No more buying for me here. My latest
theory is JS and MF are not concerned with
PPS as they are more interested in a
future buyout. This was discussed here months ago.

Not sure of a buyout price, but after debt
is paid down, SFNL could be an attractive candidate.
By the end of this year we should have a better
idea of balance sheet and its direction.

Still feel very good about company prospects, but
this is for long term money, not someone
with AADD, a/k/a penny investor.

IF THE TRUST SELLS??

I care if the trust sells, with the
anemic volume it will take at least
4 months for them to sell all shares.
Probably more like the rest of this year and
the PPS will suffer. And with a lower PPS, everytime
stock is paid instead of cash the O/S will
be climbing.

I am frustrated and tired of waiting on a
blockbuster PR that may never arrive.

Here's a simple
solution to all the controversy
over full-body scanners:

Have a booth that you can step into that will not

I know this will not be as popular as
cheerleading, but JS may want to
consider a RS. That way mutual funds
and larger investors could buy into a
growing company and self promotion
would not be as critical.

Just as everybody is not cut out to be a
penny investor, some mgt does not do well
in Pennyland. The average penny CEO lies
and dilutes till the cows come home. This has
not been the case with SFNL.

Mgt has not diluted too bad or overstated
expectations the way most "pennies" do and
I'm sure institutions would look favorably on them.

Just a thought before the long weekend.

You're right, RS's for the right reason are not
the norm. One I was personally invested in
a while back was Internap. Growing business
and the RS was a beneficial move.

Instead of a RS with Identa, I'm looking for
profitability and audited fins one day to
move us to the next level.

The new Schedule 13G shows the trust as owning 3,240.000 shares.

The Dec 3, 09 PR says shares were sold:
On September 19, 2009, the Ann Jaffe Irrevocable Trust filed a Form 13G with the Securities and Exchange Commission showing a position in the Company’s stock of 5,377,350 shares or 10.4% of the issued and outstanding shares. That position has been sold in its entirety.

No I agree there will not be audited fins
in the near future, maybe later on.

btw, I didn't realize you traded stocks,
was under the impression you just educated
investors.

If and when fins are produced, that will be
the defining event.
Until then all we know about is revenues.

Gelmon had said they are trying to get fins out
by Feb 1, 2010, but not many Pinkies do anything
in a timely fashion. March may be a better estimate.

One of the reasons no sales figures are
released is they will not justify a
25 or 30M market cap. IMHO
