South Dakota is going to vote on 2 measures this Nov.

This is from the Cornerstone Investments Alpha report today. Origin probably has a good reason for it being this way, but it wouldn't surprise me if Cresco were to address this issue once they take control of Origin.
" It is important to consider the impact of the various pending transactions. Origin House (OTCQX:ORHOF) recently reported Q3 sales of C$23 million and gross profits of C$5.7 million for a gross margin of 25%. However, Origin House reported adjusted EBITDA loss of C$12 million driven by a heavy cost structure, including C$19.8 million of operating expenses.
Thanks Haywood. That doesn't seem to bad at all for what Cresco is getting.
I wonder how many shares this will increase $CRLBF's float?
And there it is the Final Order!

"3) Cresco Labs (OTC: CRLBF) shares hit $7.30 to start 2020. That’s the highest level since September.
As the biggest player in Illinois, all eyes will be on the MSO. Cresco’s next quarterly results won’t include adult-use sales. But expectations are for revenue to surge 164% to $44.77 million. And then in the following quarter, revenue is projected to jump nearly 310% to $86.16 million. That’s when those adult-use sales will really start to kick in."
I believe a lot of laws depend on the next election.
Oh well, I almost always include links for anything like that. If the person doesn't like it they can take it up with the publisher.
I'm not sure if you meant meant me as I've never claimed to know what there revenue is going to be. I may have quoted someone else from another board as to his guess. In the meantime which would have been the better buy over the last 6 months CRLBF or ORHOF? You'll have to decide. https://tinyurl.com/yff78n8y
Looks like Cresco is on the ball when trying to get locations in Chicago. https://www.pressreader.com/usa/chicago-sun-times-sunday/20200105/281595242459899
I could definitely live with $24. C = $18.4751 US

Pretty much what I expected. I now have met my goal so that when my shares convert I'll have 13,500 shares of $CRLFB. Actually my bad math will give me 13,535, but heck I can live with it. If you're planning to keep the shares for a while was a great buying opportunity and just when I rec'd the money I need to complete my buys too! Such luck!!
Will the Iranian stuff affect pot stocks tomorrow? Have to wait and see I guess.
the Company served 3,145 people on New Year’s Day at its five Sunnyside* Dispensaries located in Lakeview, Elmwood Park, Champaign, Buffalo Grove and Rockford, Illinois. Sunnyside* also sold 9,258 cannabis products, including Cresco’s house of brands and items from other Illinois suppliers, with an average ticket price totaling $135.
You sure are good at finding stuff Funman!
You know, the thing that surprises me is I haven't heard one (1) major glitch in the roll-out today. That's down right amazing!

This has nothing to do with Cresco, but still it shows Worldwide Cannabis is being more accepted.

Probably 100% of you know this already, but thought I'd post this because it's such a clear explanation of why Cresco won't be getting on a major Exchange and you don't hear much about Cresco. Things will change someday for sure.
"The second reason is sort of quirky. Since the U.S. federal government has held firm on its stance of marijuana as a Schedule I substance (i.e., entirely illegal, prone to abuse, and having no recognized medical benefits), the NYSE and Nasdaq have stood their ground on not allowing any marijuana stocks to list on their exchanges that do business in the United States.
Essentially, it's required pot stocks to make a choice: Either uplist to the NYSE or Nasdaq and reap the rewards of improved visibility, validity, and liquidity, but kiss the U.S. market goodbye until the federal government changes its tune, or forget about uplisting and attempt to infiltrate the burgeoning U.S. cannabis market. As a reminder, the U.S. market would probably dwarf Canada as the largest in the world, if it were legalized. Even so, with 32 states having given the green light to medical cannabis in some capacity, and 10 giving the OK to adult-use pot, there's ample opportunity for pot stocks willing to take the risk. This major market opportunity may simply not be worth passing up for some companies."

Deal with Origin was approved. https://originhouse.com/origin-house-receives-shareholder-approval-of-plan-of-arrangement-with-cresco-labs-inc/
Anyone know when the vote is today? Be nice to have it final before COB.
Ignatius, you should have seen the hard time they gave me on Yahoo when I said MAYBE it could hit 12 by the end of January! I realize that's overly optimistic, but if it catches fire....
If you're in IL it's worse then you thought. BTW, I haven't smoke weed in almost 40 years even though it's legal here in Washington state.

Yeah, I understand that Michigan is doing it right while Illinois will be like CA. If they do they'll end up with less tax revenue just like CA.
Actually I'll get the same number of shares no matter what as I've spent every dime on ORHOF. My 17,500 shares should convert to 12,304. That means over $5,700 in arbitrage. And that's before Cresco really takes off. I just may get the money back that I lost in Snapchat a couple of years ago. What's your best guess as to where CRLBF's pps will head?
I see my last post on here before I came back was 04/11 back when the conversion was .84+ and I had 5500 shares and I thought that was alot. Funny how things work sometimes. Usually it's not in my favor.
I use to do it long hand, but have been told (and since I verified by the method that it comes out the same as longhand. You get you the same result.
CRLBF PPS $6.62 X .7031 (conversion rate) = $4.65
$4.65 divide by ORHOF PPS $4.09 = 1.1380
Multiply 1.138 x your current ORHOF stock balance = your $ balance in CRLBF stock if it were done today. Known as the premium you get for allowing Cresco to buy Origin House.
