Some people doubt it's going back up and think it's going all the way back down to 3/4 penny but the fact is yesterday the R/S was finally shot down from 50%+1 voting which was a bit nail biter for months, and now it's over in favor of shareholders (and very much in favor for new investors and traders). The A/S vote did not have enough votes but shareholders in favor of it by far because it's necessary for funding continued operations. Now the R/S is out of the way there can be a new vote just for the A/S increase. So prices around here are very low IMO.
Was probably the same person that was selling it, scaring people to sell into 11's then he bought his own 3m shares. Just a guess I think this happens a lot in the pennies
I think this will surprise most people and go back up to test .02
Guaranteed no dilution or R/S, this should at least hold .01-.02 range for a bit and then go higher
Yes, 0 shares to dilute. Also good for penny stock traders who just want to get in on a stock without the risk of r/s or dilution. In the end, making money is all that really matters.
Here's an example of what news about no R/S can do... I watch a LOT of penny stocks and this is the most recent one that announced no R/S... BYOC. Look at 9/28 that's the day. It continued up to make total 600% gains before going down and weeks later it's still holding 200% gains from it's low.
Traders love trading stocks that are not going to R/S or announce a R/S. This alone will make it go higher than .02, testing .04 resistance. The votes are highly in favor of the A/S increase, and even though many buyers may not know it's still not enough votes, progress was still made regarding the R/S. So there is nothing artificial about this price move, it's simply the way the pennies usually work. So it's most definitely gonna drop down later but first how high will it go? Well it has great history of going up hundreds of % and today was only 138% and only the first day of the run. Maybe it should go back down where it belongs, maybe to you it's worth even less than the 3/4 penny average price, but it's probablly not gonna go back down there for quite a while, there's money to be made here putting aside all beliefs or disbeliefs regarding the company and it's success.
Going over .04 I think
That's normal and expected
Doesn't work that way dude, lots of pennies with similar balance sheets that make great runs. The way you put things seems plain and simple but they are not plain and simple like that, you make it seem like 1.2 billion shares will be dumped before end of year which anyone would think would bring the price down to trips. Again stocks don't work that way especially with ones like this where 80% of debt has been reduced over 1 year.
Yup, volume still pretty low, this stock does 100-200m days when it's active.
Saw a single 10 mil bid show up a few minutes ago.
R/S announced and price is not tanking... that's unusual. Maybe nobody looking at the news?
Warren Buffet doesn't invest in penny stocks
Delisted? You mean moved to pink sheets, which really isn't a big deal.
Filing says 80% reduction in institutional convertible debt.
Most importantly no huge dumps to the bid as of yet.
Dead tickers with potential and undervalued based on revenues, profits, and debt = buy and hold for 100%+ gains
Doesn't look like it
It went very easily to over .006 from .004 (50% gain) a few days ago. Can easily go up at any time and with any significant volume will be more than 50%
Nothing but buys @ .0006 during power hour, 15 million volume.
That's why it's smart to accumulate these low prices. Think about it.
They made $6,639,000 in profit from $15,300,000 revenues in the most recent year with positive operating income, and the market cap is only 5.3 million. 1/3 price to sales, why do you think it's gonna keep going lower? It just hit .04 a few weeks ago, so logically the bottom is either in or near.
Well obviously they are really smart conmen, because they are getting away with it, and getting away with the huge reported revenues and earnings on otcmarkets. Everything makes this stock obviously most likely a scam, but they are able to at least double/triple their stock price every few months. This makes it great for trading and buying low prices. Flippers today made 10% on their investment, but there will be bigger flips than that, probably soon, from these new low prices.
Big volatility today, the price should have gone up, but there simply was not enough buying volume so the big holders decided it's simply time to go to a lower price. If volume doesn't come the price will continue lower. However the big holders are taking big loss too so they won't let it go too low and when you/we start buying they will cover their loss and sell to you, then again if big volume doesn't come in they will sell more.
This stock will run once it starts really running.
One thing for sure, this is a pathetic amount of volume for such a low price and only a million shares in the way of a 15% increase based on what I've been seeing consistently on L2. Also, currently xtrm is in a 14th consecutive trading day in the red. How many more until a green? So basically I'm saying this can EASILY pop up at any time. If someone dumps to 3's that will be time to load all you can, or start a position if you are watching and waiting. The guys saying trips are not being realistic if they think it will happen any time soon.
Yes true, and good recent example of that is BYOC. Cancelled their R/S and they went from 0004 - 0028 (600%). And I don't think 4's will print again here unless they move forward with the R/S option.
Even if we close today with 6's on the ask, it's a great start for Monday. Will go up easily another 50-100% on less than 100m volume. Already almost 200m volume today. Today 6's buy is no brainer given there's nearly 100m on the bid at 5's.
6's on the bid now. Wow unbelieveable.
I noticed that this morning. What a relief very minimal dilution at this price. No wonder dumping stopped. Maybe once 5's are gone it'll bring in all the close watchers. I know they're out there since we were on breakout boards recently and tons of volume.
The pps is being controlled by the big holders. They have the power to move it up and down as they wish.
Ok but they can't even confirm Asia Broadband is a client?
Has anyone contacted their chosen auditor company? Ask them if they are really going to audit them.
Why can't I find this news??? It doesn't come up on any of the newswires through Fidelity or Etrade, and does not show on otcmarkets.com
There's no way this stock isn't gonna run again soon. So obvious it's being controlled by big accounts. Make the little guy lose interest after losing a lot of money on the dump, keep price low and volume low, wait for the right, but unexpected moment, and buy up the shares 100% higher price, attract new investors that hold their shares because of the amazing balance sheet and revenues, let the price climb another 100%, then dump again. Gonna happen soon, again.
If no r/s is confirmed by the company, the stock should see 300-500% gains in 2 trading days (.0016-.002). Maybe higher after that. If they do announce a r/s, will prob go to 0002-0003 and trade 0002-0004 range for a while. Good risk/reward ratio here as long as the current o/s isn't too bad, it's been 40 days since last update according to otcmarkets.
My guess is that it was someone selling to themselves. Who would put a $170k bid that low and expect to get any of it filled? There's a lot of people out there with 7 figure accounts, they can manipulate stocks as they wish.
Okay my 2's sold finally. Thx.
Umm... why are 3's printing when I only got a tiny partial fill on my 2's for sale? They are still for sale and more 3's printing. What the heck?
Oh nice, how do you know this?
