No kidding; 500k in 11 min., what the heck is going on??
Well, that is good opening volume....
WEGI is finally waking up on potential Hurricane news so that is validation for this board for DPDW
Somebody is believing something, .20x.22
I just went and looked at the NOAA loop that landshark has provided. At the moment it seems to be hitting a sheer wall; but if it can make it past Puerto Rico, it moves into an area that shows counterclockwise wind rotation. If it survives into that zone I think it should re-generate quite nicely.
I just read the report from weather.com on 99L and they are saying that it is moving into an area where conditions are not favorable for tropical development.
Landshark, what is your opinion on this? From my perspective, the system significantly devloped over the last 12 hours, so I think they are smoking crack.
All I want to know is why the price is where it is after the R/S? I know it should be higher, but why would anyone in their right minds buy this? I expect G to start printing against this and drive it down to .0001 here shortly. At these prices, he can roll it pretty good.
count yourself as one of the lucky ones
Oh mercy!!! Looks like ole 99L has some character to it
oh yea!! to that counterclockwise movement!!
It may go north of that track and head to south florida
You have very positive winds behind this going into the earnings announcement.
Also, I think that 99L is going to be the water vapor trail blazer that will help the waves from Africa make it across with greater ease. And there are alot of them on the way...
99L definitely reformed, and I think this one is going to develop into something big.
Good news is that the water vapor from africa to the lesser antilles has increased nicely. I think that this will allow future waves that develop to make it accross without getting sheared apart.
I can't tell if 99L is still alive though
And as a result, someone hit the bid with 10k
Looks like ole 99L hit the wall
Looks like 99L strengthened at the 2:15 a.m. shot. Westerly movement seems to have slowed a bit though.
Looks like 99L was getting sheared apart at the 8:15 radar shot. Does still show counterclockwise rotation though; the morning will be the key
Problem is that it is still so damn dry ahead of 99l. It seems that as each approaches the Lesser Antilles, they get sheared up. Need more water vapor in the area; hope it holds together. 2:15 report will tell
Was that 99L that I just referenced? Couldn't pull the link you supplied Chevy.
Anything interesting there with that formation at 50 degrees latitude?
what is the L2 bid ask, and how low do you think we will go??
At this point just hoping to get out with the shirt on my back
So, here we are at new lows. What happened to the .20 prediction by the end of this week??
can't catch him if they can't find him. Probably went back to Greece
So is that blow up that is north of P.R. and Dominican Republic turning into something??
There is also counterclockwise rotation just south on the southwest side of Cuba. If some energy and convection can form then we might have something
Can you believe that this piece of crap is now worth .20??
what a scam
At 10:30 it looks like this one is getting sheared apart as well. I don't think we are quite there yet, but we are getting pretty close.
Seems like the tropical waves keep making further progress into the carribean before they are sheared up. Eventually they are going to break through
Cargo - My bad, you are right. I wasn't thinking about the July 9th P/R when I wrote my message.
cargo - PDGE is being awarded contracts; no news from WEGI on that front other than 4+ months ago. I am long this stock and down from my position. I agree with Woswill, the technical damage is done. I don't see this hitting the levels of PDGE or the levels of katrina.
Let's be honest with ourselves here.
Landshark - How is the dry air situation in the gulf? It seems that the tropical waves are still getting chewed up by the time they hit the leward islands. I am sure as more of them continue to move in the moisture levels in the atmosphere will improve. Doesn't seem to be as much shear in the gulf.
Now that is funny
Landshark - Do you see the counterclockwise rotation over Cuba?
What is with this volume??
needs to print a few more shares to buy some more corn dogs
Volume spikes usually precede news. Something must be coming soon.
