Now they are getting the filings in order and working with the merging company imo

Clearly you are new to trading and when a float is not locked there is selling if you want some info I can send you some videos to watch everyone has to start somewhere it's ok we all were noobs at one time

no volume means the shares outstanding are in positions of no movement... now that can change in a minute good or bad but no liquidity means currently for the moment the shares are locked in non selling positions

Floats locked if there was no interest there would be mass selling. No volume means people are holding for news

We arnt at a valuation at this time for mining we are at a pre mining price. a mining price like riot has a 2 billion dollar market cap. This price is dirt cheap imo
