appear that others too have had test buys in for some time now and they haven't been filled either. I'm wondering what the average wait time is to get a test buy filled. I guess if I'm really in a hurry I could try a test buy at $0.00015 or higher, but now I'm wondering how long it takes to get a test buy to fill for $0.00015?

141 Capital Inc. Press Releases
August 24, 2009
To Our Shareholders:
There have been many common questions posed by 141 shareholders. I would like to answer the most asked.
Regarding the current status of Spooz: As previously announced, 141 licensed certain Spooz technology in consideration of 300,000,000 shares of its common stock. 141 relicensed that technology to Wind River Development Corporation for 35% of its common stock. even though SpoozToolz was almost completed, Spooz was unable to complete development of SpoozToolz as a result of the severe financial stress during the last four months of 2008. At this time Spooz is inactive.
The platform being used for TradeTablet is not excel as was the case with the SpoozToolz platform. When completed, the WRDC product, while looking similar to SpoozToolz, will be based on an entirely different technology.
Questions have been asked about any competition that may result from KaiTrade, a company owned by John Unwin, previously Spooz's lead developer. Based on my understanding looking at their website, both the product and business model are totally different than WRDC's. I do not deem them to be a competitor.
The Preferred C conversion, developed by Big Apple Consulting, was intended to be a relatively non-dilutive alternative to a reverse stock split that would increase the market price of 141's common stock. The preferred stock conversion was ineffective and has confused shareholders and brokers. Some certificates have not been delivered to 141 or lost in transit. Management is dealing with the problems as expediently as possible. As a number of certificates have been delayed in delivery or must be replaced, 141 is using the date those shareholders executed the "Series C Preferred Stock Conversion Request" as the conversion date.
The 1 for 175 reverse split was approved as a result of the ineffectiveness of the Series C preferred conversion. It was applied relative to the conversion formula for the Series C Preferred issuances. The "Rights, Preferences and Privileges" of the Series C Preferred Stock provides that the directors could take this action.
I understand that certain brokers will not take deposit of physical certificates of many over the counter companies including 141 Capital's common stock. I have been told that this is a result of various brokerage in-house compliance issues and affects many over the counter companies and results from, amoung other things, the unavailability of current company information and individual issuer's price per share. 141 no longer possesses "current issuer status" with Pink Sheets. This is because the board of directors determine that the $30,000 to $40,000 (filing fees, attorney and accounting fees and costs) would be best be used for business development. 141 intends to have financial statements and adequte disclosure publicly available on its website in the early part of the fourth quarter.
It is advertised on the Internet that Scottsdale Capital Advisors will take deposit of physical certificates of most over the counter companies.

I continue to stand by my assertion that the bid returned to the stock symbol, RCCH and upward price pressure now exists, which corresponded with the recent action taken by Congress to force the SEC to do their job.

Dear frog,
When you can provide documentation and/or link(s) to support your claim(s) or rather opinion(s), your argument(s) may actually have some weight. Until that day arrives however, your arguments are unsupported, and just an opinion which may be construed as misguided if not misleading. The basis of my discussion was prompted by what I deemed to be erroneous opinions provided regarding the recent trading of the stock symbol RCCH and I've supported my opinions with factual data.
To the point you are attempting to make with respect to your last misguided post, I will agree with you only to a point, in that at the present, RCCH presently falls into the exception rule by SEC's REG SHO, as found under the Q&A, http://www.sec.gov/spotlight/keyregshoissues.htm
and therefore it cannot be determined at the present time, whether the stock symbol RCCH has any outstanding Fails to Deliver, which would ordinarily place a stock on the SEC REG SHO Threshold List.
For a basic understanding of the overall problem, review the first few slides of the following document, and if you are really interested in learning more about the topic then you can review the entire slide show which will take only an hour of your time. Of course, the slideshow does cite a number sources and documents including a few from the SEC and DTCC, which adds credibility.
http://www.businessjive.com/
After reviewing the above link, may I then respectfully ask you, "What part do you not understand?"
funmaxus
Very interesting number.
A couple of other interesting factoids:
1. Since March 2008, a combined total of 1,012,141,009 Fails to Deliver occurred.
The High on March 3, 2008 was $0.017.
2. Since September 2007, a combined total of 1,021,196,826 Fails to Deliver occurred.
The High on September 6, 2007 was $0.020.
funmaxus
My personal opinion with regard to how the stock has been trading is that the SEC decided that they might actually do something about naked short selling and the resulting FTDS, of course only after being threatened by Congress. Specifically, since the beginning of July, the FTD volume suddenly dropped, and at the same time a bid came back to RCCH and the price per share suddenly went back to $0.0002 for the first time in how long?
Without anymore fake shares to sell, the market makers are now actually beginning to behave the way a talking amphibian described from Grimm’s Fairy Tales, in that they are actually selling their own stock at $0.0001. Of course it’s almost comical that they would sell their shares at $0.0001 (I’m not complaining) because they could just as easily be selling those same shares at $0.0002, or higher.

Bolivia Plants Coca, and Cocaine Follows
U.S. Says Drug Trade Is Booming as Morales's Plan to Encourage Legal Products From Leaves Backfires
AMERICAS NEWS AUGUST 18, 2009
By ANTONIO REGALADO
When Evo Morales, a former coca farmer, became president of Bolivia in 2006, he promised to restore the thumb-shaped green leaf to the place of respect it enjoyed in Inca times. Farmers could legally grow more of it, and his government would build factories to churn out coca shampoo and toothpaste. He would fight drugs under a policy of "zero cocaine, but not zero coca."
Now Bolivia's coca production is up, according to the United Nations -- but so is its cocaine trade. Cocaine production is potentially up as much as 65%, U.S. law-enforcement officials say, as Colombian and Mexican traffickers have set up shop in the country. Bolivia's neighbors complain they are being hammered by the cocaine flooding across its borders.
"Bolivia has become the point of least resistance to the drug trade," says Eduardo Gamarra, a political scientist at Florida International University.
Bolivia is no Colombia or Mexico, where drugs have led to open armed conflict and gruesome killings. But there are signs the drug trade is expanding rapidly. Bolivian police this year discovered one cocaine lab they estimate was capable of producing 220 pounds of cocaine a day, with a street value of more than $5 million.
"Everyone in the country is getting rich off drug production. ... It's starting to eat at the fabric of the country, and it's not going to be long before these trafficking organizations can hold the government hostage," says Nicholas Kolen, Caribbean and Latin America section chief of the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration's Office of Global Enforcement.
Mr. Morales, an Aymara Indian, came to prominence as the head of a militant coca-growers union that fought unpopular U.S.-financed coca-eradication programs. With roadblocks and protests, he helped to bring down two presidents. By 2006, he himself had been elected in a landslide.
Bolivia's new constitution, passed under Mr. Morales, hails the coca leaf as "cultural patrimony." For a recent photo op, Mr. Morales chewed it with Hollywood director Oliver Stone. In March, Mr. Morales flew to Vienna and lobbied the United Nations to remove the leaf from its 1961 convention against narcotics, which makes chewing it illegal.
Last year, his socialist government expelled the U.S. ambassador and the U.S. DEA from the country. Both deny Mr. Morales's charge they were plotting against him.
Bolivia's accommodation of coca contrasts with the attitude in Colombia, where coca is illegal and production fell 18% in 2008 from a year earlier amid crop spraying and a U.S.-supported clampdown known as "Plan Colombia." The U.S. and Colombia are negotiating an expansion in military cooperation.
Colombia still grows most of the world's coca leaf, so the increase in Bolivia's plantings could be a temporary side effect of eradication there. But Bo Mathiasen, the representative of the United Nations Organization on Drugs and Crime in Brasilia, says he thinks the cause is "the ambiguity" of Mr. Morales's policies toward coca.
Mr. Morales has sought to allow farmers to regulate their own production, instead of sending security forces on raids to destroy crops. "The Bolivians don't have a perfect system, but farmers aren't getting shot," says Kathryn Ledebur, director of the Andean Information Network, a Bolivia-based think tank that specializes in the drug issue.
According to U.N. figures, both legal and illegal coca-leaf production are growing. The latest figures put the harvest in 2008 at about 75,000 acres, far above the limit of 30,000 acres set out in a 1988 Bolivian law.
Mr. Morales's government says the law underestimates the amount of coca leaf needed for licit purposes such as chewing and tea, and has established a de facto ceiling of 49,000 acres.
Bolivia's coca trade is a growing sore point for other countries. British Ambassador to Bolivia Nigel Baker cited "a real threat" from growing drug traffic. President Barack Obama, in a June decision to leave trade sanctions against Bolivia in place, complained about the "explicit acceptance and encouragement of coca production at the highest levels of the Bolivian government."
U.S. efforts to wipe out drug crops in countries like Bolivia and Afghanistan haven't been home runs, and often angered locals.
Neighboring countries, however, report that more cocaine is being smuggled from Bolivia. "We have [a] substantial increase in the seizures of cocaine," says Cairo Costa Duarte, director of the intelligence arm of Brazil's federal police.
Felipe Cáceres, Bolivia's antidrug czar, says the drug fight is "more transparent and effective" under Mr. Morales than ever before. Police actions are up sharply since the DEA left, he says, which explains the seizure of more cocaine labs. Mr. Cáceres says about 40% of cocaine seized in the country is from Peru, and only smuggled through Bolivia.
Mr. Morales's administration acknowledged recently that more cocaine is being produced in the country. In July, the government threatened to eradicate as many as 22,000 acres of coca by year-end, saying growers hadn't abided by limits.
Following the government threats to eradicate fields, the Chapare coca federation, of which Mr. Morales is still president, said last month that it planned to donate 40,000 pounds of coca leaf -- valued at about $84,000 -- to his campaign for re-election in December.

Commentary: Looks like Frankie is in the wrong business..
"Bolivian police this year discovered one cocaine lab they estimate was capable of producing 220 pounds of cocaine a day, with a street value of more than $5 million."
Let's see, $5,000,000 x 365 days = $1,825,000,000, per year.
Minues expenses of say a couple of million per year...$1,825,000,000 - $2,000,000 = $1,823,000,000 pure profit.
Dang, I bet that is the end of any coochies hanging around an old dusty silver mine in the middle of nowhere. They
are all chompin on leaves and getting paid with real money, not shares!
Your post about DHS got me thinking..Thanks! I'd seen this document before, but missed all the names!

Allright, so maybe I'm a little cranky my Cowboys lost the pre-season game, but at least its not the regular season yet!
The importance of understanding unintended consequences can be illustrated by the lesson of the ancient parable of the farmer who lit a fire under his donkey, only to see the animal move out of the way of the fire and end up putting the cart right over it.
