I will take the side of owning SOLI shares and not watching from the sidelines when the filings are made and the CE gets removed! It will be to late to get in at these prices.

It is funny, the sellers may of been holding SOLI for a long time but because of the CE and the restrictions it MAY have in the future to buy the stock they figure to cut their loses and run like hell. Problem is, if you believe the filings will hit, they can't get back in until the CE is removed which could take weeks. Those who have the shares can sit back an relax!
