Who would want to buy NTEK stock just so the company can dilute them red?
Just like the ultraflix button on the hisense remote.
Where is Apple promoting ntek? Its just pink sheet wishful thinking and fooling less and less people by the day. O/S over a billion and heading much higher.
With the amount of dilution looks like they might have less then 5,000 interstellar rentals.
Buy our shares so we can dilute 400m new ones... NTEK
Just Google Stephan Jukic NTEK
I think he might be on da pay.
NTEK... Buy our stock so we can dilute and keep the lights on.
They need more buyers or else they'll tank this into sub-penny diluting those 400m new shares.
claiming apple and ntek are partners smells like stinky pinky speak
Know what you own - A non stop diluting pink sheet stock
Did NTEK give BIG Investment stock to pump the company ?
That will be for the SEC/FBI to decide.
You weren't able to escape the law the first time, and I don't think you'll be able to do it the second time around.
Dave Foley and Big Investment LLC worked over a lot of people together.
Haven't heard anything from Riordan the supposed CEO lately.
Did he realize Dave set him up to take the fall? From the CC he did it sounded like Dave was behind him with a gun to his head - like he really did not want to be in that position.
Was obvious they had to increase the A/S once they maxed out the new 250 mil they issues in record time.
I can't see the current 400 mil lasting that long. It'll be upped again.
Investors in ntek are going to see their capital continue to be diluted away heading for an eventual R/S to seal the deal. It doesn't look like they have the cash flow to sustain the deals/operation without more dilution.
I doubt they are turning a profit on an expensive new release movie like G.I Joe or Interstellar. Not enough exposure, not enough people caring about 4k at this time, certainly not enough rentals to support the company without diluting shareholder value.
Dilution ended temporarily cause they maxed out the shares.
They're locked and loaded with another 400 some million now.
I feel bad for peeps who are going to lose their cash here, but the writing has been on the walls for months now.
Anyone save it?
Dan Wong @ ntek IR will hook you up with all the "info" you need with one quick email.
Correction it would be 4 million.
4 million bucks drained from ntek shareholders, the funding will come at a cost to the PPS.
400 million shares at .01 a share is only $400k. I don't think that's enough money to cover the licensing costs for ultraflix to acquire even one good new release film.
Not looking good.
NTEK IR page still showing 740 mil A/S
https://ntek.com/investor.php
Last update was December 2014 half a year ago. Up to 1.4 billion shares now.
Doubled the A/S in 6 months. Do they even care anymore?
Was obvious the A/S hike was about to hit any day. Long term I don't see what's going to turn the tide for ntek to stop the dilution.
More fresh shares for Royal Capital Group.
NTEK proving once again its an epic dilution stinky pinky with now 1,390,000,000 A/S
I'm curious how next financial statements are going to be handled.
Is Jeff Foley still going to be the one signing financials?
Why wouldn't Pete the financial guy sign financials, what about a CFO or audits? Surely having Pete someone apparently with a financial background sign and not Dave's brother Jeff would have been better. Dave says Pete is the CEO but I can't find anything official that actually has him listed as CEO not in the filings or on the SOS website.
Yes no ultraflix button on the Hisense remote, another "fact" from then ntek promoters debunked.
That on top of the maxed out A/S
There is never zero risk in investing in pink sheet stocks...
In fact it's the riskiest investment you can make.
BIG might have plunked all his electronic communication devices into the nearest river.
They've been pretty quiet about producing audited financial statements. Not even the major promoters are talking about audited financials anymore.
Of course when the stock was over .10 ntek IR was telling everybody audited financials were going to drop any moment. I like to pull up this old PR when the audit discussion comes up.
http://www.businesswire.com/news/home/20131018005921/en/NanoTech-Entertainment-NTEK-Retains-Sadler-Gibb-Audit
October 18, 2013 06:19 PM
" SAN JOSE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--NANOTECH ENTERTAINMENT (OTCPINK: NTEK) announced today its retention of Sadler, Gibb and Associates LLC. Sadler, Gibb and Associates has previously provided services for NanoTech in the past and will be the audit firm for the company moving forward as it prepares to file audited financials in 2014. "
Looking at the business model of NTEK its pretty clear that they aren't setting themselves up to be a long standing profitable business. (the dilution attests to that)
Their main income is renting out 4k streamed movie's for $10. Looking at robocop, you can rent it and stream it for $10 from ultraflix. Or you can buy the up-scaled 4k blue-ray for $5 off of amazon, you'll pay half the price, own the movie and get similar if not better quality.
Then 4k blue-ray's coming out this year as well, movie buffs still have a big attachment to owning physical blue-ray media, building up their personal library and all the assorted extras that come with it.
Netflix for example you pay $8 for a month and get access to thousands of shows and movies that you can watch unlimited amounts of times. One movie rental off of ultraflix is more then a month of netflix.
I'de be surprised if they made enough money off of interstellar rentals to even cover the cost of licensing fees for that movie.
Yeah what are the going to tell people, our 3 year long audit is still in progress?
NTEK doesn't like keeping records of shareholder meetings or conference calls.
2013, 2014 SHM nowhere to be found...
Legit companies keep records of that on their website.
Stinky pinky scams keep those hidden from the public.
Hisense remote button pump was debunked in a grand way yesterday.
No physical ultraflix button on the remote, despite the constant touts here that there was going to be one.
A/S raise before or after the founder reports to prison?
Nah Foley and Schoengood aren't mythical... insiders were the only ones with enough shares to account for the huge volume over the past month.
Insiders dumped tons of shares and drove the price down befoe ntek shareholders could get their own ntgl shares.
Can't confirm something they PR'd? interesting
Just more misleading info out of ntek. They certainly had investors believing there would infact be a button on the remote for ultraflix.
Dan Wong clarified that's not actually the case.
Another ntek claim bites the dust.
Hisense users won't have any "ultraflix button" on their remote and will likely have to sift through 100's of apps to possibly find ultraflix.
