Wow. That is psychotic.
I'll be in California in 2 weeks. Even though I'd rather just party, I'll take some time and see if I can dig up a lawyer. I'll start a Facebook page and post the link here. Any ideas for a name? Saleen Investors?
This pump isn't working out. Not much time before fins. Gotta say something.
There is a new review on Amazon. From "Amazon Customer". Not a confirmed buyer. Give it a read and tell me if the tone, phrasing and syntax are familiar.
If you are interested in revenge, I'd be into that. We'd need to come out of the shadows with each other. Form a consortium. I think a Facebook page is a great place to start. Maybe we can collect other bilked investors. As a group, we could upset the operations to the point they have to deal with us. At the very least we might hinder his ability to get financing.
We could boost the page. Share the crap out of it. Embarrass Steve publicly. Paint a giant scarlet letter over his whole existence.
Oh yea, and Hot Wheel Amy too. I'd like to make sure that hobbit never gets another job. I bet her feet are hairy.
That's a fact.
No they haven't. You've said this before.
I'm not shorting a penny stock. I just think it's a scam.
Won't happen. Exculpatory evidence.
I admit I got into this with limited DD. But I got really interested in the space and now I'm really familiar with it. I've now read tons of reviews, watched a bunch of videos and seen many top 5 lists of DD solutions. Non of it involved bSafe. bSafe doesn't appear to be in the game at all.
bSafe has ZERO visibility in this space. It has no eyeballs at all.
And it sells in an extremely limited flow within a limited flow. It sells in car dealerships to new car buyers that probably have teenage drivers.
You'd be better off selling it door to door or over the phone. That's how dumb this model is.
Is that right? Where is your DD to back up this claim he isn't. I also don't believe for a second he's put a penny of his own money in this.
Your post is glaringly obvious also.
A deal is not sales. The product is average at best. The price shot up based on false promises of audited fins. The next fin will also be unaudited and full of accounts receivable masquerading as income.
I'm hoping some take the bait again.
Dude, this is a demo. bSafe cant do this
I like to see bSafe do a shootout like this Cell Control
What are all the tentacles of Hexagon again?
You can't sue if it's true.
Not at all. Totally thought it was him. Same syntax too.
Where is your factual proof that he's not?
I hope not. It's not needed. Are you saying retail investors are shorting this stock?
IF it's true. Sheesh.
If it was true, would you be shocked? Upset? If it is true, winner winner chicken dinner for berdboy. He goaded him like a pro.
Don't tell him. He sounds dangerous!
I hope he keeps doing it too. It's entertaining.
Ok, bigshot penny stock guy.
Please do. I'm at 6. I'd like to get out of this pig.
What did you expect them to say? They sell stock. That's the only thing they sell.
I agree. The fact Steve is unhinged and incapable of acting like an adult. The fact Steve made this mess and gets upset when he's called on it. Those are irrefutable facts.
I could not agree more. Revenue is everything. I don't see any. I don't see any forthcoming.
BS! It transmits through 5 feet of concrete. I go through a tunnel everyday. GPS does not cut out.
Man, this is tedious. Would you be happier if I said OBD2 tech is outdated for this application? The key words in this sentence are "this application". OBD2 tech is outdated FOR THIS APPLICATION. GPS is the new tech. The more I learn, the more I realize bSafe is a dinosaur.
Lifesaver, Drivesafe, Drivefirst, Drivesmart, Mojo, Safedrive, Focus, Apple's DNDWD just to name a few. These are all relevant, on-topic competitors. They all work a little differently. They all sell online.
My only glimmer of hope for this company was the product. After looking at some other products I realized the OBD tech is really outdated. OBD devices have been out since 96. GPS tech can do everything except send engine data and you already own the device to run it.
ONCI is the Betamax of the DD marketplace.
Since qtrader has done such a good job of explaining financials to you wonderul, honest and forthright people, I'll focus on the product and marketing since it's my area of expertise.
It can't work. I'm convinced some dealerships have brochures and are aware of the product. That's the best I can do. So that revenue stream seems to be new car buyers with teenage drivers in that particular space, if the salesperson decides to sell it.
The dealerships I contacted sold several DD platforms. So now we have new car buyers with teenage drivers that have a choice. One of those choices is Lifesaver. It uses the latest GPS tech. It works walking, biking, sailing, and with older cars. My son's first car was 66 Mustang. bSafe wouldn't work.
And that's not the only platform. There are a lot to choose from. All of them, and I mean ALL of them have twice the visibility of bSafe. You won't find it on any DMV sites, you won't find it in the top 5 distracted driver apps review. Even the Amazon site which is the only internet presence of the product, has no links to videos or demos. Not even a screenshot of the app.
I don't see this flying off the shelves. I don't see how it can. Nobody is aware of it. This whole house of cards is built on fantasy sales that will never match projections. Nothing drives customers to this product.
That is perhaps the most flawed logic I've ever heard. What else are we supposed to use? Tweets? Should we just make up numbers like Steve does?
This position is in my cash generating account. So I've had to reallocate my thinking and portfolio. I sold some sock drawer positions to fund my mad money and I've moved P10 to my mental sock drawer for long term. I have a bit of a warchest for a downturn but I don't think it'll go down enough to use it.
I disagree with everything you've ever posted.
Have you ever owned an actual company? Maybe it wasn't done on a napkin but it certainly looked hastily thrown together. Not professional at all. And without an audit, worthless.
If you keep saying it, it might come true. I think it's cute you chart subbies and think you can make predictions.
So you think narrowing your customer base down to people with teenagers that buy new cars is a good way to go? Sound brilliant!
That was my experience. Even though I don't need it, I would have bought one. If I had heard, yes we do, will that be cash or check, I would have invested heavily.
And 7 million in accounts receivable and 44k in cash.
