It is going to fluctuate up and down until hard news/PR of DA is released good or bad. That is why personally I am not getting too excited or discouraged by green and red days.
My apologies for not responding to your PM last week. I am not a subscriber here so it won't let me reply to PM's. They only allot me 15 public replies a day lol
I am hoping for another day under 0.05. I will most likely be making my final purchase of shares for this stock tomorrow. If it stays below 0.05 on the 16th I may buy more but, I don't expect it to be that low come the 16th. I won't buy if it goes over 0.05 due to volatility.
Hahhahaha. Blues will be alright. We got 1 cup and as a life long fan I can live with that. Just hope it's not 50+ years before the next one. At any rate I made a few stacks betting on them in 2019 to win it all. So I am hoping that luck carries over with my bet on PASO to achieve greatness. Good luck to you Trip
I agree. I don't hold enough shares to really benefit either but I like seeing PASO keeping their word. Definitely a good sign.
They always will. Shakey hands will shake, flippers will flip and short term dips will always scare inadequate investors/traders. When it's in the red you get the "it's a fraud" crowd. When it's in the Green you get the "it's to the moon". crowd". It's like watching your favorite sports team. When they are winning everyone thinks their team is on their way to national championship. When they start losing they want to trade players and fire management. As a St.Louis Blues fan I know this all too well lol.
Not necessarily. There are shorts and flippers out there with millions of dollars looking to make a quick buck. A savvy trader with a million dollars could easily buy knowing hype alone will drive price up and sell after he/she doubled or more of their money. $1 million turns into $3 million quick if you bought at 0.02 on a Friday and the PPS jumps to 0.06 the next Tuesday. We are all expecting good news and I'm truly hoping for the best for all those invested. I'm just saying, don't think there aren't other people out there looking to make a quick profit off a particular stocks volatility and your expectations and hope's of something good. It's a fact of the market and nature of the beast and happens daily in market.
I don't expect a reverse split. If anything I would expect a forward split sometime down the line. I'd at least expect a forward split before a reverse split. In any case it is safe to assume the conversion ratio will remain the same unless it is announced otherwise. I can't imagine share holders voting for a conversion of common to preferred for the ratio to be up in the air. The conversion ratio will most likely stay 250:1. Decreasing or increasing the ratio will either cause PASO to lose money or investors to lose money. So having a conversion that can change at the drop of a dime is not smart and is not something I believe majority shareholders or companies would agree to.
What is possible and more believable is once CLX or whoever takes over comes out after a signed DA and says something like,"once RM is completed or once ticker symbol is changed x amount of PASO common shares will be exchanged for x amount of CLX common shares". The preferred share ratio would still stay the same. Meaning your 1 preferred is still worth 250 common. In the event of exchange of x amount of PASO common shares for x amount of CLX shares, one would just convert to get the CLX exchange shares but the ratio would still be the same. You don't make an announcement about benfiting long term loyal investors with a tendered offer that is going to screw them over in the long run. Not to mention converting and taking advantage of a dividend would require an investor to hold for a year. So I would expect the ratio to remain 250:1 for at least a full year. Is it possible the conversion ratio could change? Yes! Is it likely? No. If it's going to change it would need to change for a better rate like 300:1 or 350:1 unless you really want to piss off and lose your loyal long term investors and watch your stock fall into oblivion. I don't think PASO or CLX wants that. Just my thoughts.
Absolutely! I for one do not have enough shares to really benefit from the conversion so I won't be taking part in it. It certainly is for those investors that have a million or more shares and are really planning to long. I honestly would not be surprised if everything went really well and they ended up doing a 2:1 or 3:1 forward split sometime in the process. Of course that is just speculation and some might think, "yeah not going to happen" but crazier things have happened in the market. If people keep eating up those shares a forward split is not out of the realm of possibilities.
I base my calculations off the current players allegedly involved in RM, the industry and the current crisis going on in the world as well as what past successful RM's/ Shell's have done and the time frame they have done it in. The whole thing about RM's is speed. Private companies do them because it is cheaper and faster to go public rather than waiting years to go public through a traditional IPO. So expect the largest gains to happen in 2,3 maybe 4 months leading up to completion of RM. Here is a link below so you can study the list of past EPIC RM's/Shells and what you can expect in possible increase and timeline. Unfortunately this is my last post of the day as I am out of replies until tomorrow lol. Good Luck Everyone!

Me too. Best advice I can give at the moment is to wait for news. Once news comes out of DA. IF RM is a sure thing and DA is signed, I would watch this ticker like hawk and refresh your stock screen every few seconds because, that is when things will get very interesting and those seconds will be everything
My realistic PPS after successful RM is $15-$40 PPS within 2 or 3 months. You can hold long term but often with RM's/Shells the private company offers the public shell company investors a significant decrease in shares. Does not necessarily mean it is not a good value but lets say RM happens. CLX or whoever will say something like, " Hey, we will give you 100 shares of CLX stock for every 1,000 shares of PASO stock owned. This is all speculative and does not mean it will happen but this is sometimes the case with RM's. So really what causes the price to peak to my understanding( and I could be wrong here so someone please correct me if so) is the hype and investors that don't mess with penny stocks wanting to buy as much of PASO as possible in hopes of getting discount shares of CLX before they change the ticker name and go public. A savvy whale investor will happily buy as much PASO as possible to to get those discounted shares before merger is complete. So Ideally (Again someone correct me if I am wrong) current PASO investors would want to sell before that ticker changes or current PASO shares are turned/exchanged for CLX shares.
HOLY ISH BALLS!!! 0.39!!!
Successful RM peak prices happen much sooner. Within weeks to a few months. Not years. Usually price peaks shortly before ticker name change or shortly after ticker name change. If RM happens they will want to change the name of the ticker to *Insert Name Here* as soon as possible.
I saw Journey in concert a couple years ago when they came to STL with Def Leppard. Was not a good performance. Without Steve Perry, Journey is more like short walk. Def Leppard on the other hand was awesome! They might be old but they can still rock. I recommend Def Leppard in concert.
Isn't everything until news of DA/RM? Either way it is in the green and that is better than being in the red.
Precisely like Heimlich! You're picking up what I am dropping lol. I did the same with a few old dogs as well. This appears to be worth the risk. We will see and I hope it is the case for all those invested in this.
I don't disagree with your assessment. I for one will not convert. I just don't have the amount of shares to really benefit from it otherwise I most certainly would. I am just a little fish in a big pond. I don't have nearly the amount of shares you and some others have. Wish I did but if all goes well then I will go from a lowly caterpillar into a beautiful high rolling butterfly.
For sure. I am just speculating. I am not speaking on anything solid. Just my own imagination
That is mostly why yes. But they also say "early Q4" which could be any time in October but I would think on or before the 15th would be considered more of "early Q4" to most. But JG talking could or could not provide a positive outlook. But if you were going to express good news with any entities, partnerships, tech, or anything good I would think one would do it during a talk in front of an audience of potential investors. Just my thoughts and opinion.
I am hoping nothing happens until after the 16th. I am guessing the 16th will be the last day this PPS will be available if not sooner or shortly after. But I would appreciate it if it held in the 0.02 - 0.03 range at least for 2 more weeks so I can load up more.
My favorite movie with Bow Wow in it was "Lottery Ticket". It had Ice Cube Charlie Murphy and other well know actors in it as well.
Nice!!! STL Stock will be parking his Cadillac in valet
That would be great news and a sign of good things to come
He is correct on the preferred shares. Just keep in mind of the dividend rate. If you have a 100 preferred shares the formula for that is preferred shares multiplied by par price $15 multiplied by div rate 0.06%. So for example if you have 100 preferred shares that would be... 100 x $15(Par value) = $1,500. $1,500 x 0.06(Div rate) = $90.00 in annual dividends. So in my opinion unless you hold half a million or more in common shares there is no real reason to convert as the div rate would not be worth while. Plus you would have to hold onto those preferred shares for at least a year to collect the annual dividend. The conversion is really for long term investors with a ton of skin in the game.
It's good to have a plan. Anything is possible.
You're really loving that $84 PPS I quoted the other day if this RM does as well as the top of the list past successful RM'S out there huh? LOL it would be sweet though if it happened. I am not converting my common shares. I just don't have enough to really benefit from Dividend so I will just take the preferred bonus shares I received for free and hold onto those.
PLOT TWIST... PASO/CLX does not do a RM but rather a partnership and includes PASO in Joint Venture. Just a thought.
I am buying what I can when I can and hoping the PPS can stay 0.05 or lower so I can keep adding before any positive news breaks. So I am the guy on the sidelines hoping for extra time to add more lol. But I won't be disappointed if positive news breaks before I can add more.
Cheers everyone and good luck this Q4. We made it! Now we wait and see.
I wont argue that. It will definitely dip further because all those who invested shortly after LOI will be gone. I guess all I'm trying to say is, if anyone believes there will be more pumping or dumping, manipulation or anything that would cause the PPS to rise from any shadiness that moment has come and gone when it hit between 0.10 and 0.16. They already got you/us at 0.16. We are all hoping for a positive outcome and I wish everyone luck.
In the end it's going to be what it's going to be. The longs will go long and the shorts will go short. This will either be an awesome investment or a fantastic failure. I mean the PPS can't really get much worse. It's at pre LOI levels now. So with that PASO is back to it's normal PPS before an LOI was even announced. So what does anyone really have to lose at this point? Might as well hold whether one believes RM will happen or not. We are all seeing the PPS PASO was trading at this time last year.
I have not purchased over 0.06 but most of my shares were bought between 0.01 and 0.05.I buy the dips and rarely buy in the green. Call me crazy but I believe buying high and selling low is a sure way to lose in the market. I am faithful as well and holding strong. The speculation is interesting to say the least lol
To my knowledge no so I believe you are remembering correctly. Then again everything is all about individual interpretation. For example, saying a DA is "Deferred" to some means "Cancelled". Saying "early Q4 Target" to some means "Q3". JG Tweeting, "He did 50 laps in his pool" to some means "an agreement has already been made". Even though LOI is explicit in stating all information regarding the deal is to remain highly confidential, to some that means, "give me daily updates and make the PPS $5 or you're a fraud". I can't call it man. I am just here and holding long lol. If I get burned I get burned. Whatever one chooses to do I just hope they are able to live with their choice. Fear of the unknown gets the best of many.
What Colin said. A wise man once said, "If you’re not willing to react with equanimity to a market price decline you’re not fit to be a common shareholder and you deserve the mediocre result you’re going to get." Have to wait it out until there is absolute certainty good or bad. Buy and hold IMO but that is just me.
It is people being impatient. You would think they would be patient given the word Patient is right there in the name lol. Folks just want targeted (keyword targeted) Q4 news in Q3. Tomorrow will come with no news probably, panic will set right back in, and the PPS will probably drop or stay between 0.01 and 0.02 until news regarding DA drops. I am not expecting anything for another couple weeks. If something happens before then great but 2-4 weeks from now seems more likely imo.
Mucho dinero is an understatement lol. Of course everything depends on DA and what the final deal consist of. I am just guessing and basing my guess off of ballpark percentage increase figures with past TOP RM's that soared and the players and the industry involved in this RM. It is just a guess. And lets just say the PPS does peak at a crazy high of $84. How many would really hold until the moments before that proverbial bubble popped? Many would sell off before it even hit $5 PPS and the rest at $10 PPS. IF and when DA is signed just watch the PPS like a hawk for the days and weeks to follow and be ready to sell at any moment. Minutes and seconds will mean the difference between nice gains and insane gains. Again big IF but not impossible IF and when PR is announced of a signed DA. I have attached a link below showing some of the past successful RM's. Keep in mind PASO has already broken the 700% barrier with just an LOI when it hit 0.16 a few months back.

Fooq yeah it would be! I would not complain. I know some people are thinking "no way it will reach that" and realistically I could agree with that but at the same time the parties involved in the RM and the nature of it being healthcare/IT industry $84 PPS peak is not impossible.
