Its a TECHNICAL BOUNCE, That's All
I wish it was more but it is not.
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=ERBB&p=D&yr=0&mn=4&dy=0&id=p84514984508
This is simply a rebound from a horrendous downfall. The StochRSI was at the absolute bottom and the pps closed below the lower bollinger band. Sadly, ERBB is looking incredibly weak today and I would not be surprised if it closed in the red.
Zazzz Machines ARE BEING DELIVERED
Folks below is a video of the Zazzz Mach 2 at Helpful Farms.
The machines ARE being delivered. Stephen is incredibly busy right now and don't misconstrue the silence as in action.
Not a "Scam" Because of Poorly Timed Trades
Sorry, but that is not criteria for a company being a scam. Just because a person makes a poorly timed trade and losses money does not mean the company or equity is a "POS" or "scam".
ERBB has its share of issues but I'm not ready to call it a "scam" or "POS" just yet. Stephen is fighting an uphill battle against numerous adversaries, like decades of political propaganda.
Credibility Has Been Worn Thin
All the delays, all the shortcomings, all the shenanigans have all but crippled the credibility of AG's management. There's no doubt much of the goodwill has been wasted due to the ineptitude And ERBB's share price reflects so. By now there are few true "investors" left. Most people in ERBB are just waiting to get out or are looking to flip their position.
The legal MJ market is so nascent that it's difficult to predict earnings, much less even trust earnings or the people reporting them. Money is being made by the private groups but the revenues have yet to trickle down to publicly traded companies.
However ERBB / AG are in a great position compared to many others. I firmly believe if AG had successfully rolled out Zazzz instead of the foibles, the company and share price would be in much better shape.
There's still a chance. There's still hope. And by now, shorting ERBB is a massive risk with barely a penny of room below and possible cyclical pops or fundamental developments that could dramatically spike the pps.
Get your popcorn ready cause between earnings and the CA hearing about rescheduling MJ/declaring prohibition unconstitutional, the show is about to begin.
Game Changer for MJ Industry
The much discussed hearing about rescheduling MJ is heating up. The decision could come in the next few weeks.

TurdBox Crying to Mommy?
Sorry Vince but you got bigger things to worry about like being investigated for ties to terror groups. This guy. Convicted of multiple frauds and now he's trying to lash out at others.
Got some bad news for Vince and other TurdBox shareholders;
Tomassi patents.
Good luck protecting any "proprietary" items without those.
"Good artists imitate, great artists steal"
-Pablo Picasso (re quoted often by Steve Jobs)
Jobs stole so much from Xerox and then had his stuff stolen by Bill Gates. Worked out pretty well for both so hopefully the MJ vending business is big enough for ERBB and TurdBox
I'm Interested in Hearng Your Input on MMs
Aside from the usual shenanigans of passing shares to each other, giving priority to certain clients and a few other less than noble devices, MMs don't bother me. I see them as a necessary evil, like the Federal Reserve. I had a friend who worked at a major clearinghouse and his stories were pretty tame compared to some of my hedge fund and investment banks buddies.
Ultimately I believe in the principle that good products/business drives revenue, creates value, which leads to buying and selling, then pps movement. It is a bit simplified but where there's value, there's buyers. Operational stumbles and share price tumbles are inevitable but if there's money being made, the company has value. Right now ERBB has no value because AG has no real product sales, at least not enough to fund operations and stock issuance is the only access AG has to capital. Of course, the entire industry faces many financing challenges from accessing instituitional capital to depositing an abundance of cash from selling MJ.
Let's hope the month over month "doubling" of revenues is reflected in an earnings report, scheduled to come over the next few trading sessions. Here is the info I hope AG discloses:
Green Universe acquisition and operation.
OneBode sale - still not convinced it was actually sold for $3.5m
180,000,000 share retirement/buyback and outstanding share count
Zazzz numbers, possibly even projections but we know how reliable that has been
OGTea sales and operation - like OneBode, Green Universe, Truth Lighting, Tomassi patents , i wonder about the "terms" of this acquisition.
Truth Lighting - same as above
I Got Your Back
I may not be able to embed a cat with an AK but I can put in some limit orders. I only got 88k filled of my 2 orders from today; 1 order for 123456 and 1 order for 234567, both @.0115
I may step up the volume a bit and spread out the buys throughout the day.
F!TeX has similar fundamentals and popped 40% today. Maybe ERBB can get some of that love. Maybe the earnings run is coming. The cycle over the past few years has been booms in early February but last year was a bit of an exception and the boom already started by January. I'm hoping that cycle comes back.
I'll probably keep my swing trade alive until earnings. I posted about the entry and timeline a few months back when ERBB was at this same pps. I'd like to get out of this on the plus side because it would be my first loss taken on ERBB.
The PPS Will MOVE
It's just a matter of up or down. For now it's down. If the company can get their act together, maybe it'll be up.
But the share structure really has little to do with anything and should not be a concern to shareholders. As long as revenues are coming in, the company gains value regardless of outstanding shares. Yes a large float provides resistance against upward momentum but if AG could execute, the company could generate $100m+ annual revenues. If AG actually starts making profits, they can even reduce the float. Also, if other financing options become available, dilution will be a thing of the past.
Unfortunately, dilution seems to be the enemy today since debenture payments are likely what have been dumped over the past few months.
Thanks Vman, Pretty Discouraging
Just when you think AG is about to get traction...whoops, there goes the rug from underneath....this highlights the biggest issue with the Zazzz Mach 2.
American Green never achieved proof of concept with the first generation. They tried to run when they can't even crawl and to make matters worse, the CEO came out saying they can run faster than a cheetah.
Zazzz Part Deux has a monster digital display. At the very least that display needs high def 3D images for the products inside the machine. The process of generating those images is not easy. To do so, you need photography or autoCAD renders or other graphic arts. Eventually you would have a database but updates would be required for each label change or new strain. I can guarantee this is and will be a significant reason for Zazzz Mach 2 delayed.
Then comes the learning curve for customers. Look at the Self-Check Out stands at supermarkets. I watch people stand in a line ten deep at the traditional check-out stand instead of using the Self-Check Out line because they aren't familiar with the process. Most of us know the simple vending machines process of selecting goods on an alphanumeric keypad and you'd be surprised how hard it is for customers to adapt new technology.
Go look up Zen Healing dispensary on Yelp or FourSquare. The first review on FourSquare reads "Two words....VENDING MACHINES!" The machines don't have a touchscreen display or Bitcoin bullshit. The machines at the shop have an alphanumeric keypad and a grip of weed product for sale.
The real kicker with Zazzz is the Tomassi patent. I seriously think AG should develop or revive the Zazzz Mach 1 with the Tomassi specs and start cranking those out. Dispensaries should have the option of both machines.
Crickets, I Don't Care About Share Structure
Or debentures. Or alternative financing.
Don't get it twisted, I am not a fan of dilution and I'm fairly certain the pps breakdown is the result of debenture payments being recovered by the debt holders in fear of losing profits.
But American Green has failed to give debt holders any reason to hold on to those shares. The company has a long list of high profile publicly announced flops and failures. Yes, this is a new industry but management should be seasoned enough to know not to make promises without absolute certainty of the ability to execute. Apple does not come out announcing they are going to make an iHoverboard unless the device is truly ready for market.
Zazzz is now in its second iteration but the first version wasn't even successfully employed enough to generate revenue. AG is now PRing about a new partnership when they haven't had a successful JV to date despite several PRs. And WTF with the OneBode sale, retiring 180m shares, Yo card.........? Even worse, supposedly the cultivation arm of AG is the real revenue generator yet we never hear about that.
Earnings need to be a real lifeline. AG needs to clean house here becuase this place is starting to smell like a dumpster. There is so much potential but so little concentrated focus.
I Am Buying Based on Technicals and Principle
Many techincals are nearly bottomed and some are at their low threshold. Last October when ERBB hit similar lows there was a decent pop. Those who shorted the highs In recent months are sitting on 50-100+% gains which will likely lead to covering. The dumping today signals a small flush out that could bring the pps back once the selling pressure eases.
I think it is likely ERBB could dip below .01 for a final shakeout so I'm preserving some capital for that. Fortunately the broad markets are kicking serious arse, so I got some funds to play with.
Got 2 Orders In
234567 shares @ .0115
123456 shares @ .0115
Really? This Isn't a Singular Issue
This isn't a mouse sneaking around scaring school girls. This is a rodent infestation and people aren't getting scared, they're getting the plague. The pps erosion is not a sudden drop, it's been an extended downfall due to AG's ineptitude.
I see people trying to falsely rationalize the problems; blaming MMs, blaming technicals, blaming other posters....instead of calling the company management out for piss poor performance.
American Green has a fantastic opportunity to really capitalize on the MJ market and they are pissing away every chance they are given. I'm trying to get to the real root of the issue without a fanatical bias but with a balanced judgement
Yup. Technicals Say Buy
Last week we saw a nasty bearish engulfing candlestick that foretold the drop. Today will not be a bullish engulfing candlestick despite what some have posted. It's just a gnarly, long, red stick but not a bearish englufer.
The pps jackknifed through the lower Bollinger so I'm gonna keep adding. It's purely a gamble because at this point I have zero confidence in American Green.
Let's Not Deflect Responsibilty
BBallDoc, you got a good head on your shoulder but please don't wrongfully blame MMs for AG's ineptitude. Market makers have nothing to do with the laughable Zazzz launch and rollout. MMs have nothing to do with AG's failed promises and missed expectations. Bottom line is nobody believes in ERBB (or the publicly traded MJ stocks) not even most shareholders and it's being reflected in the share prices.
Have You Even Seen/Used a Zazzz Machine
I wouldn't call anything a "great piece of technology" unless you have used it and judging from the channel checks at the 3 dispensaries with Zazzz, nobody is using this supposed marvel of tech. If Zazzz was such a tech wonder, ERBB would not be in the shitter and the machines would not be dust magnets
I've seen Zazzz version 1 and its a box of turd. The dispensary I go to in CA has 2 regular machines that are not only actually used by customers, they are completely no frills units which operate ten times better than the needlessly complicated Zazzz Mach 2.
The Fine Line Between Patience and Ignorance
And the only way to measure it will be over time.
If ERBB goes to $1, then the patient have won.
If ERBB goes to 0.00, then the ignorant prevail.
This company, along with the entire MJ sector has become quite a joke. After several years of cyclical hype, the MJ market is being lead out behind the barn. In the past few years I really thought this new sector of publicly traded MJ companies would really be able to get a foothold. Unfortunately as full scale legalization looms, the sector has proved itself to be a circus of inadequacy and ineptitude.
American Green is no exception. Zazzz is an abject failure. I don't even want to call Seattle Caregivers to ask about usage of the machines or more appropriately ask if the company plans to clean dust off of them while they sit dormant. The machines have been rolled out with the speed and efficiency of a Ford Pinto with cinder blocks for wheels. A month ago we get a picture of 18 Zazzz machines "ready" for shipping". Two weeks ago we hear that 20 machines are ready to go but to date only two have been delivered? WTF gives. Zazzz has redefined vaporware.
And now we get this "who gives a rat fu.." PR about AG entering the already crowded CBD space.
1. There are 5 other companies way ahead of AG when it comes to CBD
2. CBDs for pain do not work from my experience (2 knee surgeries, 1 shoulder surgery, lift/exercise 6 days a week and no CBD cream or ingestible has ever worked better than a simple joint)
3. Horses? HORSES??? Seriously, AG hasn't even figured out how to make money of humans.
4. Another joint venture that will likely do absolutely nothing just like the supposed JV with ATT8F or Tony Whoevethefuck AG partnered with for a line of vapor pens.
Look, I'm riding free shares that were paid of last year but have been picking up small 250k chunks here at these new 52 week lows. Those new positions are purely for the gambler in me. I'm through acting like this is a viable business because it is not.
American Green needs to get serious here. Stop spreading the company thin with absolute BS and focus on the few section of the business that have real promise. Stop chasing shiny new things and work on what you have. Sincerely,
Disgruntled and disillusioned shareholder
Shareholder Confidence Has Been Completely Eroded
I have never seen a company with so much promise waste so much goodwill. Starting with the clownish Zazzz launch at Montana's and going strong through to this very day American Green has made so many missteps, it is hard to justify holding a position in ERBB.
American Green and the company's management may have good ideas but the execution is so piss poor that ERBBS days are numbered if they can't eat it together soon
File Latest PR Under DGAF
As in Don't Give A Fu........
Who gives half a crap about some CBD JV that will probably never happen. How about AG's JV with a company to make vaporizers? So far that endeavor resulted in a vapor pen that is pure novelty marketing, nothing else. None of AG's JVs have come to fruition; ATTBF, the vending company that would bring Zazzz to 1500 locations, the vaporizers......
AG's management is utterly decimating any confidence I had in this company. Nobody cares about some half-assed JV into the CBD space. There are 5 other MJ plays that I would invest in before looking to ERBB as a CBD play.
Get a damn clue Stephen!
Yahoo - 3 New Industries About to Take Off
Number 2 is legal marijuana and number 3 is "relaxation" drinks which is also a sub sector of legal marijuana. Also of note, Colorado's tax revenue numbers. Just wait until that is CA, NY, IL, TX........bbbbbbbillions wil be made and ERBB will be there in the mix!
https://www.yahoo.com/finance/news/3-industries-about-to-take-off-131714960.html
Not Yet. Still Too Soon
It's Been Said Before
By myself. Much to the dismay of many here.
I think it is too early to tell how Zazzz will play. The market is so groundbreaking that it's still hard to explain to some people that can I walk into a store in California to purchase marijuana. A large majority of Americans don't even realize this is the norm where I live. Therefore, the concept of getting MJ from a vending machine is even more foreign.
I've done some numbers on Zazzz based on comparable vending machines at a shop in CA (not a competitor, just 2 regular window vending units). I can say that the shop owner says the machines pull in "several thousand dollars" on a good day and there are way more the 3-4 transactions. Even with the low ends of my estimates, Zazzz could bring in several million per year. As the concept of vending MJ becomes more prevalent, revenues will grow as well. And these figures are just based on MJ. There are many other applications including alcohol, cigarettes, vaporizers, prescription meds......
RedBox had been around for years before finally becoming successful. Initially, I thought vending DVDs was ridiculous considering Blockbuster was dying and streaming was the norm. Yet RedBox started placing machines everywhere and before you know it, I'm getting movies at my grocery store.
Ha! I Probably Bought Alan's VAPE Shares
Just got 2138 shares to round off my holdings. I love that his "opportunity" fund is down nearly 70%!!! I guess the fund is appropriately labeled for those looking for the "opportunity" to lose their money. Can't believe he had to start up a second "fund" to hide the first one after sustaining nearly 80% losses!
Added to My Swing Position
Added 250k yesterday and got another 250k today.
Something's gotta give here. ERBB is trading at levels from about 2 years ago except that back then the company did not have a fraction of what it has today.
If ERBB keeps trading sideways, I'll probably hold this position until March but definitely through earnings
Big Differences, ERBB is Legit for One
You said it yourself. American Green has weathered some serious storms but is stronger having endured such a battering. The other company has only been exposed by the same turbulence. The officers in that company are a bunch of Beverly Hills faux-cialites looking to be on reality TV and to cash in on MJ for their own nefarious agendas. The leader of that other company has been convicted of other malfeasance, like fraud (?) and has/is being investigated for links to terror groups.
The MJ industry is full of frauds, hucksters and claim jumpers. Take Alan Brochstein for example. Until 3 years ago, Alan had absolutely zero involvement with cannabis until he realized it may help resurrect his failed career in finance. And how has he fared? His first 420 Investor "fund" is down nearly 85%, so bad he started another one to confuse people and that is barely treading water.
But this doesn't mean squat to American Green. AG is lead by people who are passionate about cannabis; politically, economically, personally and professionally. Shearin gets this crop as does Greg Honan and many others working for ERBB to succeed.
Geez ERBB Just Can't Get a Break
The "other" company's stock doubles because a partner of theirs receives a license to open a dispensary yet American Green is in the process of shipping 20 Zazzz machines but the stock goes down.
Conservatively $100m. Liberally $5b
Personally, and unlike many here, I'm liberal minded.
Zazzz alone could be a billion dollar enterprise. Nearly half the country has legal Cannnabis in some way and pulling small percentages of many sales across those states could rake in millions upon millions. But the liquor, cigarette and prescription applications of Zazzz could be another cash crop. Heck, even as a patent troll, AG could be worth $5b. I've seen companies that sue Apple go from $2 to $20 just on the possibility of having a possible patent infringement lawsuit.
Plus the other day NPR played an interview with a Seattle cannabis producer who mentioned in WA 3 federal credit unions were now processing loans for legal MJ enterprises. Her company secured a loan for a $400k plant processing machine. This is just the beginning of institutional investment in the industry. Wait until it goes national. And if ERBB can produce revenues before the big dogs start hunting...game on.
Or shall I say ERBB on. This is an exciting time. AG must prove their business can generate something other than PRs. All the lies about reverse splits and dilution should be the last concerns for investors. Of utmost importance is the ability to generate monies, that's how a business survives and a stock thrives.
Volume is Creeping Back
Past few sessions over the last month have seen the average daily volume traded by noon. Things are heating up
HOLY SH!T, Its Happening!!!
Just heard on NPR that 3 federal credit unions in Seattle have begun accepting deposits from cannabis companies AND they have given out several loans to the businesses.
The woman from the credit union said they interviewed and processed an applicant/application during a time when federal regulators we actually AT the credit union.
This is huge folks. The damn is about to break loose
Funny, Cause the COO Repeatedly Says Differently
Stephen Shearin, president and COO of American Green (ERBB) has REPEATEDLY STATED THERE ARE NO PLANS FOR A REVERSE SPLIT.
I think I'll trust the COO of the company before listening to a random, anonymous message board post
ERBB is Revolutionizing Cannabis Purchasing
Its just a matter of time before the Zazzz machines are placed in a large number of dispensaries across the country. American Green will revolutionize the way cannabis is purchased. This is only the beginning.
No. Probably Not Happening.
The exposure is outstanding. A few weeks back I posted about the media Shearin will employ for the Seattle launch and he has done so extremely well. Here is some perspective, it costs about $5-20,000 per second for air time during national TV shows but Zazzz has received about $1,000,000 worth of FREE airtime because of all the network exposure. Kudos to Stephen and Company. Today's pop is hopefully only the beginning. This time of year is when the cyclical upswing occurs in the MJ equities as it has in years past.
But I doubt Kimmel and all the recent exposure will bring ERBB above .015 this week. I'm thinking next week there may be some activity due to earnings and maybe then ERBB hits nickels and dimes. In the longer term, with 500 Zazzz machines in operation and expansions in other American Green divisions, I see quarters and possibly even paper.
And the Walls Come Tumbling Down
Just a few more weeks until earnings and American Green is breaking down barriers.
The press has taken off, so much so that 3 different friends emailed me 3 separate articles about the Zazzz in Seattle Caregivers. Ironically, 2 of those friends were not even aware that Zazzz was part of ERBB. Fortunately, the 3rd friend just bought a bunch of shares yesterday, except its about 2 years late because I recommended ERBB to him back in 2013 which he reminded me of by showing me the text I sent him a few years ago.
There is so much opportunity in the MJ market and American Green has done a fantastic job planting footholds in numerous sub-sectors of the industry. Cultivation, dispensary/grow-op management, and of course distribution.
It may not be tomorrow, it may not be next week or next month, but this stock will smash through the previous .11 high.
1st Zazzz Sale = $1 in Revenue
It has begun.
Where it goes, nobody knows.
But we can speculate.
The Seattle dispensary where the newest Zazzz have been deployed has 2 machines. So that approximately $100 in monthly lease revs. Let's assume all 18 Zazzz Mach 2s ship, that's about $900/month. Good, not great but it's a start.
Now for the fun part.
Assuming the transaction fee of $1 per and 18 Zazzz in operation, what sort of revenues might the machines crank out?
In LA there is a dispensary in West Hollywood that currently operates multiple vending machines (NOT M Box or The Other). All sorts of items (Js, kief, concentrate, edibles) are contained in a temperature controlled environment but the 2 machines are just the basic box unit w window. Having spoken with the proprietor, without getting hard numbers, the machines sell "several thou in a month".
So let's apply that several thou to the 18 Zazzz machines. At just 10 transactions per day, 18 Zazzz machines would draw $180 at the $1 usage fee and over a 30 day period those machines would bring in over $5000/month, $50k annually.
The 10 transaction per day number is pretty low and gets more interesting as it is raised. Also yet to be factored is more machines. 100 machines making $50 per day from 50 transactions comes out to several millions in revenue but at 1000 machines we're talking major league ball.
Hopefully an earnings report will shed some light on usage numbers. It's been a while since I have looked at the most recent financial info but I don't recall any Zazzz numbers. They need to be disclosed. Although according to a recent PR revenues have doubled in the past few months and that's without Zazzz sooooooo.......
Please Sticky OldBuzzards Post
Awesome!
You Must Be New at This
News does not always move a stock. ERBB's hype machine is worn out. After several months of management foibles, PRs and publicity will no longer move this stock. It will take solid fundamental developments or MM activity to get this back to the 52 week highs.
I have seen a certain "fruit" company report record breaking earnings, better than any company in the history of enterprise, yet their stock has been hammered, down as much as 60% after such "glorious" events.
The 2nd Lighting Strike
Lighting does strike twice. Despite the absence of the hype seen in Q1 2014, this market and specifically ERBB will heat up again. Here are 2 micro and macro factors that will lead to a 2nd lighting strike:
Revenues
Money is being made, just how much is the question. For ERBB we have been told revenues have doubled for the past 3 months. Should this pattern continue into earnings it could be a major boom to ERBB and the overall market. Keep in mind the doubling of revenues was accomplished without Zazzz.
Rescheduling
Everyone knows its coming. This will be the biggest boom to date. Rescheduling cannabis to a lower Scheduling will open the floodgates for institutional investment. Currently, under the Controlled Substances Act institutions cannot accept money from organizations involved in Schedule 1 "narcotics" but when that changes the game will be forever altered. It is likely that big money will bully smaller, established cannabis companies but a handful of existing companies like ERBB stand to reap massive benefits in the form of investment or even buyouts.
Seriously, Now is NOT the Time to Sell
I'm sure the MMs are doing the usual dance to move shares. Other than that, my guess is the bulk of selling is from debenture holders who are systematically selling shares to recoup payment as this will be their income in lieu of cash payments.
Most weak hands who bought at last years highs have been washed out. Unfortunately, despite all the posts about buying, there still is not enough volume to bring the up the pps.
Now is definitely NOT the time to sell. AG is making great moves and the business model is playing out nicely.
Great to See 2 New Zazzz Placements
Peeps, I don't know about you, but having only caught a brief glance at the "live" YouTube broadcast and thinking about it for a moment, I'm pretty freaking stoked. I don't know what others expected; Shearin to pull rabbits from the Zazzz, a flood of cash spewing out of the Zazz like the scene in The Shining when the blood pours from elevators.
We just saw placement of 2 new machines. That's a 100% increase from the existing machines in use. Great.
We also just saw another news crew filming the Zazzz. Folks, that's a whopping amount of FREE publicity! Air time like that in a decent size market like Seattle is NOT cheap and ERBB is getting it for zero cost with likely more to follow via print, TV, Internet and other means. BONUS!
American Green needs to keep the ball rolling. Bring on the machines, bring on the revenues.
Rags I Didn't "Hate" on the Company
A few months back I was rather critical of AG and rightfully so. Management foibles became so significant it was embarrassing. Still today I'm wondering why the need for a 2nd version of Zazzz that is far more complicated when the first edition still has zero traction. However it seems as if there is actual placement of Zazzz 2.0 and my excitement has been renewed considering in a week we should have media of customers actually using the machine.
As a shareholder I voiced my displeasure and it seems like it reached AG because much of what I said needed to be done is actually happening.
