lol. Swooosh..splat.
While this message board has gone bonkers, I think Arrayit has been moving right along (tra-la-la-la) executing on its plan, and has been extremely busy dealing with so many balls in the air, and now the coronavirus disaster has added another layer of responsibility the company must deal with.
I am giving Mark and ARYC the benefit of the doubt because Arrayit is his and Rene's baby and they're going to succeed in a BIG way because that is their goal and it is their LIFE's work.
And don't forget, "loose lips sinks ships." Mark has learned that telling shareholders too much often backfires on him. Honestly, I can't blame him for being so quiet.
I am sure the SEC is jumping up and down and shooting off silly string and fire crackers and eating cake because what you have provided to them is as BIG AS IT GETS.
lolol.
Good to know.
As you know, there have been no PRs from ARYC in a very long time and that probably won't change until financials are finally released. As you also know, that quote came directly from the President of a company known as Arrayit Corporation.
Believe it or not.
The SEC is VERY SERIOUS about cracking down on stock manipulators who make false and misleading statements in an attempt to lower the share price of a stock.
They are dealing with doctors and clinics and those are the people who need to know because they are the ones who order the tests for their patients.
"Our team is coordinating with local, state and federal agencies and with our distributors to make this test available to as many patients as possible on an expedited timeline."
Ha ha. So Dr. Fauci from the NIH is full of it? Did you know that allergies can and DO KILL people too?
"Anthony Stephen Fauci is an American physician and immunologist who has served as the director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIH) since 1984."
Arrayit isn't one of them because they are not doing anything wrong or against the FDA guidelines. Period.
OMG and LOL. What you have quoted from the FDA is NOT what Arrayit is doing!
Not true. There were 2 suspended, not 7 (prove me wrong!) and Arrayit is NOT doing what they were suspended for, so FORGET IT.
The FDA is allowing the patient to place his or her own blood specimen on a blood card under a DOCTOR'S ORDER, and the test is done at the Arrayit CLIA lab.
It's not rocket science!
Don't forget, Dr. Fauci from the NIH explained that early symptoms could actually be allergies and not the coronavirus, so Arrayit's test can figure that out, which is amazing and logical and has less to do with money and greed than you may think.
imho.
Well there ya go. That must be it.
It's like talking to a brick wall sometimes.
lol.
I don't. Just my opinion based on logic only.
Of course not. Those who want to be tested should call their doctor who would order the test. Individuals who want the test would NOT deal with Arrayit directly. Their doctor will be able to answer any questions they may have. That's his/her job. The portal is set up for health care professionals, NOT the general public.
Understand?
Yes sir, filing financials and getting out from under the Form 15 constraints, AND getting the CE removed followed by a big fat PR would be HUGE and we'll probably become hysterical or have a heart attack if it all happens all at once.
That's another new one? Thank you! Speaking of private labeling, remember Arrayit did private labeling blood cards for this "large account"? Kaiser Permanente.
"Arrayit prototyping team completes custom whole blood collection cards for $64.6 billion health maintenance organization HMO leader Kaiser Permanente headquartered in Oakland California USA and providing premium healthcare to 11,700,000 members in 8 states."
:))
Shouldn't he be much more concerned about people seeking help than his investors??
Sound familiar??? They include: spreading false or misleading information about a company;
Andrew is my friend now.
I thought the blood card was FDA approved and that the test itself has been submitted to the FDA but not yet EUA'd.
And for the 102nd time ARYC's test is perfectly legal under the FDA guidelines while they wait for official authorization.
And for the 101st time ARYC's test is perfectly legal under the FDA guidelines while they wait for official authorization.
Because he doesn't want crazy people bothering the poor doctors and clinics who have signed up with the portal with incessant calls, emails, and stupid questions. The last thing on Mark's mind during this crisis would be "playing games" with shareholders. Good grief.
There is no way Mark would lie about ARYC's COVID-19 test. No way. And for the 100th time ARYC's test is perfectly legal under the FDA guidelines.
One more time: The test must be ordered by a doctor and the blood sample Is analyzed in Arrayit’s lab, not in the patient’s home!,
The email replies were sent as a group type email to everyone who inquired because they all said the same thing. No one is in trouble, so please don’t worry.
Well I don’t think that’s the case at all. I am assuming that Mark has already “announced” to all of the doctors and clinics in ARYC’s established network the fact they have a COVID-19 test, and now the distributors are taking over to spread the word, so the company has been doing its part to help combat the beast.
Remember that they had 50,000 requests a few weeks ago? Those requests must have come from the established network of doctors and clinics, so it seems to me the company has been all over the coronavirus and told the right people about it at the right time.
It also could be that they’re waiting for the FDA’s official authorization before they publicize anything. Or, maybe we will see a PR and/or an 8K after they get out from under the Form 15 mandates.
Sure sounds like ARYC! Thanks SD.
Hilarious.
The actual testing is done at Arrayit’s lab, not in the home like a pregnancy test.
I was just throwing it out there. Geez, Maybe there’s an agreement with one or more of ARYC’s partners to stay quiet for now. Plus, it is quite apparent that he has a network of distributors that are getting the word out on behalf of the company. And there are so many critics of Mark for not shouting from the rooftops, which can only mean that with so many “people dying and the shortage of tests“ that they care more about their money and the share price skyrocketing than killing the beast.
The share price will take care of itself when the time is right. Relax and stay well.
Why yes he did, but that’s been discussed to death.
Replying to emails whether dark or not can’t be illegal. He didn’t have to respond to the probably hundreds of inquiries, but he did, and I’m glad he did. If that makes some people miserable, then so be it.
lol. Everything is wrong or distorted.
If you don’t believe it then don’t. My post was the truth.
You should be.
Dr. Mark Schena absolutely confirmed to more than one investor on this very board that yes they had a test for COVID-19 and yes they had submitted their test to the FDA. Just because there was no public announcement does NOT mean it isn’t true. Those who received the information from Mark and shared it with us did NOT make it up, and FYI Mark was responding to those who had inquired, and I am sure there were many inquiries OUTSIDE of IHUB who received the same responses. Believe it or not.
Ha ha. Well, speaking of Apple, are you aware that APPLE and Arrayit have been talking? Maybe THAT's the reason for ARYC's secrecy!
1-11-19: Arrayit clinical sales team introduces our proprietary finger stick microarray health and wellness testing services to AC Wellness HQ in Sunnyvale California USA and delivering compassionate and effective healthcare to the 123,000 Apple employee population.
"CNBC has learned that a secretive team within Apple’s growing health unit has been in talks with developers, hospitals and other industry groups about bringing clinical data, such as detailed lab results and allergy lists, to the iPhone, according to a half-dozen people familiar with the team. And from there, users could choose to share it with third parties, like hospitals and health developers."
"After many months of rumors, Apple announced that it is launching a personal health record (PHR) feature with iOS 11.3, the beta of which launched Wednesday to users in Apple's iOS Developer Program. The feature, called Health Records, will aggregate existing patient-generated data in the Health app with data from a user's electronic medical record — if the user is a patient at a participating hospital. At launch, Apple is working with 12 hospitals across the country, including Penn Medicine, Cedars-Sinai in Los Angeles, Johns Hopkins, and Geisinger Health System."
Apple has a special COVID-19 app now and a website that will screen anyone for COVID-19.
You're welcome.
