What I meant by that is if 2 months was enough time for things to deveolop, for people or events to take place that will drive the stock down to that level in 2 months. Or will it take more months i.e. November, January.
You think those puts are far enough out? August is not giving it much time.
No doubt about it, hence why I entered it last June. Another one to check out and research is JPCI, big potential for that one as well fyi.
I already sent that exact email lol. Here's the response I received this morning sorry for not sharing with the board earlier....
Thank you for the heads up on the link. I did notice this a few days ago and we have been working on getting this resolved.
Toronto listing should be finished up soon with some luck. The paperwork has been submitted weeks ago and there have been no further requests by the TSX thus far. AMEX will be a little while longer as the stock must be at 2$ to list on AMEX but we may be there soon as we are progressing with things very nicely.
Look forward to speaking with you again soon.
News Out.....

Your right. It is not working on the website either. I notified IR about this. But when it does open you will see that they mention AMEX in addition to the TSX listing as shown here...
http://www.pyramidpetroleum.com/about/strategy.html
Also did you see this? They are moving to Tornoto Exchange and AMEX.

Yes it is, note that Pyramid's net increase being 450 boepd - if their price now of boepd is $80 that would be over $1 million additional per month.

PYR.V / PYDPF.PK basing now at this new higher level. Toronto Exchange listing shortly as well as AMEX, which should bring some very well deserved attention to this company.
This is Pyramids most productive precessing platform about 100 miles off shore in Gulf of Mexico. It can handle up to 55,000 barrels of oil and they use 2,400 only now and can do 125 million Cu Feet of gas and they only use 3 million, so they are now offering for others within a 30 mile radius to use it and either pay them per unit or give them a piece of the total deal.

Well I dont see it like that. The automakers are changing their business plan and will now just be focusing more on green cars, hybrids, more efficiency. So the manufacturing of these new hybrids, more efficient vehicles will just take the place of the SUV production etc. There will always be a need for what Detroit Auto Salon is providing to all manufacturers and car enthusiants!
Nice audio comment here on Pyramids latest earnings....

Just was looking through the management team, truly amazing the experience these guys have and the companies they have worked for in the past. For them to come on board speaks volumes. Definately a very bright future ahead for Pyramid imo.

Now this is progress plain and simple, great revs year over year; And a great management team also. No wonder why the stock is going crazy as of late. Highly undervalued.
http://www.pyramidpetroleum.com/about/management.html
What a great report. No doubt in my mind this will be trading at $5-$10 range. I have owned this for about 1 year now and will continue to hold as the compnay continues to grow and make great strides.
Nice news on PYR.V / PYDPF.PK

It depends on why the R/S is being done and for what reasons. Many scams do this to pad their pockets. This is being done for a merger and its with a company who has some nice established revenues already with even higher multiples projected for the future. Most R/S scams do a 300:1 or 50:1 or 80:1 R/S This is only a 2:1 so that tells you something right there. Not to mention they didn't sell this shell outright for 500k - 700k as they believe they will make more by being investors in the newly formed company. So i believe they think they will make more when this is trading at $5-$10 per share. g/l to you too, but not much luck needed on my end. If you use True DD, then no luck needed as in my case. Simple if you dont like it move on. I like what I uncovered in the DD and hence my convictions, you dont like it move on, simple.
Bro, barely no one knows of this stock yet. Once the merger is consumated and the business moves forward then the new business will start rolling out and make itself known to the masses. Are you fairly new to this arena? Just seems like alot of newbie questions as if you look at the new companies that are merging into this shell one would realize what a great opportunity this is and what a bright future this newly formed company has.
LOL here come the bashers all of a sudden. The News must be near folks. Or they see the HUGE deal going on here and are bashing to try and get some cheap shares. Hey not our fault they are late to the party already. Actually it's not too late as anything under $1 is a steal imo. Great revenues currently and even higher ones projected going forward.
Yes that is correct. JPC is so confident in this deal that they did not sell the shell but instead are taking ownership in the post merger company. This speaks volumes.
One item of interest in today's 8K was that Componus, Inc. only paid "up to $25,000 for reimbursement of its legal fees incurred as a result of the transactions contemplated." This payment is for 89,000,000 total shares or 87.25% of the total issued and outstanding common stock of the Company. Currently, OTCBB shells are selling for $500,000 - $700,000. Do the current shareholders think they will get a better return from the sale of their stock than selling the shell outright to Componus?
Here is the current ownership of JPCI before the reverse merger announcement:
Name (1) Number of shares (2) Percent Held
-------- -------------------- ------------
John C. Canouse (3) 16,395,156 66.1%
Joseph C. Canouse (4) 2,274,106 9.2%
J.P. Carey Asset Mang 2,257,900 9.1%
Jimmie N. Carter 80,000 (5)
Cache Capital (USA) L.P. 36,292 (5)
Janet L. Thompson 5,118 (5)
Directors and officers 16,480,274 66.4%

This going to happen with Pyramid? Look at CQM-H.V It has gone from .30 to 9.20 since its Friday listing on the Vancouver Xchange.
http://finance.yahoo.com/q?s=cqm-h.v
Pyramid is going to be listing on the TSX and AMEX soon as well and have a very bright future, hence I would not be suprised to see such a move as was seen in Quantum Energy.
http://www.pyramidpetroleum.com/documents/profile/Pyramid%20In%20Brief.pdf
I am having no problems. Both seem to be working perfectly.
PYR.V / PYDPF.PK setting new 52 week highs. I have been mentioning this one for quite some time now, hopefully some of you have taken a look.
Yeah, I have owned this for almost 1 year now and will not sell until $4-$5 is reached. This is clearly a sleeper oil stock that is on the right track with a clear vision. I like the experience the management team has as a whole and think this will be crucial going forward.
The revenues Pyramid will be witnessing soon will be phenomenal. They are aiming at 3,000 barrels equivalent per day by end of 2008 - which is $9 million per month at $100 oil price.
Also don't forget they are in the progress of applying for listing on the Toronto exchange, which will bring them much more deserved attention.
New 52 week high just hit at $0.72; This is a $4-$5 stock by end of this year early next year.
PYR.V aka PYDPF.PK on tap to set new 52 week highs soon.
PYR.V definately one to keep an eye on here. Can trade it at PYDPF.PK too as it tracks it.

Which options are you looking at?
Yeah that's what amazing, you have someone selling at ETRD for $11.35 while this fool is selling/shorting way down here lol.
Now he's at $11.35 A glimpse into the future?
PYR.V had some nice buys earlier. I remember one of Ilyas Chaudhary's prior companies was quiet like this for some time and then exploded to over $4
