Right. My post(s) immediately following that provided a link to that effect.
I found the link by simply typing "144 restricted shares" into Google. It's way easy. Care to try it, sometime?
http://www.sec.gov/investor/pubs/rule144.htm
If you are not an affiliate of the issuer and have held restricted securities for two years, you can sell them without regard to the above conditions.
LOL!
I stand corrected, then. Thanks.
unci, it takes less than 300,000 shares to turn a [tiny] profit buying on one tick and selling on the next tick up. So, it's easy to make money on this stock. Just watch the action.
After 1 year, you can. The usual restricted dividend is untradeable for 1 year from issue date.
That's how I understand it, yes.
1 year cashless excerise warrant to buy 10 shares @ 100% of Market on Pink day
Now THAT would be nice! There are many creative ways to be a thorn in the side of short-sellers.
According to an email or two of Don's, right now they're intended to be restricted. However, he claims the company is looking at the feasibility of making them immediately free-trading. At least that's how I read it.
Only $1? I think there are many members on this board with their sells already set for at least double or triple that number!
We saw how quickly it moved from .10 to .60. And that includes the shorted shares. Once covering begins, I think we'll move just as quickly....but with a much higher high!
Oakwoodmajor: You seem to be pretty positive on the number of short shares this company may have (see posts 45491 and 45493). Yet, you sound a bit negative on the company in posts over the past few days and again this morning (posts 44858, 45471, 45472, 45473, and many others, specifically).
I'll admit that I'm a lurker, and being not-so-active on the board, I tend to miss some posts. I don't care what agenda you may or may not have...but I would like to know what your outlook on this whole situation is. Are you hoping for a short squeeze (however long it may take to get there)? Are you sitting around waiting for the company to falter (yet again, apparently)? Something else entirely?
I'm not accusing or berating...I'm simply curious.
Thanks.
So true. I just need to find my balance. I love the excitement and potential of "the next big penny plays," but with my work schedule, I can't keep one eye constantly fixed on my streamer. Hence, some of my poorly-timed trades.
Meanwhile, the pricier stocks lose my interest because they move so slowly, despite the fact that they're much "safer"...as far as needing a constantly watchful eye goes. lol!
I'll figure myself out soon enough!
Anyway, thanks for the insight!
Fun? Yes. My less-than-perfect timing sometimes makes it a challenge, though...
Sure, it may only take 40 trades at 15%, but it's a bit of a setback when a few of your trades are timed wrong and you end up down 10%! hehe
It's surprising, indeed!
Did you know that if you started with $3000, and made 3% profit with every trade, it would take about 200 trades to reach $1 million.
10% returns on $3000 would only take about 60 trades to reach $1 million.
15% returns on $3000 would only take about 40 trades to reach $1 million.
It's amazing!
Well, on the bright side, there will be double the short shares once we do begin trading. This is due to the announced divi at the end of the month.
Could you call her again to see if she has it now? Pretty please? ;)
FWIW - I asked Schwab if they could verify which market we were currently on. He said "still looks like the gray." Gotta love how confident that answer is! ..."looks like".... hehe.
No volume, yet. Does anyone have a buy or sell in, currently? I'm just curious if the no-volume situation is because we're transitioning over to the Pinks...or it could just be that we have no volume yet. LOL!
Wow, look at that volume, we must be on the Pinks by now! LOL. Can't wait for Monday! ;)
Could that mean that this is the last 3 days to get cheap shares?
Hmm....We hear he's doing well, but Triple Bypass can take weeks to reach full recovery. I'm not sure he's able to 'try harder' just yet.
[EDIT] Nevermind, it just showed up. Disregard the message below.
---------------------
Interesting.... My Schwab streamer currently shows the volume and price correctly, but doesn't show the transaction in the Time & Sales window. Anyone else seeing it in T&S? I wonder why my streamer suddenly stopped showing T&S for that transaction.
Possibly a "test transaction" before our move back to the pinks? I have no idea!
I believe it's all in NASD's hands now....so Don wouldn't know. IMO.
Official PR for last night's email update. Nice! That should generate some interest.
Happy Thanksgiving, all!
Low posts. Low volume. Take a breather!
Triple Bypass on Friday. Work on Monday? riiiight....
http://www.clevelandclinic.org/heartcenter/pub/guide/askdoctor/recoverybypass.htm
Until he PRs it, I don't buy that. Not even for $5 per share! ;)
Don was hoping for a PR by late last week. Since that hasn't happened yet, I assume we'll get one soon. All IMO.
I see the MM's attempt to start a panic sell worked its magic on you. Thanks for the shares, mate!
Having troubles as well.
I was born ready. :P
Be sure to send them a letter telling them why you immediately pulled your money back out. ;)
Well said! Do keep us updated on how they reply.
Thanks!
I'll spend it for ya. Schwab will let me do it...and I've got no powder left of my own! ;P
You failed to post the messages stating that Wick was informed by Target. He never said that JF originally told him about Target. From my reading, Target told Wick about Target.

WooHoo, Once again in case you missed it... my expectations on TARGET did not come from JF, but from sources associated with TARGET...

woohoo, Are you sure I "clearly stated that I had a converstion with JF in which TARGET is mentioned"???? btw, my TARGET info is based on info from TARGET, not JF...
Wick
Call them back and see what they want? ;)
Interesting, indeed! I assume you did a reverse lookup on the number to make sure that it is a securities related company? It's not an MM is it?
FWIW - Schwab is also showing these trades in T&S.
What's interesting is that it sounds like Don hasn't released ANY new Certs yet...and yet most/all of our accounts still show that we DO have shares under HVLN. So if the brokers have no HVLN Certs to back up the shares showing in our accounts, why aren't more of our accounts showing zero shares?
