$TPAC Holding +20M and have none to sell until much higher levels. Bill is not allowed to pay his co-founder back the little $260k factory loan until pps hits 0.25. See Twitter; that is mentioned sometime the past few months. Hope you land that 10M!
$TPAC Welcome back, Kramden. Nothing wrong with being smart and taking profits. On average, that works. This one has just been defying anything of an average nature, leaving normal indicators nearly useless(for the time being). Thank you for sticking around even after you sold and sharing such positive comments with the team. That shows a lot of class on your part. Someone who sticks around to help others even after existing with profit is a great person to have around.
$TPAC I'm not sure. I got in at .0004. I've only seen as low as .0003 here. Others may have a better answer for you.
$TPAC Welcome, Lethal! Great to have you on the team.
$TPAC Huge! Much Agreed.
$TPAC It started picking up steam a month ago, at least by what I see on the daily chart. It has really started moving these past few weeks here. Unreal.
$TPAC Exactly. Already this morning, the Australian marketing deal announced is going to move our product to Australia, SE Asia, and the Middle East. And Boeing, AVIC, COMAC, etc coming up? This is going big time.
$TPAC Normally, I wouldn't agree with anyone saying dollars on a sub-penny, but I am going to concede that that is actually very possible on this one. Bill is absolutely amazing as a CEO and is showing, intelligence, integrity and follow through. This is going to change a lot of people's lives.
$TPAC (Updated DD: 12/27/15)Here is a company with no convertible debt and that has stated repeatedly that it will not R/S unless to uplist while already in a position of strength; company will also not take on any new convertible notes. There is a wealth of information on TPAC to take heed of, some of which I will provide and other info which can be turned up doing your own independent research as I have. On top of being a stock free of toxic financing and that will not R/S, we have a CEO that communicates regularly with shareholders via email and Twitter.
Bill McKay, CEO, strikes me as a gentleman and a person of integrity, something rarely seen in the OTC. The management team here consists of many aerospace veterans with ties to the major players in the field. Bill was also CEO and founder of Harbin and of CEO Acromil Corporation: http://www.acromil.com/ He is a B.A., J.D., and M.B.A. His bio can be found on the 'Management Team' link pasted below.
Greg Archer, Director for TPAC, spent 24 years as an executive with Northrup Grumman. While this is impressive, both in terms of loyalty and position, it is the connection to the higher-ups in supply and procurement that matter, seeing as Northrup just won the Pentagon bid - for the first time in decades - to an $80B dollar bomber contract for the Navy and Air Force(see 'Bomber Contract' link below).
In order to sell to the govt., a company needs a CAGE code. TPAC has one. In order to sell aerospace parts, NAVAIR certification is needed. We are one of only six companies in the U.S. that is NAVAIR certified, and the only one company in China that has NAVAIR cert. China just announced COMAC's 174 passenger C919 as competitor to U.S. counterparts Boeing and Airbus. We are also the only producer of self-lubricating bearings in China and thus serve to provide them with deep discounts on importation and taxes. Our bearings are approved at 25k rotations and are soon to be tested at 100k rotations, with degradation rate at the aforementioned turns being less than the thickness of a human hair. We also have a few very coveted aerospace certs: SAE-AS 81820 and SAE-AS 81934. As a quick aside, NAVAIR takes, on average, 5yrs and several million dollars - not to mention patience and meticulous completion of paperwork - to acquire; we have.
In the works are two acquisitions and a joint venture. Upon completion of the acquisitions, Mr. McKay will be buying back $2M in TPAC common shares. We are also looking at purchase orders of varying sizes coming down the pipeline. Many parts have already been trialed and some have already received approval. Substantive PR to come. (See Twitter conversation below).

Quote: ". We have worked very hard in the development and marketing of these bearings and are the only company in China able to meet the exacting blueprint requirements for performance"
COMAC may be a strong possibility as a current and future partner. This is China's version of Boeing or Airbus. The C919 is COMAC's new 174 passenger jet. $100k purchase order is in my opinion a test run; and should it go well..... yes, exactly - money in the bank and a lot of other smaller companies ordering from us, COMAC's bearing supplier.

Company Mission Statement: http://tpacbearings.com/vision-mission-values
(My favorite part of the Mission/Vision Statement: I love this part:
The Company has established a manufacturing facility in the Luogang Scientific and Technology Center in Guangzhou, China through its subsidiary, Godfrey China, to manufacture aerospace quality self-lubricating and standard spherical bearings, rod ends and bushings (collectively, “Bearings”). Over 3,000 of these parts (approximately $500,000 worth) are used in every aircraft and must be replaced regularly.
After rigorous testing that demonstrated bearing performance beyond technical specifications, the Company recently passed all qualification requirements for SAE Aerospace Standard 81820 from NAVAIR (U.S. Naval Air Systems Command), the agency responsible for qualifying SAE aerospace parts, and has been placed on the QPL (Qualified Product Listing) as a supplier. As such, the Company is the FIRST and ONLY manufacturer of SAE-certified Bearings in China and one of only seven in the world.)

Here is a quick speculative calculation on potential Boeing orders; just being based on the recent 737 advanced orders. These calculations will not include other aircraft nor will it include repairs and replacement parts needed by current and future aircraft in operation.
Boeing Sees 3,000 Advanced Orders for New 737 at low key event:
http://www.hngn.com/articles/158504/20151209/...vent-3.htm
$TPAC 2014 Business Plan; pg 1 states that each aircraft needs 3,000 bearings at a value of $500,000 per aircraft. The infogrpahic on the bottom of pg 10 confirms that 3,000 is the correct number.
Quote from pg 1:
Validation of Business Model
The Company has established a manufacturing facility in the Luogang Scientific and Technology Center
in Guangzhou, China through its subsidiary, Godfrey China, to manufacture aerospace quality selflubricating
and standard spherical bearings, rod ends and bushings (collectively, “Bearings”). Over 3,000
of these parts (approximately $500,000 worth) are used in every aircraft and must be replaced regularly.
Source: http://tpacbearings.com/sites/default/files/t...s-plan.pdf
3,000 bearings * $500,000 = $1,500,000,000 in bearings for all 3,000 of the 737's on advanced order.
Will we land all of these? I highly doubt it. Instead, I'm going to divide the order by seven, seeing as we are only one of seven bearing companies in the world that is NAVAIR certified.
$1,500,000,000/7 = $214,285,714.29 (pennies to the right of the decimal place rounded up from .286 to .29).
This is what I believe to be the higher end of our potential. This does not include COMAC, the other international aerospace parts distributor, automotive, marine, alternative(robotics, heavy machinery, industrial application), nor does it include any other present or future relationships within the aerospace industry.
Our bearings are currently NAVAIR tested and approved at 25,000 rotations; as we are upgraded to 100,000 rotations, as previously discussed some time ago, we will likely acquire that much more business.
I hope this has been of service to some of you out there in search of aerospace plays, or plays that have no toxic debt and will not R/S(unless to uplist). I have left out any technical analysis on this one but stockcharts is a great place to get the specs; most of you already know that. We have had very steady volume as of lately and momentum has been picking up in anticipation of both a technical run and a fundamental run based upon an upcoming fundamental catalyst. Good luck to all and, as usual, should you like the DD provided here, please be kind enough to spread this so other investors can take notice. It helps the company, current investors(such as myself and other TPAC message board posters), and potential investors looking for ground floor entries in solid companies.
Thank you for reading.

(Speculative Calculations Based on Boeing; Updated 12/27/15):

$TPAC Nice Robin Leach!!!
$TPAC Hey, Jonny! That's awesome. My apologies for the delay. I'm just checking my mail for the day. Your 40M is going to look mighty nice at .025!!!
$TPAC Congrats, Lillbirdy!
$TPAC Thanks to Bill is right. That's where the credit belongs. You are very welcome, ysung!
$TPAC I know. I am too; big time. I need to peel myself away from the laptop so I can wind down. Here's for everyone who has not seen the recent Tweets.

$TPAC I was hoping for 100M myself, but in all honesty, I somehow convinced myself not to be too optimistic on this one after loading +20M at .0004. My biggest mistake here was restraining my enthusiasm and not buying everything I could at the bottom. 100M share would be looking pretty nice right now with .01 on the horizon. I hope you get your 25M and get your condo in Soho. I'll be rooting for you!
$TPAC Congrats, Whit! And to everyone else too!!
$TPAC It really does. I've been holding +20M since .0004 and am not selling until silver, at bare minimum. I may not even sell until the .25 mark, seeing as Bill cannot pay the $TPAC co-founder back the tiny little loan for $260k until that time. I think that's something like 65,000 shares in value at the price; not much; and not even due all at once. This is getting fun!
$TPAC Seriously! This thing may not correct for some time at the rate new info is surfacing. Indicators are going out the window on this one. Bill is coming through. Nice pile, by the way. 16M is going to pay off very nicely for you. I look forward to congratulating you again the day you cash out!
$TPAC We could be getting some big news tomorrow. I would strongly suggest checking out Bill's most recent Tweet(s):

Yeah. And this is why I'm holding. Thank you, Bill!
Up to three acquisitions now, not just one or two like originally promised. Kind of like our most recent 8-k. Bill promised 200M O/S retired and then retired 300M O/S. Can you ask for better than this guy? I can't.
Oh yea... and new products??? This is going to get good; good as in even better than the good already taking place.
$TPAC Let's do it, Mikey. Time for .004+ to close out the year!
