You are correct Difiore4, many good things yet to come here. IMHO, the increase of O/S shares are for a good purpose. Rick stated in his P.R. dated June 30th how they were to be used, " Encounter Technologies has issued and will issue its common stock to be reserved on hand for deals with celebrities, labels and strategic partners". So as to reply to one poster who stated,"Why would they sell shares now at such a low price when they could get a lot more for them down the road", my answer to that is the signing of a spokesperson will be what really gets the stock moving north in price, hence the need to have shares available now for contractual purposes. Anyone here for the long haul is not pleased at all with where the PPS is at the moment. But if truly a long, once the site is fully functional and the spokesperson is named and commercials go full tilt, this PPS will be a distant memory. We need patience now more then ever but i believe the MOMO will come back to this stock in short order and the demand for our stock will be crazy. I for one am holding strong as I see the value here and although I am down at the moment, we have all seen how this can move easily to the green side very quickly.

IMHO, a very good thing to hold from here. It looks like J.D. bailed as he stated he would and his 10 million shares were absorbed quite easily without affecting the PPS. This tells me we have very strong support in the 24-25 range and that he probably helped enable some short sellers to cover. I think we have a strong afternoon going into the long weekend and a solid finish around 27-29.

Anyone can see this site is improving every day. Big announcements are forthcoming and the PPS will rise in anticipation. Too many good things coming to this stock to have sold off at such ridiculously low prices these last few days. After the technicals showing a triple bottom, the stock should show a great entry point and with all the eyes on this the last few weeks, should translate into buying pressure.

Does anyone here have a clue of how many shares the MMs shorted during the last run up to a cent? How much volume did we have at that time for over a week? 150 million to 240 million per day if I remember correctly. That's a lot of shares that the MMs need to cover and I believe that is what is happening the last couple of weeks. They are making sure they cover before the spokesperson is announced because they know this will have heavy buying pressure when that happens. This is a big game and we are just a pawn in the grand scheeme of things. Our day will come very soon. Don't let the day to day games get to you.

You're right, they are either bid buying or our friends the MMs are trading shares back and forth to walk the price down. I continue to see multiple mirror trades at the bid. My guess is they are holding it back today, but don't get sucked in to their game. They want flippers to sell, as they know most flippers don't hold over the weekend, just to gap up on Monday morning. That is how I am seeing todays action and all in my honest opinion.

I don't know for sure, but what I believe is happening is that the MMs do MIRROR trades to bring the price up or down to fill a larger order. For instance, if they have a buy order for 2 million shares @ .0042 they may show mirror trades and walk it down to .0040, wait for enough shares to be put up for sale, hold back showing any trades, then BAAAAAM, fill the buy order for 2 million and walk it back up or down to fill the next big order. They do what they have to do to make money when the volume is so low. This is not as prevelant when there is good volume. Just my thought and all IMHO.

From what I can see on L2, we are ready for a bounce here. If the MMs past history here tells me anything, it is that they are holding back trades. It happened already to me this morning. What they like to do is hold on from posting any trades and then post a ton in a very short time, take out the ask and raise the bid. I can see them raising the bar here to at least .005 by E.O.D.

MMs are playing games here again. I've had a buy order in at the ask for over 15 minutes and have seen 2 million traded at less than my order price. Something is fishy with these guys today.

I agree that .02 may be a bit conservative with all the news about to be dropped on us in the next week or two. But to clarify, the Yellow Pages project won't be until later this fall....not on July 15th as you stated. But that being said, there is still a lot of PRs coming down the pipe to continue the MOMO and uptrend here.
