IVOI Most Active Today ON OTCBB
Thah should get this some extra players
http://www.otcbb.com/
c601, Let me try and understand what you're saying.
You're expecting TPHM to be trading above .01 while the parent company is trading at .0024
You are kidding RIGHTTTTTTTTTTT
How in gods name can a spinoff with NO assets and no Business be trading above IVOI, Which by the way has $11,000,000.00 in cash.
I have a large stake in TPHM thru owning shares of IVOI, You want my shares for .003 , You got em
The only way TPHM trades above .01 is if IVOI buys a going company with assets and dumps it into THPM's lap.
Their business is worthless, they dont make anything, the only thing they ever had was a remake of an old product in a new tin, THATS IT
IVOT's Run Up Should Have Given This Board A Hint
Of where IVOI Is headed
I know it gave me a heads up, I own both and in the last 2 weeks IVOT is up 760%
Do I expect IVOI's run up to be in the area.
We'll soon see
If IVOT Makes Money, IVOI Makes Money
We own it. It'll all come out in the wash
IVOT UP 120% On 70M Volume, Thats Up 340% In 3 Days
Just goes to show how fast IVOI Will go up when its their turn, And we " WILL " get our turn
IVOT Up 200%, Can IVOI Be Far Behind
Me thinks not
John, Thats old news
IMHO , Thomas will be used as a tool to Buy other small Companys.
If you read the Thomas 10Q You'll see that IVOI has just about givin up on putting Acid-All back on the market.
All that acid-all is , Is a retooled acid pill in a Retro Tin, No more no less, It didn't pan out and IVOI looks like they know it and are moving on.
As I said, IMHO Thomas will be very small M&A Co. Read the whole 10Q
IVOI Total Cash 11,036,000.00,Total Cash Per Share .043
Net Tangible Assets 1,151,000.00 / 260,000,000 sh = .0044269 per share.
Do ya think IVOI has a run or 2 left in it, You can bet it does.
If you read the last 10Q you'll see that they say without added funds they still have enough cash to last 2 years.
Within those 2 years there will be many runs, The trick is, buy at the right time and dump at the right, IMHO, There is $$$$$$$ to be made here.

No Point In Owning The Stock Now
The way that reads is, IMHO
If you owned the stock on the 15th, You get the spin off shares.
Even if you dont own it now.
JMO
you must have owned shares of iVoice, Inc. on the record date of October 15, 2007

Sorry , That Should Read, .0004
My Mistake. LOL
Well Over .004 2Day
imho
surf, I have always enjoyed reading your post.
Thats why I was very surprised to read your most recent ones.
Just look at how many times you mention dilution.
Listen, I had 1,734,000 shares at .0013 and sold yesterday and the total came out to aprox .0086
And yes, I would love to get back in, But I'll just wait till everything settles down.
No matter what bashers say, There is value in IVOI
Looks Like A Very BIG Move Up This Week IMHO
IVOT Trading at .0075 While IVOI is trading at .002
I know IVOT is the mother company, But IVOI is the cash company, They're the one that has aprox .10 in cash per share.
This should be trading at the very least at .01 and then a move up from there.
Again this is just my opinion.
Good luck to all

10QSB Out Last Nite, A Net Income Of $ 22,112.00
I have to try that in my Business, Only in this country can you make money by moving a few #'s around.
After Restating Income " Derivative Liability "
Just moving numbers around makes it look better, LOL
But they actually did do better on the income side of things.
$ 2,889,909.00 in sales As opposed to last Quarter where they had total sales of $2,330,000.00
Thats a 24% increase in sales Q over Q

D4tress, Everyone Has Gone Long Ago, Earnings Due Out
Tomorrow, For what its worth, Thats not much.
Sold most of mine , But still hold a little over 2M, And the way it looks, They'll be worthless very soon, I'll dump my remaining shares after the earning report " Or should I say, Lack of earnings report " No matter what the report says.
Take care, Good luck.
Remember, There were only 113 holders of this stock as of the last earnings report, Iam very sure there will be a lot less with this report, Just us Idiots and the bondholders left.
8K Filed This Afternoon
Believe me , That 8K Is the least of this companys worries.
http://biz.yahoo.com/e/070424/aglv.ob8-k.html
Short While Is Right
Just long enough for the note holders to dump some of their shares.
Then right back down, And even lower then before, So they can pick up shares @ 40% of market.
These note holders must be related to Grimm, Either that or hes dumping shares too.
Good luck, Dump when you can, Remember , There are only 113 holders of this stock, And believe me, Theres a BIG reason for that.
Updraft, I Think In This Case, Very Little
Can help.
There is one thing and one thing only that'll drive the share price higher, And that is A New Round Of Financing.
Their Business plan seems to be going nowhere, The more money they make, The more it cost to make that money, One step forward and two steps back, Thats how it seems to be going.
A company doing over 10M in business yearly selling for .0015, Somethings wrong with that picture, Dont you think ????
There is NEVER a PR about picking up New Income, So the only hope AGLV Has to move up is, Selling Parts of the business to raise much needed cash, Changing their business plan, Or a new round of Financing. WISHFUL THINKING
"" We will require additional capital in order to pay the amounts currently due to the note holders. Beyond that, we will need additional capital to implement our current business plan as a global marketing company. We intend to attempt to raise funds during 2007 through the sale of equity in private transactions to accredited investors in transactions yet to be determined. If we are unable to raise the necessary capital we require, which we estimate to be no more than $5,000,000 ""
IOKSB Out Only 309M OS, Thought it would be more

NT 10K Has Info Within
From my other post, It should have said
Rev's are down Q over Q To 2,187,000 From 2,471,000
Gross Profit Down Q over Q To 1,706,000 From 1,969,000
Op Expen's Up Y over Y To 10,300,000
Loss from Operations Up Y over Y To 2,100,000
All you have to do is the Math, That will give you a Rough figure to what the 10K will read
The registrant estimates that revenue for the year ended December 31, 2006 will increase to $10.4 million, from $7.7 million for the year ended December 31, 2005, and that gross profit will increase to $8.2 million for the year ended December 31, 2006, from $5.9 million in 2005. Operating expenses for the year ended December 31, 2006 are expected to increase to $10.3 million, from $7.8 million for the year ended December 31, 2005, and loss from operations in 2006 is expected to be $2.1 million, which is comparable to the loss from operations in 2005 of $1.9 million. Total net loss for the year ended December 31, 2006 cannot be estimated due to pending adjustments in other income (expense) related to the correction of the error referenced above.
Results for the year ended December 31, 2006 remain subject to further adjustment and actual results may differ significantly from the foregoing estimates. Management expects that the audit report from its independent public registered accounting firm will again contain an explanatory paragraph indicating that substantial doubt exists about the registrant’s ability to continue as a going concern.
