Make the little guy lose interest after losing a lot of money on the dump, keep price low and volume low, wait for the right, but unexpected moment, and buy up the shares 100% higher price, attract new investors that hold their shares because of the amazing balance sheet and revenues, let the price climb another 100%, then dump again. Gonna happen soon, again.
