John, Thats old news

IMHO , Thomas will be used as a tool to Buy other small Companys.

If you read the Thomas 10Q You'll see that IVOI has just about givin up on putting Acid-All back on the market.
All that acid-all is , Is a retooled acid pill in a Retro Tin, No more no less, It didn't pan out and IVOI looks like they know it and are moving on.

As I said, IMHO Thomas will be very small M&A Co. Read the whole 10Q
