The price action the last few days is very different than previous trading sessions. The MM's aren't tripping over themselves to lower the ask after it has been slapped hard. That is what tells me they are not at all eager to sell shares in this ridiculously low range. We all shall see soon I guess.

The company will be able to step in to support the increase in PPS once 10:00 rolls around. If it is them buying back, it usually starts a little later than that. I will be watching close.

I've been watching since friday on pinksheets.com but never noticed WNBD ran a test on the 28th with the uploading program they requested. IMHO, we see that filing by Sunday midnight, if not, before open on Monday.(my bet is pre-market monday). Eric is doing all he can to make this happen on time. He has been a busy beaver the last couple of weeks and he knows that it's important to meet that target date and I think he will. On another note, this DRTV thing is going to be HUGE! Companies go this route to see if there is enough interest in the product to have it stocked on shelves as a regular product. They can tell from the initial promo wether it is feasible or not. For WNBD, it is a different circumstance. For one, they know it is a great product that really works and is already on retailers shelves.(and on alot of shelves I might add) This is all about U.S. exposure. If anyone saw the "as seen on t.v." program last week, they know just how big this industry is. This IMHO, will be the stepping stone to becoming a household name in the U.S. over the next couple of years. Many of us who have been here a long time know the potential with WNBD and I believe we are on the cusp of a wonderful ride. Do your own DD and you will see just how close we are getting!

A lot of good news coming down the pipe but disagree that the financials are meaningless. As I previously posted and IMO, Eric delayed the financials to include the last quarter of 2009 for a reason. That is because, IMO, we have reached a tipping point that will send the PPS to a new level of support. IMO, we are entering the growth stage and an awesome entry point for those on the sidelines. He wants to make sure the world knows about it. And if you look around when passing thru Barrie, you just may see him screaming that from the mountain tops.

I agree Ant, this is not the monster release we are looking for but will mean enough to investors to build a strong base from here. This stock has a lot of potential and many have had this stock on their watchlists for a long time, just waiting. This release that Eric will provide us with, will do us a lot of good, short term and long term. When the filings are complete and Pinksheets.com remove the nasty STOP sign, that in itself will help the PPS. And if people only took the time to think about why Eric delayed the filing to include the last quarter of 2009, they would realize it was in that quarter that we reached a "Tipping Point". He wanted to prove to us longs and show the world, our time is here. Too much coming down the pipe in the next couple of months to be watching from the sidelines.

I put my money on pre-market open on Monday. We may see it over the weekend, but I believe we will get more bang for the buck pre-market. Eric is a man of his word, and if at all possible he will get it out before market closes today. He did state earlier he will do his best, but being so in-depth and planning on filing 3 years at once, I believe Monday to be more logical. Either way.......We are looking good here. It is funny how I tried to sell a block of shares @.018 thru NITE and watched them walk it up in 5000 share blocks to .0183 trying to get the bid to move up from .0175 to .018 so they could dump my shares. I see the walking game and understand they have the ability to walk it up or down to fill a large order. I have since pulled the order and the 5000 block orders have stopped. I think I'm on to you NITE!

You're absolutely right Rocket! When Eric dropped their name as a new distributor, that news fizzled rather quickly because not many have heard the name. We are seeing the results now in short order and the potential growth with these guys is massive. To think everyone seems to be waiting to hear a Lowes or Home Depot before they jump onboard.....What a mistake. We already have better than what some percieve to be a national account. Onward and upwards from here fellow longs.

Actually JT, if you had been around a long time like some of us, it was stated by Dean that the first 4 aquisitions needed to be closed at the same time. Now, knowing he announced the first two were done, my gut tells me the 3rd and 4th will be done in short order and then the names of all 4 will be announced. Or when he has the next two signed and sealed, he may just drop the name of the first two and let the momo build into the announcement of 3 and 4. Just a thought, but thats how I can see this going down.
