Up to 9.26%....a little here....a little there....keep it coming.....

Is silence golden? I keep having this strange sense of calm that Wave is right in the hub of this great big wheel that will soon start to roll forward at a faster and faster pace....lots of spokes in the TC wheel. JMO
SheldonLevine.....thank you for the DD you bring to this board. You surely know your stuff!
Snacks.....thanks....I agree.
One thing is for sure.....it has been a long time since we had some news. This has been one long stretch. What a draught. Anyway....what a absolute huge market opportunity developing for trusted computing. Dow at almost 14,000. Wow!. Nasdaq at a paltry 2700 or so. What divergence I would say. Anyway, after all this time and absolute frustration, patience and perseverance......I sure hope all this pain and agony will have been worth it. This experience would try the patience of Job.
just a tiny update to 8.89%.....can't wait till it is over 50%

TPT got him a few shares today. Will be nibbling again tomorrow.
hey weets? Thoughts?
slider...I can remember when we all thought 2003 was the year....hard to believe that here we are 4 years later. But that is the hard road of the past. I just think that the place we are now is differential. I feel like the stampede is now beginning and Wave's performance from this point as a company and for the shareholders has to be differential also. This company is either going to run with the bulls or not. I can't see how we can continue at this juncture like we have in the past. The market is developing at a very rapid pace. A new tech sea change is taking root. We are seeing info in the press everywhere about trusted computing and TPMs....hardware/software security....all the venacular we have been discussing on this board for years is now rolling out into the general public for all types of sources. Our time is upon us.
c m.....so I think that though we have seen many a year come and go when we all thought lift off was imminent, I would believe that this Fall is unlike past times. I am anticipating and expecting this Fall to be the paridigm shift for Wave. We have the business relationships...we are central to the TCG....we have the product ready.....we have reverse split and refunded the company.....revenue trickles have begun.....surely the floodgates will open soon and the vision will unfold into reality. The staging time is past and count down has begun IMO.
awk.....how do you see Wave's services and/or technology evolving into the key management space? Is this where you feel Wave will be involved, if at all, in the cell phone/PDA/Mobile divice market?
Thanks in advance.
Dory....I have always believed the same in that once we start to really go up we will get to the first mile marker quickly(i.e. $1B). What we are beginning to see is how fast this market is taking shape. Wave has the product ready and has themselves in sync with major partners. Even though Wave's timing was way early....it is perfect timing now. They had to endure while through the definition of a new tech sea change. So have we, but the time is now. I am continuing to accumulate and I believe we don't have much more time to endure for what we have waiting so long for. Time will tell. I am more positive on Wave than ever. I have come this far....I am going to see this one through. I believe we will see a split or two....JMO. I plan to be a part of it. Best of luck to you.
awk....you may have explained this before, but exactly what is the benefit to Wave of TrustZone?
cm....I really enjoy your writing style.
ZZT....I'm with ya. I still think of Wave at this time from a binary and probability point of reference. Following the post bubble era to now I would believe that if we go from $2 to $4....then that is significant. I remember someone else saying a couple of years ago that if Wave goes to $10 then that must suggest that the binary principle is unfolding and it will probably go much higher.....when you view it from a pure fundamental perspective. That is the bet here I suppose. IMO, it is going to take the earnings flow coming through the global pull via Dell/Intel/Gateway/Seagate...and others to come. We need it coming from all fronts. We have all waiting this long through so many false starts and disappointments. We have seen many come and go....some to never return. Most of us were all early....way early. But we are here for a time that is now at hand. And like Snacks has said....many of the original turtles will not see the sea. It all boils down to guts many times I suppose. I am holding all the way.....if a buyout comes in a couple years so be it....if not and Wave ramps to triple digits or not....it is all good. The journey alone has been like no other. But I feel strongly we will all make it to Vegas and reflect on how we didn't give up and thank the Lord we didn't. Only time will tell. Good luck. May we all soar on wings of eagles...
My thoughts have always been that Wave will run up quickly once the revenue ramp materializes....then I think it will split at least once. I assume they will split this stock as soon as possible. Then I can see it getting more entrenched with a verifiable and exponentially growing revenue stream....then someone I feel will no doubt make a run at it. But I think they will wait for more development of the TC network and rollout. My opinion is that this will happen with 24 months. But they first have to get it around $20 - $25 which I think can happen in 2008 if things kick in like we expect. JMO only.
weets.....seems as though the whole TC era is now here. Hopefully, our own Wave Systems goes along for the big ride up. I am optimistic that our long wait is almost over. I am ready to go to Vegas.
They should insert a sentence before the IBM line to say something about how the whole idea about hardware security and the Trusted Computing movement being originally envisioned and put in motion by Wave Systems. Oh well....as long as we go to the moon I guess I don't really care.
Like the song.....Get on board everybody...come on....join in.......on the love train, love train.....
slider....you get you some this morning/. I got me couple at $1.83 right at the opening. Good luck.
hi awk.....sent a few coins into my account this afternoon. Guess I will gobble up a few in the a.m.
waveduke....thank you. I really like your chart. Please keep this updated periodically. I plan to continue accumulating through the remainder of the year. I noticed on nasdaq.com that we had a seller this past week and have backup up from 10%+ to 8%+ in institutional ownership.
waveduke....please post your projections. I am very interested. Thanks in advance.
I can't wait to buy more next week. IMO, this is a golden opportunity to add to the core. This may be the last round....I am positive on Wave prospects. I like the money they raised. I think they know exactly what they are doing and I will sing all the way to the bank when Wave gets back to $50. Hopefully in 18 to 24 months.

Pickle....I say bring the price on down baby....cause I will get my shares....guaranteed.
nasdaq.com update..... though it is a small change....I noticed that a few weeks ago this site reported the institutional ownership of wave at 13.58%.....then we had the recent sell.....subsequently the number went to 10.11%.....then it went to 10.14%.....tonight it is at 10.19%.....so..maybe just maybe we march slowly up the ladder with institutional ownership. Very interesting how we have all waited and hoped for what we are seeing today unfold right before our eyes.
hey oknpv......I am showing 10.10% on Nasdaq.com. It was formerly 12.58%. So....not really a great deal of power in the institution ownership at the present time......i am hopefull with time this will change.....what patience we have all shown....beyond the normal measure......seems like it was just 2003.....wow....how much longer I ask myself?? Surely we are really close this time......What a journey it has been.....can we just get to $50 again????? Maybe 2007 is the true beginning......I want it so badly. Like everyone of course.
Blue Fin.....how do you calculate that?
c m .....your writing style is very good. I love to read your posts and I thank you for them. Maybe we will all meet in Vegas in the not too distant future. What a journey this has been. Best of luck to you.
rachelelise.....I am not sure I follow your comment. I am an investor. My thinking has not allowed the company to do anything. None of us can predict the future or exactly what is going to happen with Wave. You I am sure are aware of this. But, I will not speculate negatively about what could happen. That is just not the way I approach life in general. I vote my own way and it is not related to greed either. Again, I am just a single investor who thinks Wave will do just fine and I plan to do very nicely on this investment. Only time will tell what happens but what will be will be.
waverider.....not much else to do. One thing I have been thinking about a lot lately is the divergence between the NYSE avg and the Nasdaq. it is now 13,200 to 2,5xx.....that is quite a large gap. I hope Wave will ride the crest of the next nasdaq boom back to 5,000. It can happen. I believe.
weets....we are all hanging tough....it's getting much closer now....what a ride this has been....I want to see that $50 number again.
Ambler...with all due respect...could you please draw this to a close. Everyone is free to vote how they want to. The result will be whatever it will be. We all need to try to stay on track with the DD that has made this board so great. I know I don't bring a lot to the board like some, but I enjoy the benefit of others who are truly good at evaluating and analyzing Wave's progress and opportunities for the future. Thank you.
Ispro....thank you for the last two posts. I am optimistic about Seagate and hopefully Hitachi. These are large market opportunities for Wave to get into the footprint. Hopefully we will get some PR's soon that will give us a fresh new look at the potential for Wave over the next 1 to 3 years. Hopefully we can all keep the wonderful DD going that has made this investment family so great to be a part of. It is high time for this investment to bear fruit.
tkc....I agree....IMO the current level of O/S shares and the available float stacks the odds toward a ramp back to $50....of course assuming the revenues ramp and all else goes well...time will tell....but I'm going to hold all the way.
I hope everyone can think about this......
Wavoids hold an estimated 10MM shares out of a total of 42MM O/S
Institutions per nasdaq.com hold about 13%...approx 5.5MM shares
Now imagine that revenues start to ramp up as some have projected........institutions accumulate to 30 - 50% by the end of 2007.....
and everyone holds tight realizing the longer term potential for revenue growth....forward splits.....etc...
This is a classic in the making IMO.
Snack...thanks. Added my vote.
Snack....where is it?
hnstabe....very good post. I am expecting Wave to be successful. Options are important at retaining and attracting employees. Management has hung in there through all of this slog and has not given up....fighting tooth and nail everyday. The long investors have hung in there also...and have been very important for Wave. I, like many, could have sold a bunch of shares during late 1999 and early 2000 and make a very handsome profit....woulda, shoulda, coulda...I can't concern myself with that anymore....that was my decision.
I have decided too accumulate as much as I can at current prices. I feel that the current outstanding share level will be an excellent base to launch from as the revenue cycle cranks up....considering the base we all hold and the fact that institutions will likely take out much more of the available float if all goes according to plan...in the end game if Wave does what we hope....we will be rewarded. I will vote "YES". I think the road to the first split is easy money IMO. But, many things must go right and the revenue ramp has to happen and I am confident in my investment. I have put alot of Blood, Sweat and Tears into this investment...No way I am giving in now. I am ready for the fun to start and as Mel Fischer used to say everyday....today is the day! Best of luck to all! Life is good.
