Why would mCig be contesting the trademark for Vitastik? If the TM means nothing, then they wouldn't contest it.
What are your thoughts on that?
I understand your affininity for keeping things positive. My affininity is keeping things real and being the balance while holding many shares. I would love to pump the company, but that is not my style.
As such, I am surprised at your response that Vitastik TM doesn't matter.Vitastik has hit some great social media in Germany that is linked to my both companies here in the States! That is great marketing on their part, but VitaCig can to only retweet those that don't show the VitaStik name. What a JOKE. That is totally the problem I have. HOW TO HAVE SOCIAL MEDIA. WHILE IGNORING THR SOCIAL MEDIA. No wonder the most recent CEO QUIT! Plus, Vitastik has the non PG formula that could potentially take off as a positive way to inhale.
You and I talked about that non PG formula when we received it instead of the CBD Vita. I loved the way it was so clean, that I got happy from it and thought it was CBD. But no, it we Propolyne Glycol free and was AWSOME.
That is the difference to those of us that are chemically sensitive. I can promote Vitastik's PG free formula, but the VitaCig PG formula is too harsh for my tastes.
Not so fast! The "Trademark Assignment" Agreement on this previous post by SwizzFranc has attachments to it. I would love to see what the attachment specifies for the transfer to take place.
VitaCig Trademark Assignment Agreement
Maybe this will go nowhere, but until we see what the attachments are, there is still hope. I doubt they would file a protest of they didn't have a chance.
Thanks SwissFranc. Do you have a copy or link of the attachment? That is a Trademark Assignment Agreement cover which points out that Santos was given trademark rights, I would love to see the details!
This is crazy that the non-PG formula is with Santos. I've never seen a VitaCig promotion yet, only Vitastik.
THEY ARE NOT THE SAME, Vitacig has propolyne glycol, the other doesn't.
Vitastik was on The Doctors, not VitaCig.
That's true, and it wasn't a huge buy vs sell day, it was split. The chart looks sharp and good volume could push it. Nice MA lines to bounce around on for a while. We need a real announcement soon.
VTCQ still has lots of room to run and with the right catalysts could go BOOM!!!
Naw, many of the negative posters don't actually own or trade this stock according them. They are just here because they want to help. It protects us from company puppets. Isn't that nice?
BEVERLY HILLS, CA--(Marketwired - May 10, 2016) - VitaCig, Inc. (OTC PINK: VTCQ), a technology company that is harnessing mobile vaporization technology for multiple delivery applications, as well as a leader in the development, marketing, and sale of ultra-pure CBD Drip Tinctures, Edibles, Concentrates, and E-Liquids is pleased to announce it is expanding its nicotine product offerings by introducing the "VitaCig® 18" vitamin vaporizer nicotine line.
Building on the worldwide success of the VitaCig® non-nicotine vitamin vaporizer, the VitaCig® 18 Nicotine VitaCig® Edition will include VitaCig's three top non-nicotine flavor choices, Cool Citrus (extracts of orange and grapefruit), Marvelous Mint (oils of peppermint and spearmint), and Boisterous Berry (extracts of blueberry and black currant), available in 18mg nicotine strength.
VitaCig CEO Glenn Kassel comments, "Due to the overwhelming demand from both customers and shareholders of VitaCig to develop and bring to market a VitaCig disposable nicotine line, we have answered the call. It was our main objective to first weigh in on the anticipated new FDA e-cig regulations before we chartered into deeper territory regarding expanding our nicotine product offerings. Having reviewed these new regulations and knowing that we need to get to market by August 8, 2016, I have decided to move forward with our "VitaCig® 18" nicotine disposable line. The e-cig industry is estimated to be an $8 billion dollar global industry. The nicotine side of this industry is about 90% of that pie. To be able to enter the nicotine disposable market opens up our company to a much wider consumer base, and much larger revenue potential."
Just in time for late Spring and Summer, VitaCig is also set to unveil a new, non-nicotine all-natural VitaCig® flavor, Succulent Strawberry. The exotic taste combination of freshly squeezed strawberries and the refreshing sensation of cool minty menthol will be a wonderful addition to our already beloved flavor line.
Lastly, off the heels of closing a lucrative China distributor contract, VitaCig is set to close on another large-scale international VitaCig distributor contract this week and an announcement will soon follow. VitaCig will also be updating shareholders on some significant news for its CBD Division and the VitaCBD product line in the next few weeks as well.
Stay tuned for future updates!

Too much silence = No Interest = we're f%@#ed
Glenn's LinkedIn profile hasn't changed from VitaCig CEO. Let's keep our fingers crossed!
Makes sense that you would post for "entertainment purposes" also. No?
All other countries had a test run of Vitastiks. VitaCig could still be willing to OEM for other companies other than Vitastik in the future.
I can't wait for the transparency we were promised weeks back! Everything is just guessing and hoping at this point.
Personally, I believe Santos is still in with VitaCig. We need a PR to clarify this relationship!!!
Let's see Les:
1. Vitastiks were shown on The Doctors.
2. Vitastik are now sold out for next week's on Vitastik.com
3.Vitacigs are not sold out on VitaCig.org, but VitaCig wasn't on show.
4. VitaCig.org has a warning of a knockoff called Vitastiks.
I would say Vitasiks are becoming more popular, wouldn't you?
Maybe Al didn't do much for VitaCig, but Vitastiks seem to be doing OK.
Bubba his name is Glenn with two Ns. Try using glenn@vitacig.org instead.
Hey Rat,
That 1,000,000 share trade was actually a sell.
Just trying to keep it straight.
There was some nice boyancy in VTCQ today. 43,000 buys to 1,246,000 sells and it still rose over 4%.
I would have to put this- Vitastik/VitaCig/who owns what?- as the most absolute weirdest scenario I have ever seen played out by a company...EVER!
Les, I don't know if it is zero revenues for Santos if we are not sure if the arrangement.
I'm wondering if Santos was planning to be the distributor of VitaStik after he resigned. Since VitaStik.com and VitaCig.org have the same mailing and social media connections, it would seem that Santos does retain ownership as US distributor of VitaStik while while VitaCig continues to help promote. They both point to The Doctors show amongst other connections.
My False Red Flag was the badly worded disclaimer on VitaCig.org of immitation VitaStiks being sold. That made it sound like VitaStiks were competing with VitaCigs. There is a similar disclaimer about fake VitaStiks on VitaStik.com. There was an issue about that in Europe.
Maybe Management will explain this situation soon, but I don't think we have lost out on anything at this point.
Thanks Rat Fink. Makes sense that VitaCig is doing an OEM for VitaStik. Last Fall when VitaCig sent out the free VitaCigs for the First Relaunch and CBD pen. Those VitaCigs came in a VitaStik box with a registered mark on it. The shell of the pen was labeled VitaCig though. Seems like VitaStik is VitaCig.
That trademark can't be all that worthless since VitaStik.com is out of product now. I don't think these hypothetical answers are really helping.
I would like to know the relationship between VitaCig and VitaStik USA. Seems VitaStik gets all the publicity. We need real answers!
VitaCig.org and VitaStik.com have the same mailing address. Some may it is a mail drop, but why would they share?
So I am rethinking this out. There is more to this story than we know, maybe it is not all that bad. Maybe VitaCig wasn't calling out the actual VitaStik, maybe there are some knockoffs. Being said though, I would like to see that same disclaimer about fraudulent knockoffs on the vitastik.com website, or at least some type of clarification from management...soon.
VitaCig.org and VitaStik.com both have the same mailing address, so that must mean they are somehow the same company or share revenues unless we hear otherwise. This is just unbelievably confusing.
Why is there a separate VitaCig instead of VitaStik. They are promoting VitaStik here and everywhere else. What about VitaCig? There is much to be explained about this arrangement, but at least the two companies share the same office.
Such carefully worded PR that they disowned Vitastik on their website as a knockoff. I don't believe anything at this point. We have to wait until the 10-A to see if it is true. My guess is it won't be good. If you want to answer these questions correctly, you might want to call Paul!
Fantastik, all the overseas revenues and Instagram promotions means nothing here to VitaCig. So Santos has a base to promote with here. No sales yet, but I saw Vitastik, not VitaCig on TV. No matter how this is spun, it is bad. What happened to Calm and Relax? Vitastik has those flavors, but not VitaCig anymore. This Sucks big time! Santos is promoting the same product as VitaCig, but he is on TV. HE IS GETTING PROMOTED, NOT US!
I'm not sure if you see the problem Les.
Looks like the Vitastiks being sold here are the same as overseas. Santos has the rights to it here according to the US Patent Office.
Vitastiks were featured on The Doctors. VitCig claimed it was their "vaporizor product" but now on their website claim Vitastik isn't theirs. All the Vitastik promotions overseas are only helping Santos get his footing in the US with a product originally offered by VitaCig.
Les can you tell me something different? The Vitastik now has flavors that VitaCig USED to offer. Looks like we've been had on this one. VTCQ better fight this one soon, or this sucker will never fly.
I always thought it was weird that Germany had a different name with Vitastik. Now that Vitastik is in the US, are we going to see those revenues. BTW, we are still waiting on overseas revenues aren't we? What a f#%&ing joke! F#%&ing joke's on us, that is.
So VitaCig put out a PR about The Doctors using their vaporizor on TV, but it is a knockoff according to their web. Isn't that the same knockoff being used in Europe which VitaCig claims is theirs? WTF???
Ha, Bubba your using a post from me from months ago. If you have nothing better to do, you should dig up some of my posts from a Jan 2015. We really expected more back then!
BTW, Les has explained Korea well several times. Maybe you could look those up too while your at it.
Toxic debt is a killer. I zeroed out my position with them in 2014 at a profit when they gave the management bonuses while the stock was diving.
I am much more confident here with MCIG & VTCQ because of the no-toxic debt approach and SEC reporting of financials.
Well, you can take your chances selling, but this has not closed below the 50 MA for nearly a month. IMO, with the Golden Cross about to set, this baby is on its way to upward moving! GO VTCQ!
Hopefully we can get some US distribution going soon!
That one kinda made me chuckle....kinda.
My bad, they must be having a hell of a time counting all those extra receipts.
Due by midnight.
There you go again, Bubba. VitaCig products were always in the USA, but never had any Vitstik products in the states. Only the overseas locations had Vitastik. They never "removed" any Vitastik product because it was never sold here in the first place. When will you get the FACTS straight?
Thanks, but I added under a penny today. VTCQ has been holding up quite well during the sell off!
If I were to put money on who is this author, it would be you. LMFAO
It is old news because it has been discussed and resolved several times in this board since Feb 17th.
